Thank you so much for being so accommodating! The cabin is so peaceful and quiet and cool, we found ourselves wishing we had more vacation days just to spend relaxing there.

Beautiful clean home but not really "walking " distance to the beach especially when you have a bunch of stuff to carry and need to cross a very busy street so we had to pay for parking at the beach which really added up and there are no trolleys running after labor day but that also would have cost so either way you will have to pay. House was in the back so very private. Bathroom is super small and really needs a new toilet seat and there's no toilet paper holder which was weird. Overall it was a very nice clean home

Great location for exploring everything Ogunquit has to offer. We walked to both beaches and in town shops but there is a trolley stop very close by if that’s more appealing. Cottage is in a lovely setting - quiet and set back from the road. Richard is an extremely gracious, attentive and responsive host. Overall, a terrific stay! Thanks, Richard!

Beautiful Fall girls Weekend Away
We had an amazing time at the cottage! It was in a perfect location, was extremely clean and very comfortable. There were three adults staying for a girls weekend. We didn’t even need to drive anywhere. We walked all around Ogunquit. Enjoyed Marginal way- Perkins cove and all this lovely seaside town has to offer. The cottage was cozy and perfect for our evening cocktails and staying up late chatting and playing games.
Our host was amazing!! Lovely communications and very helpful! We will certainly be back!

Ecstatic with atmosphere and comfort
Our family of 4 (including teenagers) absolutely had a blast at Richard's place. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the living area had everything we needed for the week. The walk to the beach was manageable and the trolley's accessibility was the sugar on top. Would love to return!

Beautiful cottage on great property
We had a great stay at the cottage! Everything we needed and more. Ample parking.
Excellent communication with owner who went out of his way for our group. He was incredibly accommodating when we had check out time confusion and we were very appreciative of his flexibility.

Sweet cottage
Family had a wonderful, and much needed vacation. Lots of clean towels and sheets. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very helpful, we played 3 different games the only night it rained. Everything worked as advertised…especially the A/C which is very important to this mom “of a certain age!’”

This was a lovely cottage house, well appointed, clean, perfectly situated within walking distance of Ogunquit's main drag and beach, extremely quiet, and the owner was hospitable and responsive! Would definitely recommend it!

Traditional beach cottage with European flair
Richard, the owner, was easy to work with and quite accommodating of our family, which included two gents in their 90s. Cottage was easy for them to access. Well-designed space made the cottage feel quite large. The porch with futon was comfortable for sleeping, even with night time temperature around 60.
Only improvements I would suggest are in the kitchen: since there was a good selection of non-stick frying pans it would have been nice to have a non-metal spatula. A drying rack for dishes, rather than the drying mat, would have been helpful. We did not have a chance to use the backyard furniture or clothesline, but they both would have been handy on a beach day.
Extra sheets, blankets, towels in the basement were handy.

Perfect for girl’s weekend!
My friends and I stayed in this cabin for a girl’s weekend, and it was the perfect spot! The location is convenient to many local restaurants and we were able to walk to dinner and breakfast during our stay. It’s also directly between Footbridge Beach and the main Ogunquit Beach, so you can easily visit either one! The cabin was clean and cute! The beds were comfortable and there’s plenty of space. Would stay here again!

Little Big Cottage
We loved this little cottage! The high ceilings and skylights made it bright and open and airy. Unlike a lot of cottages with smaller square footage, this one has very comfortable group seating, either while in the living room area, at the dining room table or the front seating area. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning. We walked into town a few times and other times rode the trolley. There is a very convenient stop right in front of the cottages! Richard was a wonderful host who answered all questions. You can tell he truly loves his property and wants you to, too. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect little get away!
The cottage was neat and clean and nestled at the top of a hill. Within walking distance to the ocean. The host was so wonderful and checked in to make sure all was good. The cottage is completely renovated in a charming way. We had a wonderful sunny weekend and I can tell this would be a prime spot with shade during the summer. Lots of porches to hang out on and a supply of games. Everything is well set up and the beds were all comfortable with charming pictures.

The Hidden Gem
Cottage is immaculate and pristine. Richard, the owner, is very helpful and welcoming. Location is PERFECT. Walk to Footbridge Beach and center of town which offers lots of fine restaurants and shops. Kennebunk and Kittery are just a short ride away. Very comfortable furniture throughout the cottage. Peaceful and quiet nights....ideal for a relaxing getaway! My husband and I were sad to leave but are looking forward to returning to this ideal spot frequently.

Quiet, quaint getaway in Ogonquit.
Renovated cottage at Eastwinds Complex. House is nicely decorated, a/c works well & ceiling fans throughout. Kitchen is compact and serviceable. Plenty of seating throughout the cottage + porch with chairs and Adirondack chairs in the garden, Beds are new and very comfortable, we did not use the available futon. The pine ceilings, modern fans, skylights and windows that open on to the trees make this a lovely spot with a woodsy/modern feel. There is plenty of hot water & great hot water pressure. Excellent WIFI speed amd good cell phone reception. As we lucked out on great beach weather and were travelling with a four year old, we were pooped by the evening and did not use any of the many games available, we did enjoy the expanded cable and time to chat in the evening. With the great layout we were able to watch TV and chat for hours while the little one slept. Walkable to Footbridge beach access and a few feet from a trolly stop the location worked very well for us. Restaurants and cafe within short walk. Situated in a small condo complex and at the back of the property It is remarkably quiet without the “condo cottage feel” . Richard was very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend this property!

Quiet and Comfortable Cottage
My family had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit at this cottage. The kitchen had all the items we needed to make a few meals and plenty of restaurants were nearby when we didn’t want to make meals. Beaches and town center are within walking distance (Footbridge beach a little closer and less crowded than the beach in town). Comfortable beds, sofa, living areas. Everything we were looking for.

Great for a weekend
This cottage is perfectly located, not too far from the main town and not too far to the beach. Both about a 20mn walk. Despite being near US-1, it is very quiet since it's the last cottage on top of the lot.
The cottage is ideal for 4 and a little tight for 6. There is only one small bathroom. However, the living room and dining area are quite spacious and beautifully renovated. The kitchen is a little small with limited counter space so not ideal for cooking but it is fully equipped. There is plenty of outdoor space to hang out and have a drink and relax.
The owner Richard is great! He replied to all my messages and queries very quickly. He even dropped by to say hello and to check if everything was ok.
We had a great time in beautiful Ogunquit!

A Charming Place in a Great Location
This cottage is much larger than it appears in the photos! It has a nice-sized living room, an eat-in kitchen, two outdoor areas for hanging out, a three-season porch, plus a lot more! There's a big-screen TV, along with cable and a DVD player, plus dozens of games (which was a treat, because we're game lovers).
The location is terrific ... close to downtown Ogunquit, but nestled in the trees (LOVED that). It's just off Route 1, but so quiet, which makes for a great night's sleep.
The host is extremely welcoming. The "guest guide" in the living room encourages you to think of the cottage as your own home, and that's easy to do, because once you get here, you don't want to leave. Also, from an economic point of view, I thought the price was extremely reasonable and competitive.
There's parking for one car right at the cottage door, and additional parking for guests elsewhere on the property.
The cottage is pristine and immaculate; it's obvious that the owners have put a lot of love into maintaining the original charm while also updating it. As one who is sensitive to heat, I appreciated the air conditioning in both the main part of the cottage as well as the living room.
Can you tell I loved it here? Definitely check it out if you're looking for a quiet, clean, fun place to stay in Ogunquit.
One other thing... It is located in a condo/cottage complex. You can tell that a lot of love has been lavished on all of the condos. The property is kept beautifully and the people we encountered were friendly and pleasant. Some condo communities seem tight and a little claustrophobic, but the way this community is laid out makes it feel spacious. I think the fact that each unit has a lawn/outdoor area helps. So, if you're worried about feeling like you're right on top of your neighbor, don't be.

Richard was just wonderful to work with . He went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The cabin is beautifully decorated and cozy. I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting in the Ogunquit area.
