Perfect for beach vacation with my boyfriend. Can’t beat the location. All the other guests were friendly. The front desk guy Dan was nice and very attentive. The parking was easy and free. If you go for the beach, this is a great place to stay.

The property was very close to the beach and the boardwalk. The hotel gave you a free street parking for your stay but put a $250 hold on your card.
The place reeks of cigarette smoke and floor cleaner. It smells like someone is actively smoking the whole time. The combination of the smells made my eyes and nose burn and I had to keep the window open to try to air it out which didn’t do much until someone started smoking. The sheets and towels were clean but stained and I had to check the bed for bed bugs. Way too expensive for how low quality this place is. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut it down.

We didn't stay.
The place speaks for itself when you walk in. Felt incredibly uncomfortable. It was dark, dingy and disorganized. You get what you pay for. Should have known better when I saw the response from the owner of the previous comments. But hey they offer 7 dollar showers.

They had trouble finding my reservation. The fellow at the desk did not appear to know what was going on.
Trash had not been emptied. Trash in cup holder in bathroom. Sheets did not appear clean. No heat and no one to speak to. I think I was the only person in the hotel. Kind of creepy.

Location that all
Nothing at all it was terrible 😕

the location was great. could use a real good upgrading. I mean if the rooms are nonsmoking, its definitely hard to tell, especially when you’re a no smoker. it was doable for what we needed for our stay.

Literally the only positive thing was the distance from the beach
Absolutely everything was filthy and disgusting! It basically was like a Traphouse from the projects! Since my small child was with me we decided it would not be suitable to even attempt to stay there for the entire trip so we booked another hotel in the area. Couldn’t even get money refunded that should tell you something right there. Had to turn the breaker on including the taped up ones. Huge puddle of water on the floor from fridge toilet and shower broken not to mention the sign stating seven dollars per warm shower! I have been at cleaner campsites than this place! So disappointing that I wasted my money and my families time

The staffmembers we met were friendly. The location is good- right in the heart of Rehobeth.
The room was just that- a small room with a king sized bed. It had a small desk w/a chair, another chair & a small area to hang clothes/store luggage, but even with just 2 people there was little too no room to move around. The window A/C unit was ok- after plugging it in & running it for several hours while we were out for the evening, the room was cool & comfortable, but was hot as balls when we checked in. The outlet was a little messed up. You saw a scorch on one of the outlets- a sign of a short at one time- & has to keep the A/C plugged in in such a manner as to occupy both outlets- preventing phone charging. The small TV was hanging crooked on a janky bracket & the wiring & loosely hanging cable box exemplified the "Why bother to make anything nice" vibe of the hotel. There was no parking lot so we had to pay for street parking as soon as we arrived. The bathroom was relatively clean & usable. The doors & locks were cheap, the walls are thin so you can hear all other guests. Checking in & out was odd. I arrived to find an envelope with my name on it & a key inside of it. Checkout was equally strange. I handed the key to the gentleman behind the desk- I never signed anything.
