Property was super clean nice view of the water check in was at 4pm we were having lunch at the Ritz Carton 2 blocks away when Bernice called and told us unit was ready and we could check in early the owners of this unit Bernice and Steve were very accommodating loved our stay would not hesitate to book again.

This condo has a view of the bay, is very clean and has everything you need to begin your vacation. Bernice and Steve are great hosts. If you have any questions or concerns, they are available 24/7. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed and very convenient to Vanderbilt Beach. Bernice & Steven were great to work with! We will definitely rent there again!

The view from the lanai is an inlet (bay, lagoon?) and the beach is an easy walk, less than a block away.
The owners, Bernice and Steven are terrific!
Welcoming, yet unobtrusive, they live right across the street from the condo, and although we barely saw them, it was nice to know they were there.
Just a text away, Bernice was always handy with suggestions of what to do in the area, and even a sweet good morning text now and then!
We would certainly recommend this condo for a couple looking for some time away on beautiful white sand beaches (or rooftop swimming pool 😉).

Naples/Vanderbilt Beach short getaway
The condo that my husband and I rented at Vanderbilt Beach in Naples was exactly as pictured on VRBO, very clean, nice amenities, lovely view from the lanai and easy walking distance to beautiful Vanderbilt beach. Our hosts Bernice and Steven were very nice and always available, but our short vacation was great and we had no problems at all.

Excellent stay at Vanderbilt Beach condo of Bernice and Steve. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the terrific condo. The place was fully equipped including even a dishwasher, washer and dryer which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely accommodating and located nearby for any questions or help that we required. The location is excellent and its convenience to the beach is great. In addition there is a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Our Anniversary Trip
We were looking forward to finally getting away after a tough year. We were so happy with our condo! The building has only 2 stories with a pool on the roof! The pool was warm with brillant views. The beach is a short walk and they provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We had our morning coffee with the view of the lagoon. We are looking forward to our next stay here. The owners live across the street and are so nice and helpful.

Amazing rooftop pool
The rooftop pool is amazing! The location is safe, the owners are so helpful and friendly, they gave recommendations for the area which was great. The unit had everything one would need...towels, beach chairs, WiFi, appliances, etc. The only drawback is the unit is not a true 1BR, it has an alcove (so no bedroom door). I would absolutely return to this property, the owners do a great job ensuring you have everything you need.

The place itself was super clean and had a lanai porch overlooking the water which was so beautiful and relaxing. The property is only a 3 minute walk away which you just cannot beat for the price! The beach itself is clean, calm, and has an incredible view of the sunset. There are a few places right within walking distance to eat with is awesome and you are just a short drive away from MANY other stores and restaurants. The pool deck was also incredible - there was a CLEAN pool and hot tub overlooking the water. Plus, it was never too busy! You are a short drive over to some of the other local beaches like Naples Beach and Lowdermilk Park (You are provided a parking space too!) Very nice place overall
The view is a little misleading, but the location is terrific. Only one long block away from Vanderbilt Beach. The condo is not a true one bedroom, but there is a wall between the kitchen/living room and the sleeping area. The owners are terrific to deal with and will check in to make sure everything is good. The bathroom is somewhat dated, but the place is clean and comfortable. Overall, it is a solid value.

Bernice and Steve are great hosts!! Very attentive and checked in with us several times to be sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. Perfect getaway
Had an awesome week at Bernice’s condo. It was a perfect location to the beach (less than 5 minute walk), had a great view from the balcony, and was a short drive away from just about any type of restaurant you’d want to go to and a lot of other hot spots in Naples. It’s such a romantic location on the beach at sunset that I proposed to my girlfriend on this trip! Will definitely be back next time I’m looking for a beach getaway!

Bernice and Steven are terrific hosts who are attentive and caring. The location is quite remarkable. The condo is clean,the living area roomy and comfortable; kitchen and eating area beautiful as well as functional! Our only preference would be a larger bedroom as it is somewhat small, however there is plenty of storage space. Overall a great spot.

Great location, neat as a pin, very convenient, variety of restaurants within 1/2 mile ( Ritz carlton to Royal scoop) , public or while foods, walk to beach, pool and hot tub on roof, all make for a super visit--- and, the owners are wonderful, welcoming, responsive and helpful!

First let me say that the condo was not only perfect for my husband and I, but it was immaculate. Everything we could have needed was provided. Bed was very comfortable and a wonderful view and short walk to the beach 🏖 Secondly, our hosts were incredible! They provided information on great spots to eat and shop. Not only that but were available via text to answer any questions that we had. Truly, we felt like royal guests. If you need to get away, we could not more highly recommend a place.

Fabulous place with a CHAMP host.
Clean, cozy and the location is great. Ideal for a getaway couple, offering easy access to so many things and places, including Vanderbilt Beach, a vibrant gathering place literally across the street. The condo has a nice lanai with a view of the bay, and all of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay were provided. Bernice was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating before and during the trip, even stopping by to greet us and say good bye.
Will definitely stay there again, we actually tried to extend our stay on this visit, but it was booked.
