We loved the rental. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable getaway - fire pit, hot tub, fenced in space for our dog to run, grill, easy access to the beach, close to restaurants and grocery store. My only complaint is that we communicated with the owner in advance about an early check-in, and they let us know it would depend when the cleaning crew finished, and they'd reach out day-of and let us know. We didn't hear from them and arrived about 45 minutes before normal check-in time. The cleaning crew had already finished, but we couldn't access the rental, which was set to auto-unlock right at normal check in. This was only a minor inconvenience, and we really enjoyed our stay otherwise. We'd definitely come back!

My family and I stayed 4 nights at the Razor Clam. Perfect location for visiting nearby Seabrook Village. We had a great time flying kites and walking the beach. The Razor Clam was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for cooking our own meals. The hottub was perfect as it was cool and rainy much of the time. We would definately stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It had a lovely outside that we look forward to coming back to as it rained the whole time we were there. It was a cozy place to spend a rainy beach weekend. We appreciated all the details, especially all the pet friendly amenities. The backyard hose made for easy clean up for our pup after beach time. We can’t wait to go back!

We spent 4 wonderful nights at the cottage. The host was responsive to any needs that came up. My family and dogs enjoyed the outdoor area and the comfortable space inside. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The cottage was clean, bright and cheery.

Celebrating an early 62nd birthday for my husband with our daughter and our son-in-law! Our kids work very hard and we are retired so it was nice to relax. The kids fell asleep early and when I say kids I’m talking in our 30s they fell asleep early and us old people enjoyed the hot tub. I would definitely stay in this place again thank you.

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable cabin. It was close to beach access and just a little drive from restaurants/groceries at Seabrook. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had such a relaxing stay. Check-in was easy. Owner was responsive with communication. Overall stay was fantastic.

My family, including 2 doggos, had a fantastic weekend in the lovely house. It is Very close to the beach. You can also drive onto the beach. The washer and dryer came in handy with a busy tween. It was a great time and we are glad to have had such a nice place to stay

Great house, equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. Back yard is fenced and safe for young children. The beach is a couple minutes’ drive down the hill. Upon arrival, we realized the cleaning was not thorough, and the owner resolved all requests immediately. He was quick and responsive and we enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and clean home. Richard was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities. They provided the little things you don’t get at most vacation rentals, dish soap, sponge, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. There is a very nice market in the next town with fresh fish, deli, and vegetables. We used the outside grill and ate at the home most nights. The beach is only a few minute walk from the home, which the kids enjoyed walking and finding sea shells. We recommend, 5 stars!

Secluded, private, peaceful cozy cottage with great amenities (coffee!!!) and more! The linens were awesome. We loved the back porch and yard with the hot tub and grill and firepit. Beautifully designed inside and out and is 5 minutes to the beach. We were most impressed with Richard's attentive help and going the extra mile for us. We loved our stay and hope to return to this cute hidden gem.

We spent two nights at the razor clam as a headquarters, whlle adventuring up the coast into the rainforest. The house is very well equipped and tidy. Enjoyed the hot tub under the stars one night, which is a great way to end the day after some long hikes.

This is a very nice and sweet cottage with exceptional attention to details, that is, outstanding bedding and linens, comfortable furniture and fully stocked kitchen. My only suggestion would be to add a curtain or drape in the front bedroom, as the porch light is quite bright all night.

The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The house manager was welcoming and very approachable. It is a bit far from the beach and restaurants but if you do not mind the peace and quiet this is the great place. Super clean, super comfortable and great for kids.

Has everything one would look for in a home away from home. The hot tub was awesome, the location is super close to a drive-up beach, and near a few small markets are restaurants. It had ample towels, blankets, and kitchen utensils. The only thing is the cabin is off a main road, which can be loud at times and unappealing, but that is not the fault of the cabin. The cabin itself is updated, warm, and welcoming! Would definitely recommend it to friends or family.

The location was perfect, easily walkable to the beach. The house was very well stocked and my kids loved exploring the wide selection of games. Hot top was very clean as was the remainder of the outdoor space. Host rapidly responded to my one minor question. We will definitely return.

Richard's place in Pacific Beach was perfect for our family trip to the coast. The home was lovely and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach stretches for over a mile in each direction. Richard was a helpful host, and we look forward to staying again.

Stayed off season, 2 adults and 2 teens. Cozy, cute cottage just a short walk to beach. Clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did lose power for several hours due to some rough winter wind/weather but owner was responsive to problem and kept in touch with us. Just had to wait for power company to fix. Over our stay we enjoyed the hot tub but not the fire pit due to rainy weather. The backyard has a great set up with fire pit, grill and hammocks. I would stay here again. Hopefully in summer next time :)

I loved this two bedroom 1 bath coastal home. Kitchen was so bright and big enough for preparing meals with family. We stayed over Christmas, which was super sweet, but I’m excited to stay during the summer when we can make better use of the cute yard & patio and nearby beach access.

Cozy home in uncrowded (at least in November) beach community. Booking and communication with property manager was excellent. Place was sparkling clean, had comfortable beds, nice linens, and well stocked kitchen. It is quite a drive to a full grocery so come prepared with provisions. We practically had the beach to ourselves for walks. Highly recommend.

The Razor Clam is very comfy and cozy. Great home base for all your adventures. Short walk to the wide open beach, we really enjoyed our long weekend there. The back patio is fantastic with a hot tub, grill and fire pit.
