About this apartment rental

This is a ground floor end unit with no one living above you! It's one of the most centrally located units at Silverado...close and easy walking distance to Silverado's Spa, pools, tennis, golf, restaurants, conference center and the Mansion. It's also extremely versatile because it can be rented as a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with bright living room with sofa bed and functional kitchen. This is a light and airy smartly decorated unit with a well appointed kitchen, a dining area and comfortable living room. Both bedrooms have TWO double beds....perfect for guys or gals golf weekends, girls get-aways or families. As stated above, there is a sofa bed in the living room which may be reserved as part of your rental for an additional fee of $50 per night. IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 4 IN YOUR PARTY, PLEASE indicate whether you will need the sofa bed with your reservation request so that I can edit the quote for your stay. Enjoy a game of cards on the private back patio or inside the condominium. A front patio faces a lovely garden courtyard where there is a private pool for the units surrounding it (including yours!). RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN so that we can make sure the cleaning service has the condominium prepared. Please note, has some special events and their dates may change during the year. The posted rates are based on calendaring early in the year and rates change for those special events. We will confirm that the posted rate is correct when we confirm your reservation. Lastly, WE REQUIRE A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY and 3 NIGHTS FOR ALL HOLIDAY WEEKENDS. ONE NIGHT STAYS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. Additionally, SPECIAL EVENTS AT THE RESORT OR IN NAPA (GOLF TOURNAMENTS, BOTTLEROCK, BLUE NOTE JAZZ FESTIVAL, etc.) ALSO REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT STAY MINIMUM. Thank you for your understanding.

Peter is such an amazing host! He is extremely thorough in his communication and everything about the arrival and staying was easy, which is everything you want on vacation. The condo had plenty of space and is conveniently located right next to the condo pool and you are close enough but just far enough from the main bustle of the resort. The market for coffee and quick food is a stones throw, but again, on the opposite side so you are nice and secluded in his little gem. I can’t say enough good things! Exceptional experience! Thank you Peter!

Extremely clean and well appointed cottage - felt so private. Great location - easy access to downtown Napa and the different wineries. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice time. The wine refrigerator would not work and the small bedroom refrigerator worked on the last day. The same bedroom bath shower head needs a good scrub. Black around jets. Also we were not sure about what to do w the garbage so it’s under kitchen sink. We found ice machine after walking property. All and all nice stay and nice residents.

Prior to renting, the owner and I had several communications, and he was well aware of the makeup of my family with small children. Once I sent my money in, he became impossible to reach Not once did he disclose that during the dates I was staying, the West Coast's largest Rap music festival was taking place at the resort and that the nearest parking would be a mile away, forcing us to take shuttle busses to get to his unit. His deceptiveness and complete lack of communication during and after my stay made me realize the type of person the owner is. He certainly is not to be trusted, and is clearly willing to deceive in order to rent his unit. He will say anything, (including that you will have access to the resort pool and facilities--you don't). He still hasn't been in touch, a week later, after I offered him a chance to discuss and explain. I talked to a neighbor while I was there and she said she wasn't surprised. Buyer beware!

We became very lucky when there was a cancellation for this property for Bottle Rock weekend. It was an incredibly convenient location and extremely clean with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. The owner's communication and attention to detail was INCREDIBLE, really above and beyond!

We really enjoyed our time at Silverado. The property is beautiful and good location to both Napa and Yountville. The condo was perfect for us, 2 couples. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen.

Our family of four enjoyed our weekend stay in Silverado condo. Excellent location, all amenities, and a thoughtful and thorough owner. The location could not have been more ideal for the wedding we were attending on the property. Enjoyed nearby downtown Napa for a few meals, as well as a quick drive to amazing Saint Helena wineries.

This is way overdue. Very comfortable space, great location. Peter was a super host. A few wrinkles with the electricity the first night, due to all the recent torrential rains, but Peter was quick to respond and get the issues resolved. Would definitely recommend

What a great rental located on the beautiful Silverado Resort. Booked there for a few days with girlfriends to attend a tennis camp. Peter is a great host who went the extra mile to make our trip even better. The condo was clean, beds comfortable and more than enough room for our group. Highly recommend this rental.

Very comfortable location to stay with two children and grandparents. Convenient to coffee shop. We enjoyed the two spacious bedrooms, each with two beds and enough space to set up a crib for an infant. Would recommend.

This was our 4th time renting this property and it was just as perfect as before. The location is central, the lay out of the home works really with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds and an on-suite bathroom. The house is immaculate with comfy beds and soft, plush towels. Would highly recommend!

This was an ideal location and a beautiful spot to come to after our “hard” days of wine tasting! There were many updated features in the kitchen, beds were great, and the bathrooms were updated and very clean! Both bedrooms have a lot of closet space with many hangers. Arrival and departure was smooth and the electronic lock works wonderfully! The location within the resort was great. This condo had a courtyard and the pool was located within. Starbucks and a little shop was located just across the parking lot. The patio was a plus and there was also a little sitting area off the living room. Our host was exceptional and answered all my question very quickly which was greatly appreciated. This was 5 triple +++ VRBO rental. We will return

This condo was perfect for our girls trip to Napa! There were five of us and plenty of room. The pool was right outside our door, which was great after a hot day of visiting Napa! Peter was fantastic to work with and his communication was phenomenal! I would definitely stay at this condo again!

We stayed here for 3 nights during a mom/daughter Napa trip. Everything about this condo is perfect. There are 2 bedrooms - each with a full bathroom - separated by a full kitchen. A large living room was great for tv watching and playing games. The kitchen has any pots/utensils you would need if cooking. The owner was very kind and easy to work with before and during our stay. We got Starbucks coffee and breakfast sandwiches at the little market store on the property or at the restaurant overlooking the resort's golf course. We loved the spa too! Just hope we get the chance to go back!!
