This clean and comfortable home is located in Hampton Lakes Resort, Davenport FL, about 9 miles to Disney main gate, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando, about 35 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO) and about 21 miles to Orange County Convention Center.
Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated 4000 square feet large vacation home. It features 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms. With 2 living areas, fully equipped kitchen, less than two miles to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West coast.
This home is ideally situated in the popular Hampton Lakes resort, which is located on US 27 between Rt 192 and Highway I-4. It's known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. Hampton Lakes is the perfect spot. It is very close to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN Wide World Sports, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. At the heart of the community, steps away from this villa, there are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball court, 2 children's playgrounds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by palm trees or a 5-minute drive will take you to the busy Rt 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the delightful Champions Gate Golf Course a few miles away ( two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

Huge property! Plenty of space! We were a huge group! Few concerns, pool was cloudy when we got there. They did call pool maintenance and they came right away to treat pool. It was clear right before we left. Some from my group didn’t mind the green algae and they still swam which I found gross LOL but if they were ok with that oh well. Could use some TLC. Door to pool was hard to open and close! Had to leave door
Open because i was afraid that we were gonna break it. No dishwashing pods and very little dish soap and toilet paper so bring your own. My communication with property management was great. I also paid $65 to use grill but gas does not come included. She said she would refund me I honestly haven’t checked if she did. It was in the property agreement so go ahead and make sure you read unlike me. We ended up not grilling. Honestly that was the only thing. We didn’t enjoy the garage with the pool table but that’s cause we were hot but that’s nice to have…..we still had a great time there and I would definitely stay again as long as pool is nice and clear because I did not enjoy it at all LOL

What I am going to say it’s not totally the owners fault. I recently vacation here and encountered Many issues that were all left by previous guests, but the owner was unaware about ie (things broken not working, pool area not washed down.) home furnishings in great need of updating. Pool malfunction. I worked with the homeowner and management company to be there for repairs and I wasn’t even given any discount and/or partial refund offer.

Every year me and my two best friends pack up our kids and we are on vacation this year we chose the Orlando area and this house was perfect for us. We have 11 kids under 12 and there was more than enough space. Perfect for us.

This property address was incorrectly listed on the VRBO website. We chose it because ofthe proximity to Disney and Universal and didn't realize until much later that it is actually located farther away from both those places we were visiting. The address is still incorrectly listed on the VRBO website which we feel is false advertising.
The house was fine, but needs some maintenance work. One of the tub/showers in an upstairs bedroom was leaking water under the tub so we didn't use it. The house kitchen could use a better variety of equipment/bowls/etc. for visitors to use.
The dryer makes quite a loud clacking sound while drying and it takes a long time to dry items.
The central air worked well. The pool was fun for the kids.

The house was perfect for our family (actually more space than we needed). We planned three rest days in-between Disney park days, and we were able to spend them relaxing in the private heated pool and hot tub.

This house was plenty big enough for the 13 people we had staying there. It was nice to have our own pool and hot tub. The only things I feel it needs is the game room area updated and a more comfortable mattress in the king suite. Overall a great place!

Charged for 3 blinds and a late checkout.. had 3 adults and 10 kids waiting outside for checkout and cleaning.. charged and receipt not received till 12/18.( Didn't tell me about all charges.) Be careful and take pics upon checking in. I even cleaned end of driveway which was full of broken glass from prior renters.

The house was very roomy and a nice pool was awesome for the kids. A few minors things need to be updated furniture, beds, cookware. It was located in a nice areas

Place was not clean. Trash was everywhere and so were flies. We were told that trash pickup was Monday. We checked in on Thursday. Imagine the disgust with all the fllies and maggots Flies were inside and out. The pool was not clean. The blinds are bent and broke. Bathrooms were not clean and the toilet wouldn’t flush all the way. Toilet paper still there after flushing in most bathrooms but especially downstairs. Emailed the manager and she said that the people prior had balloons in pool and that’s why it was dirty. We couldn’t use pool 2 of 3 days we were there. This place sucks. I have pics and emails of me telling manager these things so it shouldn’t be a surprise to her.

We had to wait for our check in which was for 4pm, we checked in after 6:15pm. All issues where properly taking care from management.there are some upgrades to be done. Overall the rooms where very large a lot of bathrooms,nice pool neighborhood ok

We had a total of 12 people (6 kids and 6 adults) staying at the property. There wears plenty of rooms to accommodate our size and give everyone space. The pool was a godsend in the 90 degree heat. It was close to the store and the ride to Disney and Universal was easy. Some items could use updating or additional items in the kitchen.

the property is very spacious but the cleaning is poor, the tables are full of dust, the towels are scarce and in poor condition, the internet was very bad and the air conditioning was still hot.
