Amazing!!!
Stop. Search no more. Secure this condo before it is too late. We spent a month here and can say the condo exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed including an underground parking space. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, parks, a path along the river, and quick access to the amazing metro lines. We got a monthly metro card and explored Portland. Rented a car for a week and explored the Oregon coast. Thanks so much Ann for making your place feel like our home. Judy and Richard, Fairhope, AL

What a fantastic stay!!
Ann was wonderful to work with and even picked up some coffee and snacks for us because we were arriving in the evening after a long day of travels. She had someone meet us at the condo to check us in and everything went smoothly. The unit was very clean, organized and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our three week stay. This unit even provided parking in the secured garage which is a big bonus in this neighborhood.
I can't say enough about Ann and all she did to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will for sure try and stay here again when we come back to Portland.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience
Annie’s PearlPad apartment couldn’t be more ideal. Right in the middle of the pearl district, it is highly walkable to all restaraunts and shops in the area. The space is a beautiful space with a nicely stocked kitchen, super comfortable bed, nice chaise longe couch, and cool little balcony. Was there for a 3 month work assignment and couldn’t have loved it more. Highly recommended when in Portland.

Great spot to call your home
Since I’ve never spent time in Portland I feel fortunate to have found the Pearl Pad. The location is perfect for our explorations of the district and convenient to all the local transportation, shopping, parks and vibrant restaurants. We enjoyed walking along the river and drinking beer in the pubs. Anne is a great host and has filled the apartment kitchen with the essentials in case you decide to stay home for the evening.

Felt like home
The Pearl Pad was wonderful. For a long term stay in Portland, I highly recommend it. The kitchen is fully equipped. It even includes a spice tower! Nearby there are beautiful parks, grocery stores, and great restaurants. With two street car stops steps away, you won’t be more than 20 minutes from most downtown sites.

Excellent. Beyond expectation
Great location, friendly and safe neighborhood with great coffee shop and eateries. So much better than staying at central part of town. Annie’s place was wonderful, clean and equipped with everything you need. She is also very nice and easy to communicate with. Thank you Portland. We will be back.

Awesome condo in The Pearl
This is a beautiful condo. The building is in a great location close to everything. I got to stay in this condo for 5 weeks while working on a consulting job. Ann the owner is the best. She met me and showed me where everything was and how things worked from the trash to recycling to the secured parking spot.
The condo had everything I needed to cook and really make myself at home. If I am ever in Portland again I will be sure to book The Pearl Pad

All that I could want and more!
The owner thought of everything a renter might need. The location is perfect. Walking distance to many of the treats of Portland. The balcony was part of my daily experience.
Charming and cosy. Owner very accessible for questions. Easy dedicated parking place was a real bonus. A great city, friendly people and a wonderful place to stay. We hope to return soon!!

Cozy Condo in the Middle of Portland
Great location and a cozy place to stay!
I was able to enjoy some unseasonably nice weather my first few days in at the "Pearl Pad." The two parks within a minute's walk and outdoor balcony were perfect for the last few sunny fall days. There are a ton of restaurants, cafes, and stores within a few minutes' walk (go to Ovation!), but I was far enough from downtown to not be overwhelmed by the hubbub. While the weather got worse the last few days of my trip, it was nice to watch the rain (and Netflix) from the big living room windows and pick up pizza from the place across the street.
I'll be back!

Absolutely perfect!
Couldn't have asked for a better experience staying here. The owners were easy and pleasant to communicate with and when I arrived the place was spotless (not to mention gorgeous!). The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to most spots I wanted to walk to and right on a transit line if I wanted to head far. It was also quiet at night which was lovely and unexpected for somewhere so close to downtown. I also enjoyed the balcony- great for people watching and morning coffee.
All in all, couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be back!

first time in Portland
We normally do not publish reviews, but felt Ann went above and beyond the call of duty for us. First she helped us get situated in her well stocked condo. And then we accidentally left a very important bag in the condo when we left and she promptly overnight-ed it to us. By the way the location is very convenient for exploring the Pearl District and the rest of downtown Portland. It has everything you need for a great stay! We highly recommend it.

Great condo, great location!
Fun, clean, and nicely appointed with all the amenities, including bath robes, soaps, and shampoos. Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes, stemware pots and pans. And bed is super comfy and huge!
I loved walking along the river and hanging out in the nearby parks. But
my favorite event was sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! Watching the city wake p and watching the lights in the night! Thanks! We will be back!

Comfortable Pied d' Terre in a Great Location
The 'Pearl Pad' was the perfect place for our +five-week stay in Portland. It is comfortable, well-equipped and nicely-furnished. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy the wonderful summer weather. Unlike many places in the Pearl where you are staring at your neighbor a few feet away, there is a very nice, broad view over Tanner Springs park and to the West Hills and therefore lots of light in the condo. The Pearl is a vibrant, fun, very walkable neighborhood with everything you will need within a few short blocks--shopping, tons of restaurants, a Safeway and a Whole Foods-- but if you wish to go a bit further the streetcar stop is just outside your door. However, if you have a car as we did, the dedicated parking spot in the building is a definite bonus. Since we were the first guests, there ended up being a few things that needed attention such as an overly-sensitive smoke alarm, but Ann, the owner, took care of everything immediately, was always easy to reach, and a pleasure to deal with.
