Master bedroom and bath is on the upper level. All three levels have sliding glass doors with a deck. The second and third bedrooms are in the middle level. There are two bathrooms on this level. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, and a half bathroom. Rich, hardwood floors throughout the house.
Fantastic ocean views, quiet location, and a short walk to the lake make this a great spot for a relaxing get away!

The condo was great. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. Only one thing- the mattress on the second floor (ocean front) was awful. Everything else was perfect.

It was even better in person than we thought it would be! Clean, beautifully decorated, and having the view of the ocean and the beach just steps from the door was wonderful! Great communication with the owner, and he went above and beyond. We didn’t want to leave :)

This was a really great condo for our family. We had 6 adults and two kids. The unit was recently updated and designed so nicely. They had everything you needed in the kitchen. There is a lot of stairs but you get used to it after a few times up and down. The beach access is right next to the building so you couldn't be any closer to the ocean. The boardwalk was a 12 minute walk away for restaurants and shopping. The only draw back we had to this condo is that the couch bed mattress was very uncomfortable with the springs and dirty so my kids had to sleep on the floor in their sleeping bags. Otherwise everything went great. We will definitely book here again.

The location is amazing. The owners are very accessible, answer very quickly, and were extremely accommodating. The unit is lovely, but does have quite a few stairs (which didn't bother us at all). This was our second visit and we will definitely book this property again.

Great value for what we paid! Enjoyed the layout. Nice furnishings and we had everything we needed in the kitchen except a blender, but the host was quick to respond to our question about that, so it was no big deal to pack ours. The size of the rooms was perfect for our group and we loved having access to a balcony on all 3 levels. Liked the proximity to the beach access. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the stairs were difficult to navigate. The color of the wood made it a challenge to distinguish where the next step was, in addition to no railing at certain spots and the way the steps were cut in. If you are not “of a certain age,” this would be a wonderful place to spend a week at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Front Condo, it was perfect for our girls weekend. Decks were perfect to have our coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise while we planned our day. Would definitely recommend Condo. Also being right next to beach access is a huge plus!

We loved this property! Traveling with friends for the weekend, this location was oceanfront and close to entertainment and food. We were able to pretty much walk everywhere! The online photos are not up to date. The property has new furniture and countertops, and added to the enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Beach views. Immediately next to beach access. Had a hose in the garage. Gas station was located right across the street for basic needs. One guest said their bed was "loud when rolling over." We'd stay again! Thanks for a great spot!

Couple in their 40’s brought both sets of their parents and their only child and her now fiancé .. our daughter got engaged while visiting . We love Carolina beach and now our daughter will be able to make memories with her family and share ours with the family she creates .

The condo was spotless, well stocked and decorated so cute. Fully operational kitchen. We were right next to beach for easy access.

We had a great stay! The location is within walking distance to several great restaurants. Lake park steakhouse, havanas, and shuckin shack to name a few! We didn’t have to drive anywhere the whole stay. Also this unit is right beside the beach access so not a far walk to the beach. The unit offers plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach games, etc. The kitchen and living room have also been updated which isn’t reflected in listing. Only hiccup we had was waiting until 4:30 to check in instead of 4 due to cleaner still being there, but the place was spotless so cannot complain there. Overall, we had a great stay and will be booking again!

This property had everything we needed. Sadly it rained most of the time we were there, but if I had to be stuck inside, this was a great place to be stuck in! Clean, all the amenities we needed, walkable to some really cool spots. Nick was an excellent host and responded quickly when needed, which wasn’t often at all. We would love to come back!

This was a great spot right next to the beach and we enjoyed having the view of the ocean from the bedroom. The walk out patio was a nice feature as well. We had our married kids with us and it was nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds weren’t very comfortable nor were the pillows which was a bummer. Other than that, no complaints about the actual property. I contacted the property owner and asked about beach items for use (as we’ve had at other properties in that area and it took him quite a while to get back to me. There were no beach items for use, which traveling from out of state (airplane) makes it kind of hard to bring any beach items so that would’ve been a nice feature. The location was great though.

BEAUTIFUL, comfortable condo in the perfect location, in a great and clean little city, with three levels and a wonderful balcony outside glass doors on each floor. Only feet from the beach. Great places to eat, perfect weather, miles and miles of beach for walking. Michael's Seafood. Fort Fisher Aquarium. Carolina Beach State Park complete with Venus Flytraps! Veggie Wagon across the street for excellent coffee and peanut butter pastries. Ferris Wheel. Cazador for Mexican cuisine. But back to the condo; beautiful wooden floors, chairs outside on every deck, utterly clean kitchen and fridge, sweet little condo community, sweet little church for Easter Sunday and then Kate's for s'more pancakes. Also, last but not least--tasteful "sea-side" decor and beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and sparkling clean windows to the deck. From Minnesota. Would consider moving there later on. Thank you so much to Nic Lytle who answered all our questions and provided us a space to be with our kids and feel happy and lucky. Will be back for sure.

The only negative about this property is the parking. We had two Chevy 2500 trucks that barely fit in the parking spots. There was nothing that stated the parking was for smaller vehicles.

Excellent location and the condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed, although it could use more than 4 coffee mugs, some salt & pepper and basic spices. The owner was always helpful and quick with his responses to my booking and questions. I gave all categories 5 stars but a 4 star overall as the condo, although clean and comfortable, could use some TLC. Beds very squeaky and 3 floor shower faucet was coming out of the wall. Stairs were a non issue for us. I would stay here again!

Beautiful beach location!!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property which is literally right on the beach. It is an end unit right next to the steps to the beach access. There is a handy outdoor shower in front of the garage which is helpful.
The owner was communicative and responsive and even assisted us with an early check in.
We stayed with one family two two kids and a couple which was perfect. The three different levels allowed each family to have their own space, with adequate shared space on the first floor.
Only improvement note is that there were some minor electrical issues which might be an easy as resetting a few things. The outlet in the master bathroom was not working, one of the outlets in the second master bathroom was not working, and some of the lights also did not work. The dryer which was noted in previous reviews seems to have been replaced as we had no issues and used it several times.
We would highly recommend and will stay again!

Great location, property needs work.
Pros: Fantastic Location, Great view. Enough parking for 2 cars. Walk to Veggie Wagon store. Lots of beach chairs and toys provided. Balcony views from each bedroom are nice. Cons: No Wi-Fi- No Cable television the entire week. No power to either of the Cable boxes. We work remotely and had to work around it using cell service. Upstairs bathroom is in terrible shape. (Faucet coming out of the tub wall. Tub itself is in awful condition. Dripping leak in second floor bathroom ceiling.) Cookware is very old and barely usable. Old coffee maker is not working properly. Great property that is not being maintained well.

We enjoyed our stay, house had nice upgraded couches, granite counter tops, kitchen appliances. Loved being right on the beach, the view from the top bedroom was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom towels, on site laundry. The steps were a lot but it is that way in all the beach houses, I didn't mind them at all. The bathrooms were older looking but clean. I like that all bedrooms had their own bathroom and an extra 1/2 bath on main level. Nicely decorated beachy theme. Nice town, a lot to do. Only 2 parking spots, and there is no extra parking for visitors anywhere, unless you rent a golf cart as people got around on those and golf cart parking was right on side of the condo for the public beach access. My daughter parked in condo across the street and we went out to dinner, when we came back her car was towed so it is no joke about the "no parking" our fault obviously. The top bedroom could use some hooks to hang clothes and or towels. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The owner let us know that he is going to upgrade the decking which is good because the paint was peeling off onto our feet. I would stay here again, thank you Nick.

Thought this place would be a perfect getaway to the beach to fish..perfect because it was steps from the beach so if teens needed to use restroom or just simply didn’t want to be out there anymore they could come in…Wrong… they are working on the beach in the middle of the night at that it was so loud big machines beeping etc our public access steps away is closed off..Definitely think this is something owner should have mentioned when I booked the place…
