This clean and comfortable home is located in Windwood Bay community, Davenport FL 33896, a popular district about 7 miles to Disney area, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando, about 27 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO), about 16 miles to Orange County Convention Center. It's only 1.5 mile to Champions Gate golf.
Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated 3500 square foot large vacation home. It features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. With a huge living area, fully equipped kitchen, only a mile to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib and highchair ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West coast.

It is right next to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by forests or a 10 minutes drive will take you to the busy 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. Spent weekend with family and had a great time. House was clean and everything needed was provided. Pool and hot tub were great. Would love to stay again next trip.

It was a real nice place. The tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. I bought batteries for the remote but still didn’t Which happens. When we arrived they were still cleaning the house which is fine with me. At least we know it was cleaned. Everytime I contacted Michelle she was so fast to reply. Quite neighborhood. The only thing which is out of the property hands was there were cops look for the neighbor across the street. Bit over all we felt really safe and had a great time thank you so much

Last couple years we’ve stayed in other homes in the area which had a gate house and check in, if you catch those at the wrong time, it’s a nightmare! I loved I could drive to the house with no stress!

When we first booked, we were only going to be approximately 20 minutes away from our destination. We had elected to add on a heated pool and grill add-on options but the owner insisted that we had to pay them through one method, which we were not able to do it kept saying we could not add them as a contact. It took over a month for us to receive a secondary motive payment so we could pay for these add-ons. A couple of weeks before our trip. We get a message that the owners have decided to sell the home and it needs repairs and they are moving our rental to another property located an additional 20 minutes away from our venue. We didn’t really have a choice as there was only a couple of weeks left upon arriving we found parts of the ceiling hanging, mold in the bathrooms, flickering lights, and damage throughout the walls, which well was minor. There was a lot of it. the house had an odd smell as well. We reached out to the owners who sent maintenance over and told us just to take pictures of the damage during our stay. There was no cleaning products, and no trash bags. This is my first time using VRBO and honestly after this experience, I probably will stick with other methods. When I choose to rent a home, I am expecting an experience like I am staying in my own home. While grocery shopping as expected, I shouldn’t have to buy cleaning products for their house. Very up-and-down experience with the owner and super disgusted with the place that we lived in for three days.

Upon arrival, grass was not cut. That was just a beginning. The curtains where dirty, pool was stained and looked unclean, sheets and blankets were old, carpet looked old and dingy. Furniture were old and scratched up. Paint was old not smooth. Floor had crash. Towels were ok and dingy. Shower head in master bathroom was dirty and didn’t flow well. All bathtubs were clean but looked dirty. The main POC was very kind though! She was very responsive and seem sweet however it seems the house has not been kept up. If this house will be used for Vrbo it needed major upgrades.

The house was big and accommodated our family of 10 very well. The home needed some repairs but overall was very comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our party was 5 adults & 2 kids and this place was perfect. All the adults got their own space. We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub. There were enough dishes/cookware/towels for our group.

When my family arrived, the house appeared to be freshly cleaned. After a few hours or so, we began to see multiple bugs throughout the house. We went to the local grocery store and when we returned and began putting the groceries away in the various cabinets, roaches began to appear. Upon checking further in the bathrooms, more started to make their presence known. We also encountered little spiders and bugs in the bedrooms. On our third day of our stay an exterminator came while we were having lunch. I asked if he could come later. He said he was on a schedule and had to continue. He also recommended we leave the property for at least an hour to let the fumes settle. I left a message for Michelle at Ideal Villa Rental but did not get a response. This house needs to be thoroughly cleaned, not just touched up between vacationers, but a thorough clean, shampoo all carpets to address the spider/bug situation, disinfect the bathrooms, bed linens are old and had a musty smell, and furniture needs to be cleaned as it smells like a locker room, probably due to guests sitting on the furniture after coming out of the pool. The game room area (garage) was very tight with extra sofas, which were also bug/spider infested. Because this is an older house, we ran in to additional issues with the circuit breaker. It may need to be updated. If the washer and dryer were being used, if you attempted to microwave something, the outlets for the kitchen appliances would go out and needed to be reset.

Lots of room. Super comfortable beds. Great pool for after a long day at the parks. Definitely used just to make money. Bare minimum supplied (as mentioned in the listing). Needs to be kept up better. Good communication. Made a good will gesture when the dishwasher died the first night of the stay, and the ice maker needed a new filter and so, didn't work.

We had 11 guys and we were in the area for one week playing golf. All of the showers and beds worked out very well for us and I would highly recommend the property. We had everything we needed to cook and plenty of room to spread out and eat. The property manager was very helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed and it was a perfect trip.

We were very satisfied with everything except with the kitchen utensils. The knives were dull, the can opener didn't work and the other cooking utensils need to be replaced.

Overall the experience was good. The house could use a few items in the kitchen like better pans and utensils, also a microwave. The size worked great for all of us. If you're going in the winter months you will definitely need to heat the pool.

House is large and close to Parks. Traffic in area is heavy (as expected). Restaurants, fast food, groceries, gas and drugstore close. House and furnishings are showing their age but felt homey and made for less worry regarding kids eating and playing without ruining something. Would recommend and stay again.

We spent a week here with my kids and four grand children. 10 of us in all. Plenty of space and the grand kids loved the pool. Close to Disney world (only a $16 lift ride).

First of all thank you for attentive communication. Even though some requests were not met, it certainly was not your fault for trying. We were grateful for this huge house where we could all gather together.
The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and found the hot tub nice and warm even on the coldest evenings. We especially appreciated all the baby gear for our youngest family member.
The first notable concern was how dirty the house was upon arrival. During Covid times special cleaning is expected, not hair left from the previous tenant. This house needs a lot of TLC from paint to scrubbing to replacement of a few mattresses.
I think our biggest concern was that of safety in case of fire. You have a home that could sleep 16 people with only one exit that worked. We could not get out the garage door nor could we easily get out the sliding door to the back. (Maintenance came out to fix it, but said it needs new rollers). The only other outside exit through the downstairs en-suite had a frozen deadbolt.
I’m sure the fire marshal would have a heyday or he were to inspect this home.
I must, for safety sake, warn future potential guests.

Very spacious, had plenty of room for my big family of eleven. Conveniently situated to accommodate. The only down fall we had during our stay was traffic when trying to get on the interstate. Construction recently started on the interstate.

This was a great place for a larger group! There were 11 of us and we all had plenty of room. Lots of space! Very clean and wonderful beds. Highly recommend.

This property worked very well for us. It is obviously a rental with the normal wear and tear. It could use a few updates but served us well. Plenty of linens provided as well as kitchen appliances and utensils. Be sure to stop here first to make your grocery list of foods and other essentials.
If you rent the grill be sure to pickup metal grilling utensils as the only ones provided are plastic/ silicone.
There are televisions in every bedroom which was great to have that option for some of our kids.
