My unit was wet. The floor felt went and smelled of wet dog from the time I arrived to the time I left. No matter if I opened windows to air it out or leave the AC running. The humidity felt like the unit had been flooded. It was a hot sunny weekend. Also hot tub was broken and there was no cleaning staff for the weekend.

Very nice location. But all in all price to high for what you get.

Very nice and modern rooms/apartments. Great location in the center of Canmore.

Very limited service, most time nobody around to help and advice, no flexibility. You can hear anything from neighboring rooms.

Great location. Pleasant stay overall.

Free parking, self check-in, helpful staff, USB charging ports, blue tooth speaker, Nespresso, fridge, kettle & TV made for a comfy stay. Sunrise view! 🩷

Check-in only from 4pm onwards. The window lock beside the door was broken so there was a risk of break-in. No room safe though not that necessary for our stay. The shower stall lacked enclosure that water splashed all over. Didn’t like the smell of the toiletries provided. Dusty floor. No room cleaning unless it’s requested. Prices are high for its category as probably elsewhere in this area. It’s all just the way it is in this part of the world I guess & we made do.

Rented the apartment for 5. Great experience. Well laid out, comfortable beds, good spacious bathrooms, big kitchen. Great location.

pleasant stay and staff was very excellent

hot tub , coffee machine , microwave , fridge , shower head , location , views , check in , staff was so accommodating. first night was cold so we requested extra blankets. They came right away and also a space heater. when the outlet tripped, it was fixed within minutes. The front desk (phone calls) were very efficient.

Stayed a night it was exactly what we wanted relaxing and walking distance to everything.

Hot tub was great and free water bottles were a bonus.

No playpen available for toddler

Walking distance to downtown Canmore (shops & restaurants). Free parking. Good view of the mountains. Clean, comfortable room. Outdoor hot tub & area appeared very clean-- but we did not use it, this time.

Parking stalls were not designated per suite, & some people do not know how to park! By the time we arrived later in the evening we could not park in a stall because any spaces left between vehicles were too small for our vehicle to fit in.

I went to go to bed and pulled back the cover to find a poo stained sheet!! I went to try and sleep in the sofa but I was so disgusted of the hotel I booked a room at another hotel and left. I am expecting a full refund!!!

Had a great relaxing one day stay. Definitely will come back to this comfy place!

Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Very close to restaurants, grocery and other amenities. Hot tub was very relaxing. Highly recommended for a weekend stay in Canmore.

Nothing really bad to say. Staff were friendly. Nice mountain view. Big Smart Tv. Nespresso coffee machine was great. No microwave though.

Great location. They have a hot tub which is a plus but we didn't get there in time to use it

We enjoyed the king bed and the updated bathroom. If we were to stay again I would book upper level

The room was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable

It appears this property is a fixed up older hotel. The windows were not sound proof we could everything the people outside were saying. You could here every footstep from upstairs so no sound proofing.

The sheets felt a bit rough, bobbly and getting worn out. No fan in bathroom.
