The nicest and cleanest place so far during the last three years. They thought of everything to make the stay as convenient as possible. This is the one you want to rent in Perdido Skye. Perfect for a couple or small family. The building has had some considerable updating as well. Only one parking spot per unit is the only drawback if you are traveling with family.

Great location right on the beach, close to several restaurants, shopping. Great condo. Construction going on remodeling the building was the only blight, otherwise great place for a quick getaway and perfect for us to relax and unwind on a beautiful, smooth sandy beach.

We have been going to the beach every summer for many years. This was absolutely the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. They even had flashlights for walking on the beach at night! Everything was very clean and in great working condition. Owners were very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying here! The condo is super cute, clean, and nicely decorated. It’s a good size for a family and has bunks suitable for two young kids, plus a pullout sofa. This was a parents’ getaway for just the two of us, and it was wonderful for a couple, too. The kitchen is well equipped, and having a washer and dryer was really helpful. The bed was comfortable and everything in the condo worked great. The two provided folding beach chairs were awesome, really good quality. The balcony is a good size and perfect for morning coffee and late night hanging out. Perdido Skye is right outside of Pensacola, so there are plenty of restaurants (especially seafood) and shopping in reasonable distance (you have to go to Flora-Bama at least once!). We also loved walking across the street to Vilaggio, which has restaurants, two souvenir shops, and a coffee/ice cream shop. The beach wasn’t too crowded, and since there’s a gap between buildings nearby (West), that side of the beach is really quiet. Rental beach chairs with umbrellas are available (though we brought our own popup and towels). We liked this building and unit so much, we may come back and bring the kids. Highly recommended!

Lovely condo right on the beach with a pool. Perfect location for our family as it was easy to get off the island and into Pensacola. Nice shops and restaurants just across the road. The condo was very cozy and just as described. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. The weather blessed us with little rain as it was forecasted to rain the entire time. The property had everything we needed and it was well laid out. Cannot say enough about this condo! The hosts were the best- any questions I had they had an answer within 20 minutes! The condo had everything my husband, myself and our 4 boys needed. We were literally steps from the beach! The pool was fabulous and my favorite was the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. Beds were comfy, and there were extra blankets and pillows which came in handy. Across the street make sure you check out the ice cream/coffee shop, it was so good! And the housekeeper Bernard was such a sweetheart! Like I said, I cannot say enough about how much my family enjoyed our vacation and this condo! We will definitely be back next summer!

We will come back to this place! It was perfect for me and my husband!! It’s so cute and the owner was so good with communicating with us! I highly recommend it to couples or a family that has 2 small children who sleep in their own beds. There is 1 bedroom with a king bed and a bunkbed that’s located in the hallway right outside the bedroom. Bring your own supplies such as coffee filters and food.

It’s a great condo with a super sweet owner. We had a blast. The only issue is the small bunk beds. My kids are just growing out of them so we’ll have to stay somewhere else next year :( but that’s the entire building not just this condo. I highly recommend it and would stay again and again!

Perdido Skye #62 was everything we had hoped for. It is in a quiet area but still within easy driving distance to great restaurants. The unit is beautifully decorated in a beachy theme. Just as described, the condo is small but well laid out. Not a lot of space for storage if you are bringing a lot of bags/luggage. My wife and I stayed with our two young kids. Absolutely loved our first time staying at this condo! Everything was well equipped with anything we needed. We loved the layout which included the 2 bunks for my 5 & 7 year old girls. Loved the convenience of being right on the beach. We will be staying here in the future again too. Property owner was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire visit. My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful condo. The entire process was seamless… several days before our arrival we received all of our instructions from our host, Lisa. On the day of our arrival, we had one minor issue with the keyless entry code. I called Aurora, who graciously fixed the problem and sent us a new code. The condo itself is beautiful, just as pictured. We loved having the private balcony with the direct view of the gorgeous white sand beach. Everything that we needed was provided by the host. The kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. Plenty of towels were provided, although we did one load of laundry (towels) while we were there. Very close walk to the beautiful beach, the pool was immaculate, although a little cold in March. One of my favorite things was the included beach chairs and umbrella… This saved us from renting chairs on the beach at $45 a day! Perdido Key could not be any more beautiful, and we hope to stay here again soon!

Condo was adequate for 2 people. Bathroom was tight, but workable. A nite light in the kitchen and clock in bedroom would have been helpful. There was a small glitch with the plumbing, a call to owner fixed that along with a monetary compensation. Due to the chilly weather this will be our last trip to the Panhandle.

My mom and I spent a long weekend here. We loved the unit, condo property, and location. The unit was exactly how it was pictured - it was clean and nicely decorated; the bed was comfortable; we reserved beachside chairs and umbrella but enjoyed using the ones provided by the unit owners for sunrise and sunset sitting on the beach. The pool was clean and very well kept; water felt great! The location was great for anyone not wanting to be in the middle of everything. Right across the street was a great pizza place (pizza, sandwiches, salads), a restaurant with seafood and other types of food, an ice cream shop, and a souvenir shop - we had everything right within walking distance we could want. But we could've also driven 2-3 miles on either side and been in the middle of other activities. We had a great time and already looking at future dates to return.
