Did not stay, bugs ran when the lights were turned on! Checked into another hotel

Arrived Friday evening and left Sunday morning. Floor of room was dirty and very dusty. Bed was broken underneath and very unstable. Not pet friendly, we had to wash both kittens due to how dusty the room was. Very loud neighbors and often reeked of weed. We kept them in the bathroom and had to check on them every few hours just because that seemed like the best place for them. We found a few roaches on the ground. We were in town for events and debated whether to leave or stay just because we weren't sure what we wanted to do. We managed to stay until the end but do not plan on returning nor would we recommend especially if you are traveling with pets.

The hotel clerks were very friendly, which is the best thing about this hotel. The room was fairly clean, but we did see roaches at night. The water came out of the kitchen faucet brownish so we decided to buy bottled water. The ice trays were dirty so we bought a bag of ice. There were no dishes, pots or pans in the room. This had to be requested at the front desk. There was also no hair dryer, but that too was available at the front desk. The fitness room had not towels or wipes for the equipment. We managed here since we were out of the room most of the time.

Under construction- dirty. Scary with all workers. Felt very unsafe getting from garage to car having had to walk down dark alley, past a big dumpster.

Staff at check in were very professional, friendly and informative and helpful. They were the best!

Amanda the manager was amazing. Kind, friendly and helpful!!

Quick and efficient check-in from a helpful and polite employee. Room was spacious and clean. Everything worked. But..... free wifi was 1990s speeds, feel free to upgrade for $1.99/hour. Want a coffee maker? Feel free to rent... Extended stay? Expecting a couple dishes and maybe a pot or pan? Feel free to rent..... The room came with ONE disposable plastic cup. Breakfast in the morning? Ha! Coffee you could see the bottom of the cup through along with a selection of blueberry or chocolate chip muffins. Servicing your room? Go down to the desk and beg for fresh towels. IF they provided the basics - without addon charges, this would be a good place to stay. As is, pay the other guys a little more up front and make your stay livable.

I was afraid to go in. Got there after dark and there was about 10-15 men just hanging out next to the hotel where I would’ve had to walk after parking in a poorly lit parking lot. Did not feel safe. Sent a message to the hotel and still have not gotten any answer. Disappointing to say the least.

Everything was good.

What I didn't like is the elevator to the garage broke after I came back and I had to walk down the ramp where the vehicles enter. I have a stalker(s) and this person(s) stalk my mother and I everywhere we go and always seem tell the hotel staff treat me bad. So when the elevator to the garage broke when came back from the store that was a sign the stalker was here. I know elevator do break but this not the first time this same incident took place in other hotels and places. These people me have major mental issues. Other than this the hotel building was ok. I feel business are professional so when Hotels can be influence means to me they except the crime of a stalker in their places of business making the hotel unsafe.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, good price, highly recommended for a shorter stay. Breakfast is just coffee, oatmeal, and some prepackaged muffins but there is local breakfast options.

Parking area has Mexican guys hanging around drinking that good for guests.

I love staying here especially when I have last minute traveling trips. Feels like home definitely will be back.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay! We stayed here to attend Undiscovered Relam Comic Con at the Westchester County Center (7 minute drive). We didn't end up using the kitchenette, but it was really nice to have the large fridge for our drinks. The biggest perk was being walking distance from Eldorado Diner. Its open 24 hours and the food was really good! Huge menu, breakfast served all day, and very quick service. We got dinner here both nights. Caution, if walking you do need to cross multi-lane road. Also, right beside gas station with market and Dunkin. Overall, our room was cozy and we had a nice stay!

Service great!
The floor in the room was not clean, something spilled on it.
Construction guess was in the garage one urinating others drinking on the upper level bottles left in parking area trash and that’s all the tribute to the guest for some company that was staying there!

This place served its purpose, but I would not recommend you stay here if you value respect and safety. The room did what it needed to- containing a full fridge, microwave, sink, and stove top. The bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived so we did it ourselves. The toilet flush had to be held down for 1 full minutes in order to get the thing flushed. The floor felt grimy but the beds were alright. My primary concern was safety, as there were a lot of guests just standing outside the hotel till 2am. From my view from the room I could see the roof of the parking garage and it looked like some people just stayed there in their cars over night. My second concern was the staff. After reading previous reviews I was impressed by all the mentions of staff being kind and helpful.. the people we encountered were rude and unhelpful. We asked for toilet paper one morning and the woman at the front told us she was out, another worker came up after I’d been asking the woman to check again and he told her to give me some- she proceeded to go into the back and then emerged carrying an entire box. If you plan to stay here, plan to be out AT 11am. They will call, knock, and harass you until you’re off their property. If you’re in dire need, then stay here, but carry protection and don’t expect staff to be friendly- it’ll serve its purpose. Just don’t expect much more.

Fit my needs. The unit was clean and quiet. The room did not have all the amendities. Parking is a plentiful but shady back of the building garage. Grab and go was nothing special but there is a Dunks next to the hotel. You get what you pay for.

I would not stay here again. The first thing we smelled when leaving the car was the stench of pot. Room also smelled musty and stale. The garage parking behind the hotel was not well lit and after checking in at night, did not seem safe.
3.4
Beds were super comfortable and it was cool how the room felt like a studio apartment with a full fridge and all. Despite some of the bad reviews I saw on this page I was hoping to get the whole experience. Sadly I did not get Sunshine during my stay who I’m sure would make me happy when stars turn gray. However, did have Renee upon check in and she was just a delight to interact with. The room was clean, plenty of parking available, and a good diner across the street that’s 24/7 but you may need to deal with the locals. While the room was clean I had some questions bout certain things such as the air condition unit not handing in place like it should be.

3.4
Horrible hotel & room.
3.4
The staff here were absolutely fantastic. The only things I would change is the fact that I got a parking ticket for where i was told to park(26ft box truck) and I wish the windows in the rooms opened a bit as its pretty stuffy in there. Otherwise, good place for a decent price!
3.4
Fast overnight trip. Room was clean, and staff friendly.

Was disturbed as to how the shower was a mess if the room was cleaned and ready for a guest.
