When we pulled up the hotel the valet didnt even look up from his phone. We opened our doors, opened the trunk, unloaded our bags, and walked over to him. Only then did he acknowledge us and ask if we will be using valet parking. Then while checking in at front desk, I received an automated type text message fron the valet seevice telling me the valet had successfully parked my vehicle. The problem is my car hadn't moved an inch. It was still right where I left it with the valet. I was literally looking at it. Requesting the car via text was easy enough and the app to do so was simple. But each time we'd return to the hotel, the valet didnt even look up, acknowledge, or even greet us. We'd walk over to the valet desk and drop our key off. We found this quite odd compared to other valet service experiences. Yes, we tip. :)
The hotel room was fine. Not as large as the pictures on the site made it appear. The toilet was not bolted down and nearly tipped over. The AC was stuck on cold and would not change temperature. Our room was freezing so we just bundled up under blankets and waited until morning. The mini fridge was leaking a brown fluid into the cabinet. In the morning we requested a new room and the hotel management agreed to move us. The new room was just fine. Clean, working AC, no issues with the mini fridge.
The neighborhood is great. Lots of upscale shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Hotel was great and in a great location. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops to visit.

They neglected to mention the breakfast would cost me $50 which is ridiculous. I assumed like any other hotel I've ever stayed in, including overseas; the breakfast would be complimentary. They told us the night before the hours would be 0700-1100, BUT NEVER MENTIONED A COST. Imagine my surprise receiving a check when there were no signs indicating it.
There was also a charge of $78 for parking for 3 days(October 24th-October 26th), even though the car wasn't there on the 25th. Because we had a driver for our wedding. This is my first time experiencing a charge for parking AT YOUR HOTEL, FOR YOUR GUESTS. I'd understand if I used the valet service, but that's strange. There were also signs indicating the hotel will not be responsible for any damages or stolen property from the parking garage... So what exactly am I paying for?
The security deposit of $300 out of the blue also caught me off guard, not everyone has an extra $528 for these surprise charges, especially when they have to pay for their own wedding like me.
I was hoping for a nice relaxing stay, instead I feel like they were squeezing every penny they could get out of me. This left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be booking with Hilton any time soon, if ever again.

My only complaint was paying $26 a night for parking. I would have parked across the street in free parking had I known. I self parked in the hotel garage. I was there less than 24 hours and had to pay $52 for parking my own car.

The rooms were nice and had comfortable beds. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because the pool water was cloudy and there were no towels available in the pool area.

Horrible experience, was in Kansas City for the weekend and the A/C nor the phone worked to call the main desk. Called the 1800 number and it took forever for someone to pick up. Horrible customer service. Never staying there again!!!

Average stay. The room took a long time to cool off. We requested a fan. They did offer a different room but didn't feel like moving. The sliding bathroom door was broken and needed painting badly but not the end of the world. The valet was quick just a little pricey considering the free parking across the street.

The a/c did not get cold no matter what I did.

Convenient location on the Country Club Plaza for shopping and dining. Easy to get an Uber
Excellent pool with towels provided
Fitness area
We took an Uber to Union Station and then caught the FREE street car to River Market for lunch and shopping
Did not like the lack of towels in our room (2) for two people and (1) wash cloth, plus (2) total cups of coffee for two people. Also, our safe was broken.

The hotel was great except it was a surprise that the room had a shower instead of a bath tub. The people working there were extremely nice. The underground parking was convenient. The bed was comfortable, and great view of the Plaza.

Great place! Awesome rooms. Parking is a lot aT this location. They should definitely offer free self parking for guests. Valet was totally overwhelmed most of the time of our stay.

We liked the outdoor pool, the location to food and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the pool, around the pool area, and pir room bathroom floors need extra attention. With some maintenance to the pool area and cleaning that throughout the day and in the morning could go a long way to filling rooms!

Very happy with our 5 day stay! Clean and love the location. The breakfast was VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Paid the extra money each day to have breakfast included, it was the same nasty food each morning. No pancakes, waffles, or biscuits and gravy. Running eggs, sausage or ham, and mixed veggies every morning. We are NOT picky eaters at all but it was NOT worth the money. Go somewhere else for breakfast.

Parking was easy and location was great. The room we were in was due for renovation. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

It's a great hotel but pricing was inaccurate. I ended up paying $100 more than I was told it would cost

We arrived for a weekend for a concert- myself and my two teen children. Location wise, this location is great! Country Club Plaza has great shopping, dining and all within walking distance. However, the shops close at 7pm and the only downside to the dining is if you’re looking for a quick bite you are limited to Shake Shack.
The price for parking is insane considering the price of the rooms - no breakfast and a less than par store to buy drinks or snacks. The pool had few chairs for the amount of guests, people were trying to communicate with the staff and she understood o English to help find cushions for the chairs.
We did place an order of chicken strips and fries with a bottle of water (room service) ~ imagine my surprise when the bill was $32.00!!! Door dash would have been cheaper.
Pulled out the hide a bed and the sheet on there was dirty. I called to the front desk and told them and they brought us clean bedding. Guessing the prior guests made the couch and the maid never bothered to check the couch- GROSS!!
And if you see that 3 people are staying in a hotel room, please provide more than 3 towels. I don’t know why that isn’t standard practice. We reuse them but need more than one (just the girls)
No, we will not stay here again…… I’ll pay a little extra and get a free breakfast at least and happy hour over at Embassy Suites.

Everything was great. The only note I have is the music in the indoor pool is very loud.

My experience was saved by the staff. Nick was prompt to respond to issues with air conditioning in the room and other housekeeping issues. It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The manager changed my room, as our air conditioning was not working. The assistant manager had good follow through. The location is awesome as well. Near the country club plaza.
