lovely location for beach and the food and bar were great
needs a bigger shop for food shopping not a lot of variety in the one next door for the days you just want to stay in and chill

It’s the most beautiful hidden gem minutes from Crown Point airport but with no noise, the beach which you overlook and can access by simple steps is stunning as is the sea to swim daily.. The Crown Point Beach Hotel is a home from home, coming now for years and love everything about it, pool, accommodation is quite basic but we had a 1 bed family apt which was spacious, 2 bathrooms and everything you needed.. The Blu restaurant for anything like breakfast, lunch or dinner with yummy cocktails is delicious, reasonably priced and ambience watching the sunset and hearing the sea is just so special. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and I couldn’t recommend CP, Store Bay Area and Tobago more highly hence why they are booked up year after year.. Their reputation exceeds and it shows with the reviews and return or hotel guests 🩷🙏🏻
Thank you for another 3 weeks with you this Summer
This time there was very little if any hotel entertainment at night and usually we have experienced steel pan nights, buffet, BBQ or singers but perhaps it was the season we chose… Otherwise nothing I could say about the place other than positive 🩷

The cleaning staff were very friendly and polite, and thorough with their cleaning.
The reception staff were variable in their friendliness. Some were really welcoming and some were a bit unapproachable.

The location was great, with easy access to the airport and the beach. The grounds were quiet at night, and nicely lit up. The individual porches were wonderful for having that early-morning cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the sea.
The crazy little ants that found their way into the room (and into the sugar). Not having a coffee percolator in the room. I'm not a fan of instant coffee.

The location is fantastic. Wonderful view from our Cabana, so close to the airport and all the Crown Point/ Store Bay restaurants etc. And direct access to the beach.
The on site bar and restaurant were great - good food and drinks and friendly staff.
Loads of space in the Cabana, great facilities, comfy beds.
The rooms/bathrooms are a little dated and could do with an update.

Close proximity to the beach.
Dated furniture but it was a problem.

Dinner tasted good, but was cold. The two waitresses looked overworked. I felt sorry for waitresses. You should have extrastaff you can call on in an event of an emergency. Also, the Manager, and Bartenders should have assisted those two waitresses. Poor service due to being under staffed.
Cold food

Close to the airport
I asked for the room to be decorated for my Mothers birthday from Toronto. It was not done.Aldo should have a free breakfast for that amount of money.

On site restaurant was reasonably priced and tasted great.
Short walk from the airport.
Store Bay basically at your doorstep.
Bed and pillows were poor needs an upgrade.

I love the location and the convenience of the property. The staff was also very helpful.
The shower water was pretty cold most of the time and the internet services were not working.

Had breakfast elsewhere. Was hoping for a buffet, but none available
Pillows were too hard

ambiance, a community of families enjoying time with each other
a bit dated, could use new taps and shower heads. however, it has a very authentic Caribbean feel and character, rather than a resort.

The view from of the ocean from our room window was. breathtaking.
Spacious rooms but furnishings need to be replaced. New kitchen should be considered. The fridge, stove, cabinets all worked but needed to be replaced due to wear and tear.

Location and gardens.
Old hotel and in desperate need of renovation.
Poor breakfast.
Staff not well trained.
3.5 / 5.0
Ideal location and right on beach. Within crucial part of Tobago and near airport, good beaches, all amenities and easy access to rest of island.
Property needs updating and staff can be friendlier and more courteous. Some staff were very rude, unpleasant and miserable.

Room was excellent. Kitchen facilities. View. Comfort.
Nothing really.

the proximity to the beach and the well kept grounds
the rooms were very outdated and needs to be redone and there were a lot of bugs in the rooms.

Great location. Staff at reception and dinner were generally lovely and friendly. At breakfast it was hit and miss - with some unfriendly, slow-moving and inattentive staff - which took away from the good food.
5.0 / 5.0
The accommodations in the room were great. Kitchenette with just enough to be useful. Dinnerware included as well which was great. The grounds are beautiful and it's beachfront so the room had an amazing view.
It's also easy walking distance from the airport so no need for a taxi.
TV options were limited. Maybe a chrome cast or fire stick to allow me to cast my own content.
No power outlet at the desk.

Excellent
Our room was near the Housekeeping office and they were a little bit loud in the morning, which affected our sleep.
