Our stay at the property was lovely! The property manager was responsive, and the location cannot be beat. There were a couple of minor things that came up like the door to deck wasn’t able to be locked (my husband was able to fix it), and the fridge water dispenser would get stuck and spray all over the place. But overall we enjoyed our stay here!

This property allowed all the couples to enjoy there own space with lots of open spaces to all be together.

We really enjoyed our time in Lake Chelan. The property is perfect for our family needs. It is clean and comfortable in a great location!

Great location and so much to do. We enjoyed our stay! The only complaint for the whole trip is the house smelled very strong of propane, we were told by the owners it’s normal but it made the overall experience less enjoyable. Other than the smell we had a great time and had a blast, the size of the house was perfect and everyone got there own bathroom! Check in and check out was easy and seamless.

Roomy property with plenty of room for a large group, great location!

Our families stayed here for a long weekend near snow. We had a fantastic time. The house was very well equipped. We especially loved the kids room set up with bunk beds and a foosball table. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need for cooking, especially for a larger group. The kids loved the facilities: indoor pool, mini golf, playground, etc. We are already planning to book this house again!

We were delighted with the home. Nice great room to gather and a second family room space that would be perfect for kids if they were along. With the main bedrooms all having king beds and each having their own bathroom made it wonderful for all of us. Additional bathrooms helped too. The location is great, many amenities to take advantage of at Wapato Point. Close proximity to the Cross Country Ski area and downtown too, was perfect. We will be back. Christie

House is nice - having four master suites is a huge plus. Bonus/bunk room is nice too. Biggest perk is having access to all that Wapato Point offers.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Pines. The home was large enough for our two families and the location in Wapato Point was great. Our kiddos enjoyed the bonus room where they spent a good deal of time playing with toys and watching movies together. All of the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the resort and the kids especially loved the indoor pool. We would stay here again!

My girlfriends and I come to Manson every year in September for one of the girls birthdays. We prefer Manson to Chelan and usually rent a home through VRBO. This home had a great location. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which is priceless. My bed was very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. The back patio was a nice place to gather. It was modern and well decorated and we actually spent a lot of time at the house just hanging out talking and laughing. There was only 4 of us but it would be a great home for a couple of families too!!

Celebration
We spent a wonderful week celebrating our daughter’s wedding at Tsillan Cellars. This house was everything we needed to accommodate our large family. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom (very helpful for wedding preparation). It has great amenities and large enough to host some friends/family throughout the week. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Overall good!
I hate that I had to give a 4 star on cleanliness and communication because those were two major selling points to choosing this property. But we were really disappointed with how dirty and Luke warm the hot tub was. Owner said it is cleaned every Thursday. We checked in Wednesday and tried to use it that night but me and my girlfriend both broke out in hives due to the scum in the water. We figured their maintenance person would come Thursday (as told) but the day came and gone and when we checked our Sunday, it was still not serviced. It seemed like we had great communication with the owner but after a later conversation Thursday night, giving us instructions on how to shock treat the water and still no update on the professional coming, it was frustrating that we were even doing that. Thankfully the clubhouse had a very nice pool and hot tub that we were able to use. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
