Located directly on Siesta Key Beach, one of the top rated beaches in the nation, this fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers partial Gulf views, central A/C, and plenty of living space. It is located in the Tower building with nothing between it and the beach other than the ocean-side pool. Two generous bedrooms have walk-in closets and the unit has an open floor plan, featuring granite kitchen bar with stools, living room, dining room and lanai with high-top table to enjoy the gulf views. This unit has flat screen TVs and DVD player, ceiling fans, and maid services, linens, and towels are included. Wireless internet service is also available in the unit and complimentary. The master bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress while the guest bedroom has two queen beds. Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club is situated on 13 Gulf front acres. Resort amenities include 2 heated pools~1 beach side, 1 courtyard, 4 tennis courts (2 Har-Tru~2 Lackold and one marked for pickleball), a fitness center, business center, recreation room with kitchen for small gatherings, and beach pavilion with grills. The Resort is conveniently located near Siesta Key Village, downtown Sarasota, SRQ airport, malls, theaters and much more. There is also an on-site rental office with exceptional staff that will attempt to answer any questions or respond to any issues that may arise. Guest should feel free to contact the office if they need anything during their stay.

Luxury condo in gated resort on private beach!! Well maintained property and very quiet. Perfect for a family get-a-way on a white sand beach with clear water. Rated best beach in the US for a reason!

The condo was great it had everything we needed and was really clean. We were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came by to wash our towels we didn’t expect that. Siesta Key is a great area everything is close and the beach is awesome we will definitely come back :)

The property was tidy, welcoming, and comfortable. The location and rental service for the chairs and umbrellas were a great service. The pools were clean and the grounds were immaculately cared for.

The resort/unit are on a beautiful piece of beachfront property. Our family enjoyed long days on the soft, white sand and in the ocean with its varying shades of blue. We can’t wait to return!

Very nice area, great resort like atmosphere. Wish there had been a little more to do - Enjoyed pickle ball. The fridge was broken but another was place that worked well- master bathroom was spacious. Nice large closets. Used the sun porch a lot! Nice view. Too far to walk to the downtown area but the trolly was nice.

Girls' trip and a first time to visit the area for all of us. Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. We liked the covered parking, and the fresh towels on the 3rd day of our stay was a nice surprise. Had a minor maintenance issue upon checkin, but was quickly addressed. This is a great location, with many shops and restaurants within a couple of miles in either direction. The beach was just a few steps away through the complex and was very beautiful. The bag of ice in the freezer was a nice touch. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

Fall break beach trip -- we enjoyed the beach, pool, and sunsets. The condo was comfortable, clean and we found everything as described. The condo was a convenient walk to the beach. The landscaping, pools, and common areas were well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly as advertised. Just a small note: grills are charcoal only, no gas grills are available. Also, coffee maker is drip only. An overall wonderful stay, Siesta Key is an amazing family beach with gentle surf!

The property and location were perfect! The unit is exactly as pictured and is part of a beautiful, gated complex with private beach. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question and the management staff super friendly. We loved it and will definitely book again!

My daughter, granddaughter, and I stayed for 5 days this trip. We had also rented this same unit 7 years ago. We love it because it is not only clean and safe with a gated entrance, but it's got great views and has easy access to the beatific beach. The 2 pools are a bonus! The unit itself is extremely clean and has everything you need! We will be back!

We had a wonderful trip to Siesta Key and very much enjoyed this property. Plenty of space and great amenities for our group of 5 women on a girls trip. The Village was a short trolley or “Frog Hop” away and the beach and pools were very nice. We would definitely return!

The condo is very clean with a nice view to the ocean/pools. It IS located right next to the elevators and garbage chute which was quite loud late Sat night but quieter during the week. The master bed was super comfy. The guest beds are in need of updating (middle sags). But, it was a lovely property so I didn't ding the 5 star review. Also, no spices whatsoever supplied but towels/toilet paper/dish soap are all provided. There is a large cooler with wheels as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort. Again, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is literally feet off of the beach which is hard to find.

We loved this two-bedroom unit! Plenty of space for spending time together and yet privacy with the two bedrooms being on opposite sides of the common space. Beautiful location, easy access to beach and pools. Quick drive to village and restaurants (and very easy way to 'ride for tips' on the the nights we didn't want to drive.) Clean, safe, fun!

Check in process was very smooth, the apartment was very clean. We usually clean upon arrival to any property because we are extremely picky but we didn't need to do it at this property. The ocean view was excellent, there was nothing disappointing. The apartment was bigger than what the pictures showed, plenty of room for a play pan, a stroller and a high chair. Beds on the second bedroom were just ok but I guess is hard to find a bed like the one at home anywhere you go. The furniture needs a little update, specially the dinning room set but it was not too hard to look at. I gave it a 5 star because it was more than what I expected compare to other properties we have rented at siesta Key. I will be back.
