About this house rental
Our home is surrounded on two sides by a vineyard which are about 8 feet from the house. Our property consists of a Cottage (2br/1ba) & Casita (1br/1ba) , yet close to downtown.
Located on a quiet, oak-lined small country road that is perfect for walks, runs and bike rides. Gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Memory foam mattresses & large screen TV's in the bedrooms are perfect for downtime. Fully stocked with Egyptian cotton towels. What will truly capture you about the home, though, are the vineyards.

This property was wonderful for our immediate family during my daughter’s wedding weekend. The separate casita was spacious and private for our adult children.

The property was just what we needed, it was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and had beautiful views outside. Inside was very clean, and they had thought of every little thing such as chargers throughout the house, plenty of things in the kitchen, etc.. we look forward to staying here when we come back next time.

we had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our group who were all attending a family wedding together. Watching the hot air balloons rise in the morning from the kitchen window while I make Coffee was absolutely wonderful.
this house has absolutely everything that you could possibly need. It would be great for a family Thanksgiving.

We went for a girls trip and loved the cottage, casita and stunning backyard! The house is in a great location. We rented bikes and were easily able to ride to town and some vineyards. The house is clean and well stocked with supplies. Julie was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

Only 2 miles from downtown Sonoma with lots of shops and restaurants. The beds here are wonderful. We have stayed in lots rentals all over the world and this one certainly is at the top of our list. Beautiful.

We had the best time at the cottage and cannot wait to go back! The house is in a great location; close to town and some vineyards. The house is clean and well stocked with supplies. We spent most of our time in the backyard which is STUNNING! It is beautiful and very peaceful. Having the casita was perfect for our group. Julie is exceptional! She was very responsive, helpful and super kind.

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in this very awesome home in the heart of Wine Country. Easy access into the Southern Napa Wineries as well as many of the Southern Sonoma Wineries as well.
House was well appointed and made a great place for a leadership retreat. My leadership team and I enjoyed time spent in and around this great home.
A short drive to the town of Sonoma and great access point for the area. The outdoor living area's are a great addition to the inside spaces. Kitchen was well appointed with anything we could could need for our stay.
Smart TV in the bedroom and living allowed for a nice evening screening of A Good Year and Bottle Shock.

This beautiful, well-kept house with separate casita is perfect for families or couples. After enjoying the surrounding area during the day, this is the perfect place to wind down with a bottle in the garden with views of the neighboring vineyard. Round out the night with very comfortable beds and you will be ready for the next day's adventures. Thank you for having us!

Great location for visiting Sonoma & Napa area. Loved all the outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the view of the vineyard surrounding the property. Great kitchen to enjoy breakfast all together, really comfortable !

The home was great, backyard table was awesome as we had a private chef come to make dinner. The home had everything we needed but could have been a bit cleaner. Overall it was an exceptional experience and very close to great shops and restaurants in downtown Sonoma.

We spent four nights in wine country in this beautiful property. The home has everything you could need, beautiful outdoor space, and great location to Sonoma square and wine country. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. We spent two very busy days in San Francisco trying to pack in all the must see landmarks then moved onto Lake Tahoe where we had five full days of activities, hiking, biking, boating etc. Our last two days were in Sonoma, a restful two days, which is exactly what we needed! On the patio, surrounded by a vineyard, we had our morning cup of coffee, at night we played bocce or a board game...all provided by Julie. Julie is an awesome host and her cottage is absolutely perfect. It had everything we could possibly need, plus we were told we could help ourselves to whatever was in the garden. The tomatoes were awesome. It was a wonderful way to spend our last two days of our family vacation. Thank you Julie for all your help and sharing your lovely cottage with us.

Wonderful clean house next to vineyard
Excellent property. Basically, it is an old house which was remodeled completely. Very nice little place with garage that has been turned into a studio with bed, bathroom, sitting area. Nice bocci ball court in the backyard. Very clean. Seemed very modern.

Beautiful & Charming
This property was perfect for 3 couples. Two couples stayed in main house and one is the adorable casita. The interior areas are well decorated and it’s such a nice touch that they have charging stations (with cords) in each bedroom (both sides of the bed) and one in the kitchen that fits any phone you may have! I wish every rental did this! The yard is beautiful with a gorgeous wood table under a lighted pergola that was just perfect for dinners and morning coffee. There are so many areas in sit in surrounded by vines and gardens and beautiful flowers. The homeowner and manager were both very responsive and pleasant. We would definitely return.

The property was surrounded by grape vines. It was by far the best VRBO in terms of amenties. The refrigerator was well stocked with condiments as was the kitchen pantry. Detergent provided for the washer dryer. Shampoo and soap in all the showers. Several charging stations with all manner of connectors. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds.
The only downsides and it is not the property owner's fault in any way. The queen bed was too tall for my mother (an 88 year old who has extremely limited mobility) to get in. The alternative was for her to sleep on the pull out sofa in the living room. We should have brought a stool. However, on that note, my mother could navigate all through the house and into the outdoor patio with no problem.

Vineyard View
Location is wonderful! Expansive outdoor area is nestled up to a vineyard on two sides. We felt we were out in the country rather than a short drive into Sonoma. The bocce court was great fun!

Just a perfect overall experience with this beautiful home beside a working vineyard. How more authentic can this be? The house is less than 2 miles from the Sonoma square. The kitchen looks out onto an outdoor area where you have this long dining table that is made from wood. Then you have a perfectly positioned Bocce ball court for hours of entertainment. We loved using this! Then you have raised planter beds with all sorts of vegetables, spices and fruit. We had some strawberries right off the vine for our breakfast. Plus the million dollar views you have of the vineyard right beside you!! Absolutely stunning. My wife had her morning coffee out there for the sunrise. Gorgeous! The casita in the back was perfect for an additional living area. Everything was tastefully decorated and we could not have asked for a better overall experience. Our son and daughter in law want to come back again with two other couples for their own experience. I highly recommend this property for the ultimate Sonoma experience.

We will be back. The setting is so charming. We played bocci in the evening as the sun set. The gardens are lovely, and there was a full vegetable garden available, our children loved picking the mint and kumquats. Lovely location, we took long walks in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Ideal Sonoma Experience!
