This open floor plan condo is perfectly maintained, with ceiling to floor windows throughout the living and dining areas. The master bedroom has a deck with canal views and a small office for those looking to get away during the work week!

This is a beautiful and roomy condo. It has individual outdoor shower dedicated to the unit and storage unit full of chairs and umbrellas. The deck overlooking the dunes and ocean is amazing and large. The washing machine and dryer look in great shape but the washer will only work on certain settings and dryer took multiple cycles to dry. Fan is out in master bath. lamp shades need dusting in master. Otherwise it was truly lovely and comfortable.

This condo was well kept, clean, and plenty big enough for our family of 4. Couldn’t ask for better proximity to the beach and the North End Mini Mart. The deck is spacious as well. The only negative is the parking (which is difficult at many of the CB homes). We have a large SUV (Yukon XL) and the space was too small to accommodate our vehicle and be able to open doors/exit the vehicle, particularly due to having small children. I had to park outside of the covered area to unload/get children out and then pull under if I wanted to be covered.

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was in a great location that was just a short drive to the major attractions and many local restaurants were within walking distance. The view was amazing! I would not hesitate to book again.

This was our second stay at this beautiful ocean front condo. We find it to be a perfect location for our family, making beach time super simple for our kids. The condo is plenty spacious and has everything you need for a great beach trip. You will hear sound from upstairs unit, if it's occupied, but mostly just footsteps. This would be common in any multi-floor unit. It's not disruptive to us. We look forward to staying here again.

Once we got past the parking issue, the stay was great!! The property is very nice and the location is perfect!! This worked very well for our family of six… four adults and two kids/teens. It has neverything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. There is only room for two vehicles to park, one of which is covered. The listing stated two covered spots, which has since been corrected at my suggestion. There is a third spot to park from the side of the house, but there is the potential to get blocked in from the beach parking located on the street. If you don’t plan to move it’s great.

All condo rooms were spacious, not cramped like other beach rentals. Beach access was the immediately adjacent public access — no strenuous tiers of stairs through dunes, people watching was entertaining. Whole back wall of condo was windows viewing ocean, dining and living area. Spacious porch for entertaining. Dining area has full view of ocean.

Had a great stay, so close to the beach! If you have infants be aware that the unit above can be quite noisy. Our babies were woken up a couple times by the renters of the unit above.

This property is nearly perfect as far as the view and layout. Amenities for kids like games and beach closet are a plus. The huge ocean front porch keeps us coming back to this property, unfortunately there are many rusted nails popping up and several entire porch boards now bowing. The porch desperately needs repairs for safety.

What an amazing experience!! The house is right on the water, very spacious and set up for a very relaxing vacation. The master bedroom has the most comfortable king mattress. Friday night/very early morning Saturday the oven was not working so I text the property manager and she promptly text me back when she woke up and came over and got it resolved immediately. Every person in my group loved this property!! If you are looking for a little vacation on Carolina beach, this is the place to stay!!

We had a wonderful stay. We were able to book the rental above this as well for our group of 20 people. It is located on the water and has great access to the beach. College students spent the day working with Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity and came home after the hard days work to this great apartment with plenty of space, fun things to do, and ability to rest.

A family member slept on the sofa. He awakened to see two huge cockroaches on him and the sofa. The unit was not nearly clean enough for guests or anyone, for that matter. There were also not enough towels... I will not be staying here ever again.

The large outdoor deck and easy beach access won us over with this home! This home is located right beside a beach ramp access, which was exactly what one of our family members needed to make the short walk to the beach, even easier. It was quiet, clean, stocked with family games, located close to restaurants, and easily a accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. The host was very quick to reply when I had a question. Wonderful VRBO experience! We would rent this home again.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! There were enough bedrooms, great living room seating, and dining room seating for everyone. We had 5 adults and our 18 month old son. There are three bedrooms and every couple /adult got their own and our son stayed in our room in the pack n play. All of the bedrooms have plenty of room for a pack n play but we took the master bedroom because it was furthest from the main living space. It worked out perfectly! We would definitely book this property again!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was beautiful with a great view! We loved the big deck and we used it in the morning and late in the afternoon. My husband sat on it at night and enjoyed listening to the waves. We would like to stay there again. The only issue was noise from the renters above- very early in the mornings.

We enjoyed our stay! This condo is right next to the public access boardwalk to the beach, which is very convenient. The public access was never too busy and folks using it were all happy and friendly. Nice sized bedrooms. All appliances worked well and were clean. Nice deck on the ocean side. Definitely met or exceeded our expectations. Property was very comfortable and the location and views were unbeatable. Had no issues and three adults and two young adults were all able to enjoy their own space, but also being together on the outside deck or within the unit. Truly a home away from home. This was a great place for our two families with young kids. The oceanfront deck was our favorite. The condo is well-stocked with everything you need, including beach supplies. Michelle was very responsive. Our only minor complaint is that we frequently heard the occupants upstairs on the second floor of the condo. We know that's probably just the luck of the draw if it's occupied and the people have heavy feet (and wake up at 5am!). Overall this was a great place to stay.

Second year renting this unit, we had friends that we came with that rented the upper unit as well. House is clean, and very well equipped, new furniture this year, amazing outdoor space, has a lot of beach items so you don’t need to pack much of your own, outdoor shower. Will be back next year!

Really great location and a nice kitchen with a large beachfront porch. Since last year, this property has had some needed updates, including a nice big couch. Only complaint is that the porch has rusty screws sticking out and some rotted side boards.

We loved this place. Location was fantastic. Walk out the back into the beach out the front to get great coffee and easy walk to the boardwalk so we didn’t have to pay to park. The house was great. Very roomy, loved the decks and the kitchen was well stocked. Will def be back here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views and the access are great. Condo was really clean and beds slept well. Got to go out on the beach one of the days and biked a couple of times, both easy from here. Hopefully can make it back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a last minute booking to visit our daughter at UNCW. Michelle was very helpful and always prompt to respond to my questions. The condo was very nice and spacious, very nicely decorated and comfortable. We took full advantage of that huge deck and enjoyed the convenient beach access right from the condo. All in all it was a nice place to enjoy a few days!
