Great place for our family. Loved the location on the north shore. Stevie was great to work with and definitely recommend staying here. We loved the hot tub after a long hike on the Kalalau trail!

This property is five times as beautiful as the pictures would show. Very clean and well appointed. All the rooms were very comfortable. We had six adults in our party and never felt crowded in this beautiful home. Would definitely make this my go to place for my next trip to Kauai! Mahalo, Stevie

Cant think of a better place to stay at! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Our family of 6 enjoyed all the space and eating outside in the morning. Really enjoyed the use of the hotub at night as well.

The house is beautiful, well-furnished, and maintained. It is close to all major spots and facilities. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Everyone has their own space in the house. The views from the Master Bedroom and the backyard sitting on the deck are amazing! Very beautiful scenery, better than in the photos. The property owner and the housekeeping people were very responsive. Communication was easy and questions/needs were quickly answered. We would definitely recommend the place and will stay here again!

We loved the location and size of this home. It needs some updating (most notably the carpets), but it was absolutely the right choice for us. The neighborhood is excellent, and the views in the yard are much better in person than in the photos. Communication with property owner and housekeeping were good. We would definitely stay here again.

We have the best time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Property is beautiful and well kept. Bedrooms are well separated. Spa was a great extra that we enjoyed! Please remind cleaners to clean off the upper balcony Great stay would recommend it and would come back.

It was so lovely looking out at the gorgeous view of the well landscaped yard with the Na Pali mountains and a bit of Hanalei Bay in the distance. The house was a wonderful respite after a busy day of sightseeing. We all enjoyed star gazing while in the hot tub. We would recommend this home if you're interested in a rental on the North Shore.

Four of us greatly enjoyed the home and the stunning surroundings. We definitely would like to come back again. The only suggestion -- please have more toilet paper and paper towels for vacationers who stay a longer period -- 14 days or more.

A lovely house with a great porch and yard! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and looking at the view. The 2 king size bedrooms with baths on the first floor were very convenient for the two couples who didn't want to climb stairs. The younger member of our party was pleased to have the upper floor to himself and said the bedroom and bath were nice. The kitchen and family room were open so that we could all spend time with one another in comfort. We would definitely rent this house again.

This is a “old school” property yet so well kept. If you are ok with appliances that are outdated, no air conditioning ( the winds cool the house down) and carpeting throughout then you will enjoy this home. The spacious and reminds me of my grandmothers home. If you are expecting modern feel, this is not the home. I did fall in love with the home and looking out the back yard is like a dream.

Beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and out. 3 masters with adjoining baths makes it great for multi families or family with teen/adult kids. Outdoor table in covered area made for great dinners with fabulous views of Kauai mountainous scenery. Golf in neighborhood and walkable beaches. Short drive to Town of Hannalei and beach-very cute area. Home is not air conditioned but great cross breezes as everywhere in Hawaii. Home owner was great to work with, very helpful and accommodating.

Property was excellent. 3 nice bedrooms with big beds was perfect for our family of 5. The pictures in the listing do not lie, the views are incredible. Location is great, short drive to Hanalai bay which is such a fun little town with a great beach. grill worked great, kitchen is nice, a perfect home base for a Kauai vacation!

We wanted a place for us, and our adult 2 children and their spouses, to just be together. This was a perfect place for us with three king sized beds and own bathrooms. The property has a fabulous view, and there were beach toys and a big umbrella and some chairs for the beach that we used a lot. This was a great place!

Just a few minor repairs on house fixtures that may be quickly be repaired🥰 Also if there may be fresh unstained towels to bathe with & drain hot tub before next visitors arrival. There wasn’t any working cleaning items such as a vacuum to do daily cleaning, only 1 roll of toilet paper per rest room was a lil crazy🤣 But we made do💙 Besides complaints about our noise from what couldn’t be heard🤷🏽‍♀️ was a just astonishing. Maybe a few upgrade on appliances as well as furniture. We are Polynesian & have a heavier built🤣 some central air would even be GREAT🥰 Mahalo NUI 2 thee other neighbors who were great💙 as well as the owners. We appreciated your folks home

This house was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in! The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our multi generational family to spread out. Our favorite part was spending time on the giant lanai enjoying the breathtaking view. There was plenty of beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, kids toys, mats, etc) in the garage which was very handy for beach trips. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house felt secluded and private-making relaxation so easy! Stevie was very helpful with giving recommendations and answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying in this home! We will definitely book again.

Our group really enjoyed staying at this property. It had almost everything we needed. The house itself was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms are great because they are apart from each other allowing for privacy. The BBQ and backyard was amazing. We also loved that we could walk to the beach and Queen's Bath. Things that could improve would be having a few old bicycles in the garage for guests to use and more lawn furniture for bigger groups. Overall a great place.

What can I say this is how every vacation rental owner should be. before we even got there they had arranged for a new refrigerator to be put in just in case it broke down. By far the best rental property we've ever had in Hawaii and we've been six or seven times. I would definitely come back again and can't recommend it more highly. Of course everybody always has to say one thing they could improve on just a little. We come from the east coast of the mainland and by the time we get there we're drained and have no energy.it would be nice to have just a couple of Staples in the fridge maybe some soda some chips fruit and a few beers. If that's splitting hairs. Can't wait to come back to Kauai!

The strong points for this home are the views of the mountains (we had rain while there and the water falls were beautiful) and bits of the bay, the size was perfect for 6 adults and the location. So nice to have separate rooms and baths for each couple. The home is located very close to Happy Talk lounge/restaurant and within 15 mins of a great beach. The home was clean with all the supplies provided. The owner was very good at communicating with us before our stay and we were able to access everything without problems. The down sides to mention, although small are that there are parts of the home that could use some repainting and that there is a requirement that you load, wash and put away all the dishes in the dish washer prior to leaving. This is small I know but as we were rushing around to get loaded and to the airport on time it was one more thing to get done. Would of been nice to just load the washer, run it and leave. We had a great stay here, Thank you!

The views are spectacular – day and night. It was interesting to see the number of mountain waterfalls fluctuate with the prior day’s rains. There’s a wonderful small grocery store (they have everything you might need – from normal grocery store fare to liquor to fried chicken) within a 5-minute drive – Foodland. There’s a great fish market within about a 10-minute drive – The Dolphin Fish Market – everything is sushi-grade. We cooked (yes, even the sushi-grade fish) most meals at the house – either in the kitchen or on the great 5-burner outside grill - and ate at one of the tables on the lanai. It was also great to have a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher, which came in very handy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - so relaxing and rejuvenating - and hope to come back. Stevie is a very sweet and responsive homeowner.

Our family had an amazing stay at this property in mid-August of 2018. The home is older but well taken care of - in fact we had an issue with the drain in one of the bathtubs and it was solved within hours. The house light and airy and open, and the views out of every window are fantastic. Our two children loved playing in the expansive backyard (they loved spotting chickens when they wandered in!) and we all enjoyed the hot tub at night looking up at the stars. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which allows for privacy, and the kitchen is well appointed and worked great for us to cook breakfast every day and a few other meals. The location can't be beat - near a great running trail in the morning and very close to Princeville Town Center. We loved every minute and were so sad to leave - we'll definitely be back!

Everything we could have wished for

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. It's such a relaxing place to come to at the end of the day. Our family enjoyed the use of the hot tub and the large open backyard. We were impressed by the well-furnished kitchen and made use of it every day. The bedrooms, each with there own bathroom, were perfect for our family of 3 adult couples. If we come back to Kauai, we would love to stay here again.
