This condo was wonderful in all aspects. The location was convenient to shopping, eateries, and exit to Banff. The views from the top floor were incredible with the iconic Three Sisters in full view. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for your stay or mountain adventure.

Very happy with our stay, good views from the home, great location for short and long stays within a walking distance of everything you need, great hosts, clean home. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy the home more!

Excellent get away for a vacation. Our condo was close to restaurants, downtown, and everything else you would need for your vacation. We left our vehicle at the condo everyday and walked except on day we drove to Banff and explored more of Canmore outside of town. We will definitely book again for our next trip! Our hosts were very helpful and friendly with anything we needed to know, plus kept in contact throughout our vacation. Big thumbs up- 5 stars

It was a wonderful stay with friends. Good location. The condo itself is clean, fully stocked. The view is so scenic and we can see the three mountains from the balcony. The host property management is responsive and the check in instructions are clear.
We all enjoyed our stay

Everything was absolutely perfect. From the connection with our house to check in and check out. Wonderful apartment! Absolutely love some of the basic necessities that were already in the apartment when we arrivesā¦

Our family enjoyed our stay in Canmore. Bear Creek Crossing was located near grocery stores, gasoline stations, and Banff Natonal Park. The upstairs loft only offered a privacy screen between the bedroom and the toilet and bathtub. This would work well for young siblings but was not well suited for the adults in our group who prefered more privacy. The back porch was small, but offered a nice view of the mountains. The parking garage was a bit difficult to find, but we enjoyed the extra security once we discovered how to get into it using the elevator code. The buildings were not clearly marked with the letters A, B, or C, but after walking around a bit, we found building C. This property is great for a family with younger children looking to explore the Canadian Rockies together. It was resonably priced and well-maintained.

The location and the condo were very nice. Our only issue was it was so hot in the upstairs loft and the a/c was not helping.

The unit was a great space for our young family and in-laws. Prime location and excellent communication with the host/property management. The bathroom in the upstairs loft is a bit odd, would be great if the toilet was framed in as a water closet.

Weāve stayed at 2 different condos in this building over the last number of years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time. It is very conveniently located for local shops and restaurants and is a perfect base from which to travel out to the numerous popular locations in the Canmore areaā¦

Condo is oddly located in a shopping center with garage parking that does not accommodate trucks. We were given lot instructions for parking but they were not clear. Our bikes would not fit in garage storage. The entrance procedures and codes were lengthy. Elevator broke our first day and remained out of commission our entire stay. The day we left I made 15 trips up and down four flights of stairs to carry cooler contents, coolers, suitcases, garbage and recycling, etc as well as to go in and out for our daily activities. Without the elevator a key was needed to access stairwells. Only one key per condo so we could not split up and when we requested an additional key our request was rudely received by housekeeping. The washing machine was moldy. When we reported this housekeeper again was rude and told us it was used regularly. When she brought a key she dropped off cleaning tablets for us to clean the washer but did not clean it herself. We felt the elevator issue could have been addressed in a much more timely manner and that the property overall was disappointing and subpar.

Location was great.
Condo was clean and very nice.
Walking distance to downtown and all the shops.
Only dissatisfied with the lack of communication. Had to contact the property manager myself to get access instructions on the day of arrival.

Excellent location, close to everything, great view of Three Sisters
The only problem was the elevator was broken, but that's nothing the owners can do about

Place was perfect. Pictures really donāt do justice. Does have a balcony deck with mountains views which I donāt think is stated in the listing. The living room window is enormous. Maybe 15ft height and 10ft wide with 180 degree Mountain Viewās. Kitchen looked stocked though I didnāt cook. Everything in walking distanceā¦groceries, coffee, sporting goods, liquor all located practically on the premises. Main Street just 2 blocks away across the walking bridge. Great rental.

Great location, difficult to locate parking garage and unit. The space was great, kitchen, bathrooms etc. unfortunately the elevator was broken when we arrived so has to walk up to the 4th floor, then we lost power in a storm for an evening. Parks pass was a bonus
10.0 / 10.0
The unit comes with a parking space in the basement which is very nice. The elevator was not working and the unit is on the 4th floor. Hot tub you have to reserve a time in advance, so we missed out on the first day we checked in. Place was clean, beds were comfortable.

Everything was great except the matresses. They were thin and uncomfortable. Sheets were thin and blankets were coarse. It would have been nice if the beds and bedding were of the same caliber as the rest of the property and management. Howeve, we would definitely consider staying there again.

The unit was comfortable and well-equipped for family meal prep. Great location! and our hosts were responsive and pleasant to deal with. All-in-all, it made for a fun long weekend with the grandkids. Weāll be back!

I did not receive the passcode to get into the building or condo when we arrived about 5:30. It proved to be a difficult process to contact anyone for this information. The VRBO rep was able to get ahold of the owner using the same number I had already tried. I waiting 1 hour before we had access to the property as i had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone. My 82 year old Mother was with me and was having back issues so the wait in the vehicle was very hard on her.
Also there were no instructions for operating the television. We did figure it out but took a while.
We liked the location and the property was very comfortable but could use some furniture upgrades.

The property was just the right size for 2 of us. It was very clean and had all the ammenities we needed. It was in a great location- close to grocery stores and Canadian Tire
8.0 / 10.0
Pros: The property is spacious with high ceiling and amazing view of the mountain. Close to everything including restaurants and attractions. Available park pass and parking. Easy check in and check out. Satisfactory kitchen and bathroom supplies.
Cons: Can be noisy when windows are open with railway trains passing by. Towels smell funky. Restocking of paper towel is not available. Bed covers and linens were still wet. Property needs a little dusting in general.

The appartment is quite spacious and cozily designed and furnished. It has one 2p bedroom on ground level and one 2p bedroom upstairs, which is open to the livingroom/kitchen. Visually it is closed off, but there are no walls or doors seperating it. The upper bedroom ks large and has a large bathtub and its own toilet. There is a seperate bathroom with toilet on ground level. The appartment we had (405C) faces southwards, which makes it rather hot on warm summer days. There is no central airco, despite the advertisement saying there is, only one small stand alone airco in the living room that is inadequate for the size of the room. The bedrooms have no airco. The area does cool down at night, however if you open the windows you will hear the highway, bit more importantly there are heavy trains passing by every few hours at night at just 100 m of clear open space. So if you want to sleep at all, you want to keep the windows closed and use the fans, which are readily available. The host was friendly and responded quickly (only had contact via email). The rooftop bathtun js a winner, make sure to book ahead in time :). Canmore in general is a very nice villave to stay, much less touristic/crowded then Banff, and with plenty good restaursants in the cozy downtown at walking distance. Because we had several nights of not such a good sleep due to the heat/noise, I gave a lesser overall rating. In wintertime it should be really great I expect

Lovely spot, close to everything and you can walk around and enjoy it all.

We were a group of 2 couples so the 2 queen beds in separate rooms was perfect for our stay.
Lovely location with access to grocery stores on either side. Close proximity to downtown.
Easy to navigate with the instructions from the property owners, would've liked to receive the join up email sooner due to Bear Creek Condos being our second stop on our trip. I messaged Laura the morning of our trip though and she promptly replied to me with all the info! Thanks Laura!
Parking stall in the garage was appreciated for the convenience. No need to find parking or worry about mischief.
The condo was clean and we had all the amenities we could need. We really appreciated ice in the freezer as well as access to the washing machine and dryer.
We took advantage of the park pass when taking in the views at Lake Louise, and Johnston Canyon.
Due to the heat wave during our visit the A/C was struggling to keep up and we were employing all the fans. The A/C didn't reach the main floor bedroom very well. The train tracks within the block didn't disrupt our sleep much until we opened the windows at night in efforts to keep the temp down.
We loved Canmore and our location, the condo was great for our 3 day stay!

Great location Walk across the parking lot to Safeway or Tims
We enjoyed our stay. Well equipped and nice open space. (only thing was the fridge wasn't very cold even though it was on #4 already and didn't refreeze our cold packs for our coolers to continue our journey)

Cold Canmore
Excellent place to stay. Unfortunately it was a bitterly cold few days so didnāt do much exploring and the hot tub was closed. Beautiful view from the condo and many thing in walking distance. Went on the snowy owl dog sled trip. It was amazing.

Gorgeous mountain views
The location of this property could not be better! It is close to stores and downtown so you can walk everywhere. And the view from the living area is stunning with all the mountains around! The loft bedroom is a little odd with the toilet, bath and bed being open to the living area below but it is a great space otherwise. If you go with a group of 6, two people will need to sleep on a pull out couch in the living area, but it is surprisingly comfy. The condo lacks some amenities such as not enough cups for a group stay and not many communal items (such as oil), but otherwise has what you need. It is also great that all the doors use a numbered code so you and friends can come and go without coordinating who has the key. Overall, would recommend.

Really niceš
Great little condo. Had everything we needed. Ventilation was a little tricky but ok once you let it totally air out and keep the front door open for cross-breeze. The second upstairs bathroom lacks privacy but we didnāt really need it. The only real negativeānot the owners faultāare the nightly trains. Bring earplugs or just be aware that they come through two or three times a night. Otherwise, great place

Great home base to explore Banff National Park
This was a perfect place for my sister and I to stay. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom, the condo had lots of space. There was nothing lacking in amenities and the property was as described. In spite of the good instructions, we had a little trouble finding the entrance the first time, but once we figured it out, we parked in the garage and had easy entrance to the unit. Loved looking out the patio windows and the loan of the National Park pass was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again! Canmore is a great little city to visit.

This property is definitely worth visiting. Clean, tidy and everything you need. Beautifully decorated and picturesque views from the windows.
Canmore is a lovely town 20 minutes from Banff and definitely not as busy.
