This cute condo was in a great location. Surrounded by trees. On the edge of town but still very close to everything. My family spent a nice weekend visiting the area. The owners were very informative and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the Black Canyon Get Away. Everything was a quick and easy drive. There is a store right down the road, and easy parking to walk to the river walk. It's a quick drive to RMNP and plenty of places to eat. The condo had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. We'd definitely go back! The owner had great communication for anything we needed.

We were so pleased with the accommodations at Black Canyon Getaway! Beautiful view of the mountains, close enough to town for access to groceries and cafes and easy ride to the park entrance. The condo was clean, well decorated and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. We cooked in every night and had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

This was a very nice VRBO clean, great communication with owner. All the conveniences of being in your own home while being in a new town for the first time. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Exactly as listed. The property sits on the "best" side of busy Estes Park allowing one to navigate the park highlights without battling traffic and crowds with every jaunt. Though we only slept there 4 of the 7 nights it was extremely quiet and comfortable. Everytworked

We were able to drive to Rocky Mountain National Park within 15 minutes and could walk to the town in the same amount of time.

This lovely 2-story condo was perfect for our family of five get-together. We particularly enjoyed the nice big table in the kitchen. Everyone slept well and was very comfortable. The location was great—very close to the grocery store, the visitor’s center/free parking, the shopping area, and not very far to the National Park entrance. We would love to stay here on our next visit to Estes!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this awesome Estes Park, CO venue. Cannot say enough about the location as well as the great condition of the residence. Everything you need for an incredible getaway.

This townhouse isn't a stand-alone house, as the picture seems to indicate. It is, however, cozy and comfortable for 4 people, for 3 nights. We were thankful for the quick access to shopping, dining, gas (only 3 blocks to Safeway shopping center) as well as the short drive to get to the Nat'l Park entrances. Appreciated the garage, and all appliances working well. It was very quiet while we were there, but I can image when all townhouses are full of guests that might not be true. Comfortable seating, comfortable sleeping. Kitchen and bathrooms very clean. Bath linens were clean and fresh! Easy to adjust the temp thru day/night with plenty of windows to open. The kitchen is a little cramped with the big table, but we took turns so we weren't stepping on toes. Host was instantly available when we had a question. Everything is a little worn, which makes it feel homey rather than new and stiff.

Great place to stay. Close to everything. We especially liked being able to go back and forth to Rocky Mountain National Park multiple times each day. We brought our 20 month old grandson and the high chair and pack and play were a great help with that. We saw deer or elk out of the windows every day. The view from the master bedroom (and bathroom shower) was exceptional. Dave was helpful with anything we needed which was appreciated.

We were in Estes for a wedding and some hiking in RMNP. The house was clean, cozy and well-equipped. I inquired if the house had an iron and Dave was very nice and double checked the house on one of his visits. I appreciated him making sure we had what we needed so I didn't need to lug an iron around.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding, and this VRBO was everything we could have asked for. Dave was an excellent host, who fixed problems before we even knew we had them (such as our tv not working). The location was ideal, as it was a short 15 minute walk into town, and an even shorter drive. The scenery is amazing and we had an excellent time!

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Saw mule deer( close enough to touch but we didn’t) and elk out the back. Not our first time to Estes and if we come back again, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this same place again.

We stayed this year for our oldest son’s spring break Senior trip. The cabin was clean as always and had plenty of room for us to stretch out. I love the fact that it’s close enough to town that the boys can walk there, but far enough away you don’t feel like you’re in town. And the view is spectacular. We will be back again in 2 years and hope to book it again! Thanks as always to the hosts, they are great too!

Out group of 5 adults really enjoyed this condo. Everything was in good working order and many small touches made it feel cozy and welcoming, such as the wide variety of books, DVDs and games provided. Proximity to downtown while offering the feeling of being surrounded by nature was very refreshing.

Loved our stay in Estes Park! The unit was very clean & comfortable. From the toddler to the grandparents, everyone thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location was great - very convenient access to Rocky Mountain National Park and to the wedding venue that brought us all to CO. Our hosts were wonderful, and responded quickly to questions. We highly recommend this location & if we're able to return as a family again, we'd love to stay here again.

Our family once again enjoyed our stay - I think it’s the 5th time we’ve stayed here. The condo was very clean when we arrived and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The mountain views from the master bedroom are beautiful. The location is great for getting downtown and to the grocery store. Highly recommend this place to friends and family.

My husband and 6 children aged 24-9 stayed for 5 nights and we couldn’t be more pleased. Ample bed space, 21/2 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. Loved the big table for card playing, washer and dryer were essential, and the proximity to town was awesome. It is a connected condo with shared walls, but we did not hear neighbors and the outside patio area is private. The view from the master balcony is stunning. The master bed was comfy and the gas fireplace in the living/dining area took the chill out the air in the early morning. We had to contact the host about tv operation and they were prompt and helpful. The condo is within walking distance to downtown (20-25 minutes) but without sidewalks would not recommend. We would love to stay again.

Hosts were great to work with and the location is great! Close to town and only about 15 minutes from RMNP. House was a perfect fit for our family of 6. Main areas were very clean however, there were signs that some of the less common areas were not as clean (dust on ceiling fans, minor mildew on shower curtain etc). Also in need of minor maintenance fixes (lower kitchen cabinet door in front of sink would not stay closed, broken blind in bedroom window that made it unusable, missing rails on the fridge door making storage on the door impossible etc). All were minor issues and not cause for concern for a short stay, however the parking situation is not great! The complex is on a small hill and this unit is on the end and on the top side of the hill... your parking area is shared with the unit next door and you have a single/very narrow path to pull into the parking area for the unit and the parking area is limited by a 2 foot rocky slope dividing the lower unit parking areas from your space. We had two smaller cars and it hard to fit both of us, even with one in the garage... and trying to back in and out was not fun! I am not sure we would have been able to pull in an out if there was someone parked in front of the neighboring units garage. We ended up backing in one car and leaving the other one in open spots near the dumpster... just poor design. Despite our other issues, we would return again if not for the parking situation...just too much with two cars

We were a little surprised at how close the other buildings were from this picture. Comfy place and was excited when Elk came walking through the yard 😊

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Only negative is we were unaware until after payment that there's no air conditioner. Only one elderly in our group struggled. Otherwise perfect place and excellent location.

We loved the time we spent in Estes Park. The condo was very nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to the Stanley and Elkhorn ave easily. It was also just enough away to feel like you were in a mountain retreat. We had some deer come right up to the back patio and the views were breathtaking. Would highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

We enjoyed staying here with my wife and daughters family. It is close to town, well kept and we saw more and varied wildlife here than we did this time in the RMN Park. Probably due to the time of day we were here, early and late, than when we were in the Park. This location worked very well for our family and highly recomend.
