Great place to stay if you have a boat that needs a dock. The condo was very spacious and had a great deck view of the lake.

Beautiful location will definitely be booking it next year. The staff was amazing.

A great place that was clean and comfortable with a view that is second to none. Nice fire place too!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for our family. The view is so serene. We can’t wait to book again next summer. Laura and Stephanie were wonderful. Great communication, quick to respond to any inquiries, and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Physical property was fine but needs someone to take a few hours to do general maintenance such as fix squeaky doors, clean screens and windows, fix very noisy refrigerator. Location, at least for us, is too far from shopping, restaurants, gas stations and anything to do unless you brought your own boat.

Very nice view of Lake George and mountains

This place is a gem! We were warmly welcomed by our hosts who even helped carry our bags. The condo was spotless and comfortable. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the Adirondack chairs on the deck. It was the perfect place to watch the sunrise or the approach of a summer shower. We also rented a boat for a day so we could explore the lake. Everything they do there is first-rate!

Our family weekend was just perfect ! The staff at the dockside are wonderful. The house is fully stocked with whatever you may need. The views are amazing and if you need dock space they have it for renters which was a big bonus for us ! Can’t wait to stay again

Over all a great spot . The outside deck could have been sprayed down to knock off the spiders and spiderwebs . We saw a hand full of them .

The beautiful lakefront condo above the Dockside Marina exceeded our expectations. My sister and I (both in our 50's) came with our mom who is not very mobile and has some health issues. We were greeted with a smile and the staff in the marina was nice enough to help us bring our stuff up the stairs to the condo. They were available to answer any questions about the condo or the area that we had.
The view is amazing! The condo was clean and very well decorated. The pics do not do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes and all the kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. There is a gas grill with a spare tank of gas available for use. The Roku TV provides cable along with Netflix, HBO Max and other streaming apps.
Comfortable beds made for a good nights' sleep.
I highly recommend the beautiful lakefront gem. I hope to be back again next year.

The property was well-represented by pictures and descriptions with a breathtaking view of the lake. The Property Manager was amazing and very helpful. We had some issues with the TV cable that were partially resolved. We were limited to our time on the deck due swarming gnats that are unfortunately a seasonal issue. Our stay was technically considered off-season which contributed to difficulty finding open restaurants. Overall, we felt the trip was worth the 4-1/2 drive and appreciated the comfortable accommodations for our short stay. Thank you

What a treat! Small 2nd floor condo over a small marina with private entrance. Excellent view of the lake. Very clean with all linens, plateware and cooking utensils provided. Stephanie the owner was fantastic! Absolutely a must stay if you are heading to Lake George !!

Overall our stay was good; clean, well stocked kitchen supplies, linens, paper supplies, excellent & very quiet location. The views were OUTSTANDING!
Few small negatives; some trouble with timely communication, I assume because the marina was a near ghost town bc we stayed off season. Although we loved the quiet and privacy, we were a little too in the dark especially with check out process. The king bed was extremely soft & the Roku TV was frustrating to use.
The listing is a bit confusing and describes 2 queen beds & 1pull out sofa, but there's actually 1 king, 1 queen and 1 pull out. Not a negative for me -I prefer a king! But also the listing states checkin/out time as 5pm/10am, but the email before our stay then said 4pm/11am. Just a few, no big deal points, and still a very nice stay for our long weekend.
*A note to future renters - parking was fine for us because no one else was parked, but I imagine with a full size truck or SUV during peak season it would be quite challenging.

Place was great. Has a fantastic rustic feet. Kitchen was well supplied. Spectacular view from deck for sunrise & sunset. Had a terrific time!!

The view was outstanding unfortunately for us it rained most of our trip. Check in was very easy.
The shower situation was not ideal. It was small and off of the smaller bedroom. Although there was another half bath, I wouldn’t stay with 2 couples.
Also, again for us, the location was not close to anything and driving at nite to go out was not a good option.

We were warned at check in to not leave any food on counters. Apparently they knew of a mouse problem. We were extremely careful but I saw them. Luckily my wife didn’t because she would have left immediately and gone to the Marriott.

Really enjoyed our short 4 day weekend here. Great view of the lake and extremely quiet at night. We wanted a place away from the Lake George resort area but still close enough for a nice drive along the lake. This place fit the bill. Located above the Marina rental office but I found that a bonus getting to see the boats come in and out. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Great location over the marina. Gas dock and store employees couldn’t be anymore helpful. Was a perfect place for our first visit to Lake George

Not only was this a quiet spot but it has incredible views of the lake and mountains. The condo was spacious enough for my family to relax and everyone commented what a good night's rest they got every night. The best part of the location, however, were the employees of the marina -- from the moment we arrived they were super helpful and genuinely nice. We noticed that they were that way with all the customers that arrived at the dock. Will definitely consider staying again!

Our Third Great Stay
This was our third stay at this property and we are just as satisfied this trip as our previous two. Stephanie and the staff do a great job of taking care of you and making you feel like family. The views from the unit are unbeatable from inside and out. They provide everything that you would need including beach towels, laundry, gas grill and ROKU TVs.
To us the location at a marina is a plus as it makes for good people watching and convenience for boating on the lake.
The northern Lake George location also gets you away from the crowds of Bolton and the Village.
We look forward to returning again next year!

Short Trip with Great View
Perfect condo for short stay with amazing views. Justy Joe Charters can pick you up from Dockside Marina for a charter fishing trip, convenient. Walmart is 12 minutes away for grocery shopping. Condo has a propane grill, we grilled out every night and the host had back up propane available. I recommend grabbing a drink or dinner at the golf course down the road that also has a beautiful view. I recommend the “Lost Pond Trail” for a challenging nature trail/hike.

Absolutely fantastic experience
This place is a gem. The views of the lake are fantastic and serene in a town that allows a peaceful getaway. The property is very well managed and the property managers are thorough & caring people. We absolutely loved our stay here and will come back again.

Consistently comfortable.
Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed staying in this rental. The view is “to die for.” The comfort of this condo is its “theme;” and Stephanie (the property manager) could not have been more accommodating! We love it here and are hoping to make this our favored destination for family get togethers. Our Canadian relatives were thoroughly impressed with this “find” and are looking forward to the next visit in October where we hope to enjoy some brilliant foliage as well as warmth from the fireplace while we make more memories with family. We love this rental.

Our stay was great. The pictures do not lie, the views are really that good, and then some. Seeing the sun come up was great!
As the listing states, the marina operates during the day. As others stated, typically the office opened around 7:15am, sometimes the mechanics where a little earlier. Didn’t bother us, was up and watched all the action. By 5 or 6pm it was a ghost town, had the place all to ourselves; that was the best part. All the staff was very nice and answered any questions we had.
We took the advice of one of the other reviewers and walked to the Hague Market one morning, great breakfast sandwich. And the cookies, pastries and muffins were very good too.
Not sure if it was the time of year we went, or the normal, but a lot of places are closed on Monday. We ended up going to the Algonquin, in Bolton Landing, great food.
The biscuits at the Hot Biscuit diner were huge. You have to get the strawberry shortcake. About 10-15 minutes away in Ticonderoga.
The Windchill, about 10 minutes in Ticonderoga, had awesome ice cream. The medium cone was bigger than any large I’ve ever gotten. The sundaes were so good we went back the next day. They have food too, but we only tried the wings, which were very good.
The Star Trek experience, in Ticonderoga, is definitely worth it. Full size replica of the set. Yes, even the bridge. It is a guided tour and learned a lot. Even my non-fan spouse enjoyed it.
Yes, we would definitely stay there again.

This is an amazing property. The place was just as advertised; beautiful views of Lake George from every window. Check in process was seamless. I even received great tips from the property manager on places to eat and she recommended a company for a boat tour of the Lake. The only minor complaint that I have is that there was construction on the Pier throughout the day. It made it a little less enticing to sit out on the deck overlooking the lake.

We could speak about the “million dollar view “or the perfect sunrise that we experienced this morning, or the peaceful quiet that was pierced by the gentle sound of lapping water against land’s edge and a bird or two in the distance; but we prefer to focus on “comfort” because that is what stood out to each of us.
Because this proprietor was considerate enough to invest in high quality beds, great pillows, and clean fresh linens, we were not only assured of a good night’s sleep, but we each left our vacation well rested and thoroughly satisfied.
In the past, we have needed a vacation after a vacation due to the poor sleeping conditions. NOT here! We slept better than in our own homes. That kind of consideration equated to our comfort; and we genuinely appreciate that.
This proprietor also invested in living room furniture that lent itself to casual comfort while we enjoyed satisfying conversation.
Wherever we sat, we had a lovely view, but we also had the comfortable support of furnishings that contributed to our collective relaxation.
WE chose this condo for practical reasons. It is located exactly midway between us and our Canadian relatives. (Relatives that we have not seen in nearly 3 years due to the pandemic and our own health issues.) We felt that this rental provided us with an opportunity to visit with good ventilation and sufficient distancing; so, we booked.
This condo exceeded our expectations, and now we can anticipate with certainty that our next visit with a Canadian relative will be just as relaxing and satisfying.
We will be back in three weeks to visit with another son! And if they will rent to us again, we are hoping to make this an annual destination.

Great Weekend $ Million View
The place was really nice and bigger than it looks online. The fireplace wasn't working but really only issue. Kitchen is very well equipped. It was the quiet season with a lot places closed but the marina was also very quiet too. We will definitely be back.

Great fall getaway!
My wife and I stayed at Laura's property in Hague NY for 14th wedding anniversary. We greatly enjoyed having coffee every morning on the large second floor patio deck, with an amazing view of lake george. The apartment was well appointed and provided us every comfort of home. The apartment gave us the warm feeling a perfect adirondack lodge and the gas fireplace certainly took the chill off.
We would certainly come back again.

Like being on a Boat
We have been coming to the Lake George area for over 15 years and this was by far our most favorite place to stay. There is a water view from every window and at night, with the windows open, you can hear waves on the shore. The sunrises are amazing as the sun rises on the opposite side of the lake. The location is away from the busy downtown area of Lake George, however, Ticonderoga is a short drive to the north. We stayed in October so the marina was not busy, boat rentals were available and the staff was very friendly. At night we had the place to ourselves as there is only one unit on the property, very quiet. Highly recommend this rental unit.

Awesome Second Stay
This was our second time at Dockside Landing and we can’t say enough good things about our experience.
The manager Stephanie is the best and can answer any question and provides unmatched service.
The property is spotless upon arrival and the views directly over the lake from the living area and deck cannot be beat.
We personally enjoy the stay at a working marina while we watch the boats and people come and go. If you are interested in boating this is a great place to stay as Jesse and his crew are top notch in putting you in the correct boat and helping with whatever you need.
We are already looking forward to our next trip there.
