The main floor has two master bedrooms with king-size beds. One has an en suite and a stunning marble fireplace you can turn on. Upstairs there are 3 gorgeous queen-size bedrooms along with a comfy futon on the landing.

The house and location was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway! We celebrated a family birthday with fun and sun at the beach and plenty of room to cook and relax with the family. Responsive host, plus easy check in and out. Would definitely come back. Everyone gave the place rave reviews

Verbo emailed the wrong number for the key box. We had no service and couldn't open the app to see if there was a different number. My brother in law came and was able to open it on his phone. Sure enough...there was the right number in the app. You are expected to do a lot of laundry. The neighborhood is sketchy. We had to go to the next town over for restaurant and grocery

Beautiful place and great location. Accommodated an extended family with 11 people well. Only nitpick is that the hot tub and grill weren’t fully clean when we arrived; apparently the people before us didn’t follow the instructions about washing sand off before getting in the hot tub, and no one had cleaned the grill for awhile, so we left that in better shape than we found it even after using it for a big family meal. But this is a great space for a group. Description is accurate and the host was very good about responding to questions. Thank you, Lorrie!

This house was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space. Nothing lacking in this home! We had everything we needed. The beach is so beautiful! The location works great for surrounding activities. Hated to leave but hope to be back again someday! Thank you Lorrie!

We stayed eight nights and didn't want to leave. Our 3 year old grandson got teary eyed. Lots and lots to do around there, though the days on the beach were our favorites. We forgot a couple important items and that made our grandkids sad, but that was the only mar to a perfect family vacation.

It was great location not to far from the beach and fit my family without having to be in bunkbeds. Didn't have to worry about baby proofing

Overall, this property is as advertised. Beautiful views, close to the beach, comfy beds and a big hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked with hardware, short on paper towels and garbage bags. Although there is a heat pump mini split it the dining area, the rest of the house was chilly. It was 30 degrees out so we made heavy use of the space heaters and gas fireplaces. The biggest issue I had was with the lack of cleanliness. As a nurse, who brought my 80 year old mother for her birthday, it was concerning. Counters were dirty, as was the dining table. Dust bunnies abound, debris on the floors and stairs, dirty duvet covers & bath mats. Luckily there was cleaning supplies and two washer & dryers. I reached out to the owner, who was responsive but only offered $100 off my next visit. For the cleaning fees I paid for and the subsequent amount of cleaning we had to do, there won’t be a next visit.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy, the downstairs bedroom with a fireplace was so comfortable, the hot tub was large and fantastic, and best of all its a short easy walk to the beach! Lori communicated right away when I had a question about the hot tub. I would 100% recommend this house.

Kitchen and restrooms were very well stocked. There really is nothing else we could have wanted. Do be aware that the house is not near a store so be sure to shop ahead. We had the beach nearly to ourselves and loved the peace and quiet.

This is the best vocation house that I has stayed. Great location to a great beach. The house seems to be remodeled recently and have all the elements you need for a wonderful beach vocation.

Beautiful updated home!
This home has been fully remodeled and is beautiful! It can hold a crowd comfortably. We loved the style and atmosphere of the home. You can see and hear the ocean from the back deck. There is a big beautiful beach just a short walk across a road. Views are great and the beach was never crowded . We gathered sand dollars on the beach at low tide. Check-in and check-out were easy. Lorrie was great to work with. We had a fantastic family vacation here. Make sure you bring your own beach towels and beach toys and chairs. Although there are a few small convenience stores nearby, a full grocery store is about 30 minutes away. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this beautiful home!

Amazing time at Pacific Beach
Our extended family stayed for the 4th of July week and had an amazing time. The house and host were lovely. House was perfect for our group: rooms and beds were comfortable, house was very well stocked for all our needs, hot tub got lots of use, the views from the deck were beautiful, and the beach was only a short walk across the street. The owner, Lorrie, is very warm and was super responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5-stars across the board!

Great sunny days at the beach!
The six of us loved our stay. The weather allowed us to get out on the beach and stay dry. We played cards on the picnic table in the yard and slept well in the comfy beds. All-in-all a fantastic weekend. Thanks so much!

Beach is only steps away!
Great beach house! Kitchen was well stocked. The beach is so close. Felt safe letting the teenagers take walks and the littles loved the huge backyard. My husband is in a wheelchair enough room for him to get around in house, great wheelchair accessible bathroom and the beach had a wheelchair accessible ramp. Lorrie was great and very accommodating. I did read reviews so we brought our own bedding which wasn't a big deal except 2 of my kids forgot. Next time I will make sure to bring it. Started laundry at 7am and still had to leave a load in dryer and a couple towels not done. Will definitely rent again! Thanks for having us!

Ocean House
Under Notes it said there was a TV in the Master Bed. there was not, and our feet turned black from the floors this place smell's of mildew in the master bedroom and needs a deep cleaning to include shampooing all carpets even the stairs also there are many spiders in this house and many places for them to hide and there is 5 beds and Guest has to wash all linen before check out.

Beautiful Ocean sounds and Sunsets!
We were three couples, two brothers and one sister plus spouses. We had a great time. The house had everything we needed to cook all our meals there. Great view from the two front bedroom windows upstairs. It is an easy drive to Seabrook, Ocean Shores and miles of beaches to take morning and evening walks. We will be back for another visit soon. Pacific Beach is one of my favorite beaches on the Washington coast.

Overall this quaint beach cabin property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cute, homey and fit 5 adults and 5 kids quite well. It has pretty much everything you need from board games, beach toys, extra blankets galore and a well-stocked kitchen complete with some complimentary snacks, coffee and hot cocoa. Super easy access to the beach for fun and clamming with an outdoor sink in the carport for cleaning clams. Gas/Convenience store just a few blocks up the road that has grocery staples to hold you over in a pinch until you can get to town.The biggest down side was having to wash your linens before you left. With a large group this is a lot of laundry! Who wants to do laundry while on vacation?? Especially when you're trying to pack up and leave?! We even brought our own bedding after reading other reviews of this property - so we only had towels and a couple pillow cases and it still took ALL morning in the tiny washer to get all the loads done. Would highly suggest bringing your own linens so you can just scoot out on checkout day without worrying about this and can do your laundry once your back home and not in a rush.A few super minor quirks to note, the hot water in the new shower is backwards from what is indicated on the handle. The thermostat for heat in the house is behind the TV!Given the price, location, and cozy home, we would definitely stay again. However, I hope the owners give some thought to buying extra sheets and towels so that the clean ones can be put on by the cleaning staff before new guests arrive and the cleaning staff can take the dirty ones to be laundered so that guests don't have to do it.Thank you for providing this home for my family to enjoy.

Great beach home for families
This is a lovely spot and even in December it was wonderful to experience the Pacific Ocean just outside your door. You can walk for miles. We were 10 all in and had lots of space. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of dishes and all the extras. Giant table for everyone to eat and play games together was a real treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Bring your own bedding
We chose this beach house to attend a golf tournament in Ocean Shores. House worked well for us and we planned ahead and brought our own bedding and towels to not have to spend hours doing laundry before we checked out. We would rent again for a beach trip , but not if we needed to go back and forth to Ocean Shores.

Had a Blast
My family didn't want to leave. The house and location were great. We had a wagon to take all our things to the beach and spent the better part of many days there. The house itself is comfortable and well appointed. LOTS of towels! Which is so nice. Enough hot water for all five kids and myself to cycle through baths and showers after our days at the beach. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed minus paper towels for some reason, we had to go buy some (and left them) but that was a fluke I believe.
I agree with a previous review that there is an odor but honestly I think it's old beach house smell as my grandparents' place on an island had the same odor. And the "old bathroom" does need some work in a few spots but it appears the owners are working on things.
My kids want to add that they wish they had curtains in addition to the blinds in the upstairs bedrooms so they could have slept in a little more. Otherwise, they (ages 4, 9, 11, 12, and 15) only had good things to say.
Overall, I'd say 4.8 stars, we loved it and hope to stay again.

Love this place
Enjoyed renting this spacious property for a second time. We really appreciate the addition of a brand new bathroom so that there are two full bathrooms there now! The large yard and covered carport make for great places for gameplaying and sharing meals together with our extended family members who are camped out in other accommodations in the village. The kitchen is very well stocked with ample dishes and cutlery and everything was well looked after and clean. Location is great as it’s a short walk to the seashore where we seem to spend a lot of time. Very family friendly place!

Good spot next to the water
Great location next to the beach. One of the bathrooms has holes in the shower. Water, mold concern. The bedroom downstairs had a smell to it. Was deducted $50 dollars on my damage deposit and when asked why I did not get an answer. You are asked to do all the linens in the house before checkout and in order to do so you have to start at 5 am to accomplish this task due to the size of the washer.

Home away from home
We had a fantastic time. We stayed for the 4th of July and got married out on the beach. The house had everything we could possibly need and just steps away from the beach. The beach was not busy at all.... Very relaxing and lots of shells and sand dollars n the morning.

Girls get away
The house is clean but quirky . The location is great. Sadly our experience with the property manager was stressed. Our first hurdle was getting information to get into the house: I left an e mail a week prior that I hadn’t received any information and didn’t get any response. The day prior to our arrival I left another e mail and a voice mail and didn’t get a response. The day of before we left Puyallup I left another voice mail. at the unit, in the pouring rain, after several phone calls we finally got the code. We had to drive to a nearby hotel to get WiFi because two out of three of us didn’t have reception at the house. The second hurdle was the lack of any directions on how to work the TV , fireplace or anything. We could navigate everything but the TV. Every other house I have rented has a notebook with manuals and notes of interest with regards to local attractions and restaurants etc . Again my e mail to Vbro and their g mail was not acknowledged until late ( after 9 pm) the night before we were to leave. The TV was minor in the scope of things but an irritant nonetheless . The inability to get information was stressful Lastly, the checkout information was very clear and while I think it is common practice to strip the beds we were instructed to have all sheets and towels washed and dried. We did not have to make the beds and we left the dryer going with a load of towels but given it is clear you have to check out at 11 - no exceptions ! You have to be up and start laundry by 8 at the latest to make that all happen. When you are on vacation it’s just an odd policy
