One bathroom shower is leaking and charge so much money. Apartment is stinky .They did not check the apartment before giving to new tenants.

It’s dated and floors are dirty. The trains are loud too!

Good place to stay for a vacation

Hotel was very neat and clean. It can easily accommodate 10 people. Parking was sufficient.
4.0 / 5.0
Very functional, property is showing wear and tear. But we would go back again. Train runs through the living room. Just kidding but it is directly behind the property and there are a few trains every couple of hours.

The place sleeps six. Only one parking pass for two vehicles.
Area rug in front entrance was oversized and caused an issue with tv, couch and coffee table. It was hiding a broken floor tile. It became a tripping hazard .
The one ply toilet paper - yuck. So we went to stored and bought 3 ply. Not enough towels for all, we brought ours anyways.
Dishes in cupboard were dirty. We cleaned all in dishwasher to discover it does. It work well and hand washed them all.
The couch cushions did not fit properly on the pullout out bed. So you sit in a slope towards the floor.
The kitchens chairs were all loose and have give .
There were trains coming by every two hours at night. You do get used to it.
Not that the building can control this, but most of the street was ripped up for construction. All of these factors pushed the patience factor and it was not an enjoyable stay.

Good place if you’re looking for multiple bedroom. Close walking distance to anywhere in Canmore. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Our room was spacious and the area the best.

Noisy if bus/train pass by and also the beds seems like loosen screws.

We had a nice weekend. The location was good to walk downtown and tour.
Train was very noisy. The chalet was run down, a bit dirty, too warm inside and could not control with the thermostat. The dishwasher did not work

Great place for the budget conscious.

We had 2 additional guests, which I cleared ahead of time. Additional parking passes are not possible (1 per unit). We were told they could park across the road in a shopping strip parking area. However, there is not overnight parking allowed there with threat of being towed. Parking at Cdn Rock Chalets without a pass is also by threat of towing. Where do our guests park overnight ? No other option was given.
The fireplace was attended to twice by very courteous maintenance staff, but would not remain working after they left.
The tv remote was on the blink due to low batteries. Luckily I had batteries in a night light I had brought.

It was good enough for the single night we stayed.

Great communication, great location. Property itself is a bit dated and semi worn but did the job of housing us for a night between 2 days of skiing. No complaints for the one night we stayed.

Great location to stay. Worked great for our family with kids

This is a shame as Canmore is such a nice place to stay. We have been going there a couple of times a year for basically decades for golf trips, but it is so busy now the places we have always stayed in the past became either impossible to book or are simply outrageously expensive. But this place had everything it said it would, was clean, comfy beds, good kitchen, and they communicated directions well. Only downfall is that is it right next to the train tracks and they go through at least 3 times in the middle of the night, and if you are sleeping you almost certainly will be woken up. Not the properties fault at all, just a warning to plan ahead with some earplugs if you are a light sleeper at all.

It would be nice if they provide 2 parking spot for every unit.

Unit is a okay, cleanliness as expected, good for the family. Reasonable price, quite and no smoking is the best part of it. So good to stay in the place like this that you will not smell cannabis or even tobacco.

I have stayed here before with my family and it never disappoints us. It is close to everything you need and it is very straightforward when checking in and checking out.

Spacious, comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, great balcony space, loaded kitchenware.

The location of the property was great. As a rule when ever we go to Canmore we try to book at the Canadian Rockies complex. This unit however was fairly disappointing. The floor hadn’t been cleaned when we go there all the dishes were still in the dishwasher which is confusing when there is a cleaning fee. Additionally none of the bathroom doors had locks which is awkward when staying with multiple friends. Finally the lock situation was disappointing, the unit had two keys which was a pain when only a couple of the group wanted head back, it meant people had to head back and do a key swap. In the past we have stayed in units with either a lock box or keypad entry which works better for a long group.

During our stay we discovered cigarette butts on the patio (supposed to be nonsmoking unit), blood splatters on the bathroom wall/door and blood stains on the sheets. As well, the advertisement states that there is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. This is false as both beds outside of the master are doubles. With the false bed size and the unsanitary discovers we checked out early due to being uncomfortable in the space

The check in and check out process took a bit to figure out, but nothing to drastic. The place was clean and comfortable, everything working as expected.
The check out process was but unexpected, with all the tasks (place all the dishes, even the ones we didn't use in the dishwasher, take out all garbage including recycling, wipe down all surfaces), but manageable.
Parking was okay.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would book again.

Noise

Very nice and clean condo in Canmore. I stayed there several times and it was always noise from upstairs. This time it was really quiet. I think that is because they introduced a fine for noise violation. Thank you the condo board for taking care of tourists.
The bedding was nice, full kitchen is perfect. Infection control is well maintained . I like the Rocky mountain soap and lotion they put in bathroom. Will defenitely stay again.

Overall all our stay was just ok. Property is good however paper thin floors had us awake extremely early both days due to three kids and their parents running around stomping, dragging furniture, dropping things and yelling and screaming. Pretty much all day this is what we heard. When booking make sure you ask for top floor accomodations.

Everything was ok. The property was clean and accessible. The only issue we had was the dishwasher was still loaded from the previous stay so we weren’t able to use the dishes right away. Overall, our stay was good.

Good size condo. We were in a 3 bedroom condo.
fair size kitchen.
Poor parking as one spot per condo. We were 8 and therefore had 2 cars. Had to park on the street.
The bathroom doors do not have locks which was very inconvenient.

The balcony was under renovation during our stay at the property and the sliding door on that balcony was broken it can’t be locked it’s very unsafe for us specifically we have a child

Great location in beautiful Canmore. Easy access to Banff
4.0 / 5.0
Check in was easy, if you read all material sent to you. The space in the kitchen was a bit limited for dishes and groceries. There was a limited amount of space for clothing as there was only one dresser in a two bedroom unit, but there was lots of place to hang clothes . It was quiet and the beds were comfortable and a good supply of towels and bath products.

The unit we stayed in was very clean and well maintained. Location was ideal for travelling by car and foot. Easy access to the grocery stores, restaurants, centre of town and the highway. The communication for check in and out was easy and clear.
