Perfect location and layout!

The house was well decorated and comfortable, though, it had some quirks. The access to the hot tub and grill is is thru the first floor queen bedroom. We had two adults in the upstairs bunk room. It was a very small room and the room above the bottom double bed was claustrophobic close to the above single bed. We knew this going in and I
only mention it so that others can take this into consideration. We overall loved the house and the convenience to slopes and to the bus line. Our only issue is that the two people staying in the bunk room got locked in because of a faulty door know for over an hour. After trying all sorts of methods to get the door open and looking for tools in the house that could help, we called Vacassa to see if they could send a maintenance team out. They told us that they did not have after hours maintenance. We were on the verge of calling the fire department, when by some luck, we were able to get the door open via passing different kitchen elements under the door to be used by the individuals locked in. We missed our dinner reservations and because we had to reserve with a credit card, we were charged a large fee. I share this to make others aware that the VACASA does not have after hours maintenance. They even called the next morning to see if the individuals were still locked in the bedroom! Overall, this is a great house, however, it was extremely upsetting to go thru this experience. I can't imagine if it were young children in the bedroom.

Overall the places is fantastic. It's in a perfect location between the mountain and town, you can walk to both in about 10-20 mins.
Some areas for improvement:
* Guests are expected to plow the snow, off the steps and very steep driveway. It would be helpful to provide snow removal gear that is easily accessible and some salt for the steps. We had difficulty finding a snow shovel. Additionally, having clear communication about expectations of the guests would be helpful for guests that are not willing or able to shovel snow. In our case, we had guests in their 60s, that had no business shoveling or having to navigate icy steps and driveways. Clear communication and expectations for future guests would be helpful.
* The bedroom with the Queen bed needs the mattress replaced. It has a major dip in the middle and is very uncomfortable. I have seen reviews from months ago that addressed this concern, perhaps the management company may escalate this issue for future guests.
* Dishwasher needs some love, it's kind of falling apart.
* The washer/drier is making a lot of noise, perhaps some attention can be given to it to make sure it's not on the brink of malfunction.
Like I said, the location is ideal, and we had a fantastic stay. With some attention to the points above and clear communication to guests on expectations, this place will be deserving of 5 stars all around.
Thank you.

SKI TRIP. 2 inch thick fist on ceiling fans. Master bed was over 10 years old& needed replacement. Toilet back flows on 2nd day. Master shower handle loose.
We arrived to the driveway covered in a solid sheet of ice. There was no safe way to enter the property and management couldn't help with a 6pm arrival. Not exactly a "late" arrival. No rain gutters, so the front door steps keptbicing over from snow melt and rain. Yes it, rains in Feb, in Park City, not only snow.
Skillet pans warped with exposed teflon. Old fabric sofas had musty smell and were not comfortable. Dishwasher old, didn't clean well and backfowed into kitchen sink. Probably needs new disposal.
The bedding sheets were old and not soft. Smells like they had not been changed in months. Norv that the property was looked over before our arrival. Worst host experience. NEVER use Vacasa. And this was my last VRBO EVER...

Property was great! Well located for walking to ski slopes and Main Street where there were many restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and well maintained with ample kitchenware. All appliances worked well. Beds were very comfortable with the exception of queen bed on first floor whose mattress needs upgrading. Otherwise very happy with this rental

Walk to skiing is about the same as being in the parking lot. Walk to town down stairs is about 10 minutes. House is comfortable. Hit tub is super hot. Will stay again.

We had a fantastic getaway. The location is perfect! Having a house with three separate bathrooms makes a perfect getaway for larger groups. We would stay here again.

Vacasa management for VRBO is terrible in Park City.
This house is a run down disaster. It should never have been rented. It needs to be taken off the rental lists. It needs a complete refurbishment.
The water supply is contaminated due to a broken down water softener. The softener was scheduled to be serviced in 2020 and produces only high sodium water. The RO unit in the kitchen has not had a filter change since 2015! Don't drink the water! It makes you sick. We switched to bottled water. Bottled water stopped the stomach aches and diarrhea.
The house's hot water temperature is set to 140 degrees F. Very dangerous if you have young children.
The spa is generally broken down and its temperature controller is inaccurate. It heats the water to a dangerous 130 degrees F when set to its limit of 104 F. Set the spa controller to 91 and you will get a safe 104 F. Plus, you have to contact Vacasa to get treatment chemicals for the spa water. This takes 2+ days for a servicing and the chemicals last only 3 days. We arrived with the water green with fungus/bacteria and the entire porch area, including the spa, encased on a foot of ice. The spa is not worth it.
The house was filthy upon arrival and the vacuum was broken. Contacting Vacasa resulted in no response for two days. We finally bought a vacuum and cleaned the house ourselves. There were dead bugs in the beds, dust everywhere and the blankets smelled!
The TV in the quest bedroom never worked, even after four visits by the TV service technician over a one week period (complete with a new digital TV box). On the last visit, the technician claimed that the house owner lives in Australia and had to authorize turning on the new digital box. Vacasa was to contract the owner and get the authorization for the new digital box. It never came on...
All the furniture and beds are run down and falling apart. There were not enough pillow cases for the beds, so we bought our own.
Vacasa is a property management disaster. Vacasa purposefully hides contact information for their staff working in Park City. Call Vacasa and you get routed to a phone answering service in Portland Or. And the person you eventually get on the phone has been specifically instructed to never give out contact information of Vacasa personnel in Park City. Second, they have a total of ~3 people supporting their rentals in the Park City - Deer Valley area. Not enough staff to service the area. Third, the Vacasa rental office on Main Street is never manned.

Great spot for a ski vacation
Great house and a great location! The house was spacious and well-appointed, including the kitchen. Would definitely rent here again! The toiletries provided were only enough for about 1-2 days so would recommend bribing your own if you’re staying longer.

Great Home
The home was just the right size for my family including 2 kids and my parents. Very close to the slopes. We could have walked, but were lazy and my father drove us to the drop off each morning and picked us up each afternoon. A cozy vacation home with comfortable beds.

Xmas Family ski teip
We had a great time at this house. It was our first trip to Park City and the house and location were perfect. Less than 5 min walk to the main ski village, and an easy 10 minute walk to Main Street. House was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 3 kids.

Great walkability to downtown/ski resort
This house is comfy for a small group, and easy to walk the 4-6 blocks to downtown park city or 2 blocks to Park City Mountain. Only challenge is that homes are very close to each other so in summer with windows open it's not too quiet, but that played out ok for us. In winter with windows closed I wouldn't think that would be noticeable. Hot tub worked well and the house was clean with a great layout.

Awesome Location and Home
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this home. The location was amazing, we were able to walk to and from the slopes each day and Main Street was a short drive away. Very cozy and enough get space for all 5 of us to feel at home. Wonderful family ski trip.
Thank you

4.5 stars
great house, great location. our family settled right in and immediately felt at home. very quick/easy walk to the slopes, and town is only about 10mins on foot, as well. a few minor details make it just shy 5 stars (flat pillows, burned out light bulbs, hot tub was deeply snowed in, so had to do quite a bit of work before using it) but these are pretty minor nits to pick...

As advertised! Great place to stay when in Park City
Great place. Great location. The pictures don’t misrepresent this place- it’s super cool. Within about 8 minutes walking distance to Main Street. Would comfortably sleep 7 people. I’ve stayed in many vrbo’s and Sometimes the managemt complanies don’t leave any of the kitchen essentials ( salt, spices, coffee filters etc), but this place had all of them. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay
Great location and the accommodations were perfect for us. The management company was very responsive. We had a problem with the DVD player and called in the morning to report it. They came by and replaced it with a new one by that afternoon. We wouldn’t hestitate to stay there again.
