All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Indio.

"We had a great stay at Jen's house! It was perfect for our large family group of 7 adults and 3 toddlers. The backyard is the real star of the home, with so many different areas and activities. The kids loved making stores around the fire pit (which is gas, super convenient) and hanging out in the jacuzzi. The pool was a little cold, even with the heat on but we were also there in February so this is probably the coldest it gets. Jen was very accommodating and even helped us with an early check-in to work around our toddler's nap schedule. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful property! Everything was just as pictured . The grounds were amazing. Our sons and their friends spent the majority of the time outside making use of the volleyball court, pool, along with the other fun amenities. The home was immaculate when we arrived . We had a perfect weekend hosting a group of 16 friends. The management company was very responsive and provided immediate answers during our stay. We would definitely come back!"

"We had the most amazing time and never left the property except for more food or "toys for the boys". Everything was exactly as stated and the extra care items were indispensable. We brought board, card, and dice games; inflatable pool toys; and lots of food. We also rented both properties so had foosball, pool table, ping pong, cornhole, golf play. EVERYTHING you dream of is there. Also, the collection of glassware, cookware, serving pieces, vases, etc was absolutely astonishing. Our annual family reunions have finally found a beautiful, well appointed place to gather, laugh, and play. Thanks from a very happy client of the Strut 70 and 71 and her more than satisfied 31 family members!"

The management team is super responsive and accommodating - we had power go out (big wind storm) and they even ran over flashlights and sent clean up crew next day to take care of pool and yard. Good bedroom layout and flexibility. Amenities like volleyball court, pool, putting green are well maintained and fun inclusions. Property is quiet, proximate to some other larger premier properties - easy fun stay."

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, but our experience was mixed, to be fair. The home itself is outstanding. It looks just like the pictures. Beautiful grounds and an outstanding master bedroom. It is spacious and nicely decorated. The management at first seemed very responsive for the most part. After checking in, we asked if there we more hangers available, and a little later, brand new hangers appeared at our front door which was so nice. However, really good management is proactive and not reactive. It soon became clear that no one from the management company had done a walkthrough of the property for quite a while. A drawer in the master closet was in pieces when we checked in and all the towel hooks in one of the bathrooms were off the wall, one was inside a drawer. There were many, many signs of wear and tear that a professional management company should have addressed. The most frustrating experience we had was with the Sonos speakers by the pool. Music was barely audible, even if you were sitting next to the speakers. We inquired multiple times about the low volume over the first few days of our stay and were dismissed each time - no other way to put it. The response was that there are strict noise ordinances for the area that can't be violated. Meanwhile, for three consecutive days, the people in the neighboring property - which is managed by the SAME company - were throwing huge parties. We could hear their music but not ours, and there were people literally throwing up in the street outside the house. However, the answer for us was we couldn't violate the noise policy. It was lazy management and it seemed like they were running it remotely, only dispatching vendors for issues. When they realized we were losing patience, they finally sent someone over and he witnessed there was a real problem with the volume settings and corrected it.
The bottom line is that the house is really great, but they really need to step up their game. There are a lot of missing details. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils, etc. but missing a lot of staples like olive oil, red pepper or chip clips, etc. The pool is wonderful, but there wasn't one noodle or float (there are 3 now, and a pump - you're welcome). It would be nice to have a remote for the garage door rather than an app. These things didn't necessarily stop us from enjoying the house, but I wouldn't be comfortable renting from the same company again based on our experience.

The kitchen was well stocked, pool was awesome and kids were very happy. Beds were very comfortable. We almost missed the “secret” bedroom inside the kitchen pantry- but glad we didn’t. Everything about the house was comfortable and entertaining. We would definitely rent again. Property management was amazing-very accommodating and always available. Hats off to them.

Amazing Ladies Relaxed Birthday Getaway!
We would absolutely book this place again! What a stunning oasis for quality time and relaxation :) The kids had a blast playing putt putt & playing in the pool! The ladies got a nice moment of R&R with sunny fun in the pool and calm sunsets with a hot tub dip :)

Simply sublime
I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and the management. Everything was perfect. From the fire pit to the volleyball court. We spent our days in the pool and the hot tub. We cooked and grilled every day. The bedrooms were so great. The primary bedroom is gorgeous - from the sitting area, walk-in closet and the giant and luxurious bathroom. Bunk beds for the kids were a hit. Any small issues that we encountered were fixed immediately. We could not have been happier. We will definitely be back.

Great place for lots of people, beautiful outdoor space
We had a large family gathering and had a great time. The place is cool and the backyard is gorgeous with the fire pit, volleyball court, etc. There were a few kinks (issue with shower, ice maker) but the service makes up for it. You just send a message and a repair guy came the same day and they sent water and ice. Fun place to stay.

“The place was close to perfect. It was spotless, well-stocked, and the check-in and communication process was very easy. The house was beautiful with an incredible amount of indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space was stunning with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, hammocks under palm trees, and plenty of soft grass. It wouldn't keep us from booking again, but if you're spending all your time in downtown Palm Springs, this may not be the house for you.”

"Super spacious house and yard. The host was extremely responsive and would kindly check in to make sure everything was ok. We walked in to the AC running, lights on, and smooth jazz playing throughout the house. It was an instant welcoming that continued throughout the trip. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have everything you need, and the dining/living/kitchen are massive which was nice to have everyone together. The pool is huge, the yard is massive, and it felt like special estate. Everything about the trip was great and will definitely visit again! Thank you Jen and Strut Oasis!!"

We love this house.
"Look no further. This is the rental you want in Indio. The grounds were massive. The pool is huge (deep end). They had a 4 car garage for our large party. And an extra fridge for our special dinners. They provided shampoo, conditioner, soap. Lots of bath and pool towels. My family (party of 13) had the best time. We were so comfortable here. The property manager did an excellent job getting us in and out of the property. We love this house."
