Renovated 3 bed/3 bath contemporary condo, with incredible views from every window. Unit-wide terrace overlooking peaceful and private Cowpet Bay, St. John and Great St. James.

Take in the spectacular views from your 1400 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway. The living area has an extra large sectional sofa, a 40-inch TV, and a DVD player/stereo with iPod player and complimentary wireless internet service. It has an extra large covered terrace with outdoor dining/lounging space that comfortable seats six. Inside, you have three oversized king bedrooms with hotel linens, each with their own private full bath and towels. All have AC, individual ceiling fans, large TVs with DVD players and closets with hanging space. Two suites have open ocean views and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen features all expected appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave), plus utensils, and additional dining space for six.

It only takes 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a great bar and restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market, serving dinner and drinks.

In the buzzing nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery/liquor/wine store, gift and specialty boutiques, plus a large marina for all your fishing/charter needs. All of this within a mile of the condo.

We seen multiple kinds of bugs here. We did not stay the 1st night of our stay because we were getting bit just from checking out the property and have asked for a refund of at least one night with no response. Day 2 they claimed they sprayed and we stayed but still seen bugs. Pictures of the place look great but it’s very outdated. We were disappointed and won’t return.

This property was great! We had 6 adults and slept very comfortably in this 3 bed, 3 bath condo. The view from the balcony is stellar, it was lovely to wake up and make coffee and sit on the balcony as the sun came up. The area directly around the condo is nice. A walk down a couple flights (okay, like 6 flights) of stairs gets you to the beach, pool, and 2 restaurants. The beach is not the nicest beach on St. Thomas but there are chairs and umbrellas to make the stay nice. The pool is very nice. It's shared with a resort so it can get slightly crowded but we never had an issue getting 3-4 chairs to sit out. The two restaurants around the pool are a very nice seafood place (only open for dinner) and a bar that does breakfast through dinner. The food and drinks are good and not outrageously priced. The condo is close to Red Hook which has several restaurants, bars, shops, and the ferry to St. John. It's not walking distance but is only a 5 minute drive. It's convenient having so many options close by, and catching the ferry is easy for a quick trip over to St. John. The unit itself was very clean, the AC and all the appliances worked well. The on-site property manager Tanji is very friendly and responsive. The property owner offers the ability to rent their vehicle which I *recommend very very highly*. The price is competitive or cheaper than the car rental shops on the island. Overall I can't recommend this highly enough, we had an excellent stay here!

This was our first trip to St Thomas, so we had no idea where to stay and what to expect. We found that the condo was in a great location. We snorkel so we had to check out various beaches. The condo was centrally located. It was very nice and lots of room for the grandchildren. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning overlooking the beautiful bay. It is close to Red Hook a small town and we found a different restaurant each night for dinner. Overall, it was a great trip, and we would certainly go back.

Misrepresentation of where the property was located and proximity to beach and pool. Dirty not ready when promised by mgr she was rude and ended up helping us at the end. Spoke witg other owners at cowpet they say owner misrepresents property often the beach is not down a few stairs its across parking lot and down more stairs unlike add beach front.

This place was perfect for our family. Everyone had comfortable space and their own bathrooms. Great views off patio and the best rocking loungers. Beautiful ocean breezes in the evening. Location is close to Red Hook with lots of shops and restaurants. Beach was nice with great snorkeling on the left side. Pool is nice and large. Would definitely come back.

We traveled with 2 other couples and were disappointed with the unit. Some things were great, such as the location and view. The vehicle was very convenient, and the pool and beach were nice. Several things weren’t up to par for a Premier Host. The unit was ground floor, but it took 5 sets of steps to get there. The beach and pool were more than a 30 second walk; we had to drive to the property next door. We do not recommend the unit for people with any mobility concerns. The unit has had some renovation; still in need of paint where doors were removed, and the ceiling is falling down in the hallway. The kitchen and hand soaps were very watered down; the towels were thin and bleached. Beach towels are poor quality. Only 1 hair dryer for the unit. Closet in a bedroom overflowing with items for families with children. The TV setup was worthless for us; we couldn’t even find the remote that paired with the main television. The unit was a good size and we appreciated having a bath and bedroom for each couple. We expected the AC would not cool the entire condo. However, other units have in room AC units which we believe the owner should install. The unit was clean prior to our arrival. The location was great, close to restaurants and the ferry. We contacted the owner with our concerns, and he was appreciative of the feedback. He will send info to the property manager and promised to address our concerns. We enjoyed St. Thomas, but disappointed with VRBO.

The property was in good shape and very clean except for one bedroom that needs to have the rusted curtain rod and filthy curtains replaced. The kitchen was well appointed except for a pot scrubber and kitchen towels and wash cloths. The manager, Brittany, was awesome!! She responded immediately and took care of the couple of issues that arose.

This place was by far the nicest place we've stayed at in years. The location was absolutely gorgeous, the condo was pristine and much bigger than we had anticipated and the people were amazing! It was very private and the tours we took around the island and St.Johns were breathtaking!! I would recommend Nazereth to anyone!!! Wonderful family trip!!

We had three couples on the trip and we each had a master bedroom and our own bathroom which is awesome. Location is great because it's right near Red Hook where there are is a good amount of nightlife. It is also right by the beach with access to a pool and having the option to do both was perfect.

Beautiful beach, spacious condo! Condo had everything we needed from laundry detergent to snorkels, and sunscreen. Stayed with my significant other, father, sister, niece, and brother in-law. Plenty of room for everyone!

It was 3 17 year olds and 2 19 year olds. Perfect layout and bedrooms for us! Clean and ready for some fun! The stairs are a lot… but at least they’re split up a bit. Beautiful view of the bay! My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property. There was outdoor seating that overlooked the ocean from our balcony which we took advantage of every morning for breakfast. Also, all the beds were super comfortable. The property had access to the beach, pool (which was huge) and restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone that wants fun in the sun.

We had a wonderful vacation and staying here was such a lovely experience! The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected but definitely worth it. John was super helpful, and more than accommodating. Location was right near the ferry which we took advantage of and all the restaurants nearby were so convenient and nice (especially the ice cream spot lol)! Would definitely recommend staying here.

While the stairs up from the beach to the condo were a bit rough in the heat, the view was stunning, I loved the convenience of either the pool or the ocean. I was able to cook breakfast for my kiddos and the grocery store was not too far away. Beautiful condo!

We had the best time visiting St Thomas and enjoyed our stay at your Resort. The walk to the beach and pool was a little long but other than that everything was perfect and the beds slept so good. Everything was clean and updated and the view was amazing! The pool and beach was really nice as were the beachside restaurants. We will definitely be planning a return trip in the future!

Condo needs deep cleaning, some repairs, and fresh painting. The bedrooms have good space but the living area is small. We had to request the address from the owner and never received it until the early morning hours of our trip. The restaurants and pool were nice. We had a nice view over the bay and we enjoyed the balcony area.

This was perfect for our family with our adult children We were able to get taxis easily and hit so many great spots. Red Hook is very close with a lot of fun night life. It was great having king size beds in all three bedrooms and each having their own bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that is on the premises as well as the restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

My friends and I had such a Wonderful Time in St. Thomas and Cowpet Bay West Leeward 21 was the Perfect place for our stay. The owner, John Duncan, was responsive to all our needs and the manager, Brittany, answered every question before we arrived, was easily available by text, and quickly took care of the small details that needed fixing on our arrival. The apartment is clean, roomy, well-appointed, and comfortable with a nice balcony and an Absolutely Gorgeous view. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are even beach towels and beach chairs provided. The complex has a Beautiful beach and shares a pool with the Elysian Resort next door. The Elysian also has a Lovely beachside restaurant (Sangria’s) and a not-to-be-missed dinner restaurant (Caribbean Fish Market). The location was Wonderful for our 5 day, 4 night stay; 20-30 minute drive to zip lining, Charlotte Amalie, the synagogue, and Magen’s Bay Beach and a 5 minute drive to the Red Hook ferry area for day trips to Lovango and St. John. Kelly’s Taxi Service is stationed right next door at the Ritz Carlton, making it very easy to get to wherever you need to go from the condo. We were lucky to find Warrington Connor of Kelly’s Taxi service and he really made the trip work for us.
