About this house rental

1900sqft - 3bdrm - 2ba - Fully appointed with all appliances, and all amenities.

Two Master suites and a third smaller bedroom. King size beds in both upstairs rooms, Queen down. We also added a sofa/sleeper in the downstairs living room. Large deck & fenced yard. Dog friendly. Yard is shared and restrictions are spayed/neutered, kenneled when alone in house and over 2 years of age. Yard is shared with our dogs so we prefer well socialized and non-aggressive fur babies. We are a Google Fiber neighborhood, so wi-fi is available and free 1 Gig service. We do have it on the long term rental market, furnished at this point but have made it 30day plus in the mean time. Due to our location close to the hospitals in our area extended out patient guests have been booking it. As a home away from home.

We have had to add an additional rental agreement so please read and agree to it.

6 “Over 60” college friends gathered for a long weekend. Nice clean & comfortable place to stay and close to everything we wanted to visit. Fantastic location! Great communication with owner.

Our family enjoyed this home quite a lot! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our families. The sights we came to visit were all within short driving distance. The men went to the WWII museum and the women went to Crown Center. We also spent one day at Oceans of Fun, which the kids loved!! If we choose to go back some day, we will look up Julie’s home.

We made the trip from Cincinnati to take in Arrowhead stadium and watch our Bengals in the AFC championship game. The owners is kind and stops by in person which was very cool. Check in and out was a breeze. Property had plenty of space for our mixed group of adults and teens. First time to KC, locals are friendly and inviting ( even as we wore our Bengals gear in Chiefs territory).

The property was well equipped, clean and in a safe convenient neighborhood. The College Football semi-final games were on during my stay and I had planned to watch them. Other than a tabletop antenna for local stations the location does not have TV service. TV must be streamed/cast to the smart TV from a device you own. I had my Ipad and phone but neither would cast to the TV nor would they connect via hardwire. As long as TV was not essential I would staty here again.

This is our second time staying at this property for Thanksgiving week. The house is great, very comfortable and I love the location. If you love to walk/exercise like we do, it is an easy walk to the Plaza, about a mile. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, the owner is great and very responsive. You will love staying here!

Good experience, host communication was solid. Interior was clean and well appointed. Master shower was also a spa tub with a weird center hump, a minor annoyance. Large kitchen. No cable TV. Rear deck a bit shabby but not terrible. Comfortable beds. Lots of steps so not HC accessible, but we didn’t need that.

Great location and great house

This house is in a great location, very close to the Plaza and easy to access. We stayed with my adult children and my daughter's cat. We also were able to rent the event property across the street for both sides our family's thanksgiving gatherings which was nice. The event space is all one level and much easier for my elderly mother to navigate than my sibling's multi level house so it worked out great for our family gathering. Anyway, we had a great experience, I highly recommend and hope we can stay here again!

Great place to stay in a nice neighborhood! Julie works hard to keep the place extremely clean and feeling like a home away from home. The property is within walking distance (~1 mile) to food/bars/etc. There is also a park nearby that was good to throw the football around at.
