Three bedroom, two bath with a great master and loft office area that is a dedicated work space. Fully furnished including a master bath walk in shower, double sink vanity and a bath/soaking tub in the second bathroom. Plenty of nice towels and bath amenities.
A wonderful master bedroom with a walk in closet the size of a room. Dressers in each bedroom, and a loft office with desk, office chair and desk lamp is a dedicated work area. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size comfy bed, nice pillows, dressers, night stands and large closets.
The living area has a hide a bed for an extra fourth bed. High speed internet, cable TV are included.

What a great visit with our grandchildren. Lots of room inside and outside We all enjoyed the green space and pool.
Dan was an amazing host. He was readily available for the occasional question. Very knowledgeable about the local area and trips to the mountains.

Amazing Home & Amazing Location
I had a fantastic stay and could not recommend this place more. It is quiet, clean, fully stocked and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner is also extremely friendly and accommodating. 5 stars!

Had everything our family of 4 needed and was very centrally located. Stayed here transitioning from overseas move back to Boulder.

Comfortable and spacious
This property in north Boulder was walking distance to grocery, restaurants, shopping & a fitness center. Comfortable chairs and beds were provided. The kitchen was well appointed even for those who cook frquently. Stackable washer & dryer. Master bedroom suite with loft desk is upstairs, 2bedrooms and a bath down. At this time, the bedroom window coverings were inadequte for keeping sunlight out of the bedrooms. Owner was very responsive to our needs.

Glenwood Grove Stay
This location was great for myself and my three children. We used the pool, climbing camp nearby, and the North Boulder Rec Center. There are two AC units, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. The manager lives next-door.

Great Location, Fantastic Host!
The home was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable home. It was as close to home as you can get. Dale was helpful and available to our requests. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great condo with all the comforts of home!
Our family came out to Boulder to spend Christmas with my son. We couldn't have picked a better place. We were in walking distance of most shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed to make a homemade Christmas dinner. Dale was very accommodating and accessible. We loved Boulder!

Comfortable, Functional Rental
My friends and I really enjoyed this rental. Great layout and very functional. Bike Share is just a couple blocks away and we were able to quickly get to Pearl St.

Great Stay!
Dale was responsive and very helpful on things to do and places to go. The apt was spacious and clean and in good proximity to Pearl St. The Apt accommodated 4 of us for a 1 night stay with no issues. Several places to get coffee or eat close. I would look to use the property again if we make it back to Boulder.

All the comforts of home
Absolutely great home. Spacious, new remodeled and decorated.. NEW EVERYTHING! Has all the comforts of home. Great for long term stay. We stayed about 10 nights. The few issues we had.. Dale was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and I will stay again when I'm in Boulder.
