This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom oceanfront condo is situated on the third floor of One Ocean Place and offers all the comforts of home. One Ocean Place is Garden City's premier luxury condominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. The unit offers magnificent views of the beach and has a fabulous deck to have breakfast on in the mornings or a drink with your loved one at sunset. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, wet bar and entertainment center, housing a VCR/DVD, stereo, CD player and flat screen TV. The room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a television and a king size bed. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet and a safe for your valuables. The second bedroom with adjoining bath has 2 twin beds and flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, small appliances and full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker. This is a non smoking unit.

Absolutely beautiful property exactly as described and as the photos show in the listing. This place has a million dollar panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room. We enjoyed being lulled to sleep listening to the waves coming ashore right outside the bedroom. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed—even attractively placed beach novels to read and thoughtfully provided makeup towels. When we needed to get out of the sun, the large, nicely furnished balcony was perfect. The complex has great security, two nice pools with hot tubs, parking garage, beach access, and elevators. Owner is very nice and personable. We would love to rent this unit again!

The unit was great as advertised. Clean and updated. Plenty of space on the beach. Great location between both piers and several restaurants. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

This property is as advertised. Beautiful, clean and comfortable inside. Gorgeous views from the wall of windows! Easy and convenient check in and property owners were available and very helpful. Easy and quick access to the beach, and the owners had all ready rented beach chairs and umbrella for the unit. Our stay was cut short due to tropical storm Debby - but we will definitely return!

The condo was very nice and well kept and overall had a wonderful time. *Need a differnent way to access the beach after the pool closes. It is not safe having children walking through the packing garage!

This is a great property to spend a vacation or a long weekend at. The condo was clean, well decorated and offered anything one needs for a great vacation. Tony was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions that arose. The Garden City Beach area is our favorite area in all of Myrtle Beach and this condo just reinforced that for us. Would gladly stay here again!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The ocean front view on the large balcony is so breath-taking! I enjoyed drinking coffee out there and watching the sunrise and set every day. The condo is tastefully decorated with beautiful beach decor, was super clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tony was a great host and easy to contact. We would stay here again, no hesitation!

Myself, husband and 2 boys ages 15 and 11 stayed. It was nice that the boys had their own room, tv and bathroom. The views were amazing. I could have sat in the chair by the window all day and read and watch the waves! The place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was a great touch so after we went to the beach we could spend time at the pool. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. Also, the beach chair setup every morning was amazing and something we have never experienced before! The condo had extra chairs for our boys to take down too or we used them in the evening after the beach service chairs were put away. The girl setting everything up and taking everything down was super impressive. We did venture to Myrtle Beach area and went to the aquarium and wonderworks.

We could not have been more pleased with Tony’s property ! Beautiful beach furniture, fully stocked kitchen, steps from the elevator and so much more! The view was outstanding and very close access to the beach! We will definitely return! Tony was very accommodating and eager to make sure our visit was successful

We could not have asked for better accommodations or a better host. The condo is immaculate and very upscale with lots of personal touches. The property owner Tony is the most gracious and giving host. I wish all owners we’re as communicative as he is. Tony communicated with me from the very first day I inquired about his property, during our stay and after we checked out. We will definitely stay here again. Five stars across the board.

This condo was perfect in every way! This trip was a girls trip and it met and exceeded our needs!!! The condo is very very clean and up to date with the decor.... it was beautiful! The atmosphere was fresh and relaxing. The shower in the master bedroom is AMAZING!!!!! This was a great place for me and my best friend!! The view was exactly what was advertised...the beautiful ocean!! I highly recommend staying at this condo! Perfect location, beach is clean, and security is on their game. Advice: one week is not enough!!!! We will be returning ASAP!!! Tony was easy to reach and was attentive to questions we had! He is a pleasure to rent from and a very friendly guy!! THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO STAY AT YOUR SLICE OF HEAVEN!!!

My daughter graduated from Coastal Carolina University and we made a week's vacation out of it. The condo was exactly like the photos. Clean, remodeled, spacious, and gorgeous views of the ocean. Absolutely loved the remodeled master bath with the very large shower. The decor was very calming and tranquil and exactly what I needed to escape. Easy parking and access to the beach and pool. Beds very comfortable and loved that it had a King Size bed in the master bedroom. Our host, Anthony, was easy to reach and available to answer all our questions. I am looking forward to spending another vacation in his unit.

This property is located in the premier building on the grand strand. It came fully stocked with necessities. The balcony and room view is amazing! Tony was great to work with as we had an issue with the hurricane and we were refunded what we were unable to stay for. Thanks Tony! Hope to maybe stay here again.

This is our 3rd time staying at this particular condo (previously stayed in different units) and once again we had a lovely family vacation. The condo was just as described and Tony was an excellent host. We would not hesitate to come back again. This is our second stay in this condo. The view is still breathtaking and the decor is so calming and comfortable. It makes relaxing in the room perfect after a day at the beach. The access to restaurants and main roads is easy, and we were able to get everything done we wanted to do, except stay a few more days...have to work to pay the bills. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great stay!
