About this cottage rental

3 bedroom room 2 full bath cottage plus additional Bunkie with 1 bedroom and living room on private lake
Master bedroom - King bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen plus a bunk bed with Single over single
(Linens are not included) however pillows and comforters are (COVID-19 UPDATE - Pillows and Comforters are not being provided this year)

Cottage is 2 acres with lots of space for kids to play. Property has a private boat launch, dock with ladder. Additionally there is a private sitting area overlooking the lake. Perfect for your morning coffee.

Cottage has all the amenities of home in a cottage setting. Includes Central A/C, dishwasher and washer dryer.

This is a VERY family friendly area. If you are planning on renting to host a loud party this isn't the property for you.

We loved our stay here, plenty of room for everybody, the bunkie was a great extra for our teenagers. The lake was warm for swimming and awesome for kayaking. Loved the fridges and bbq’s, even an ice maker. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay here. We especially enjoyed the location on a beautiful lake and the fact that there were many kayaks, boards and a paddleboat for us to use along with plenty of life jackets. Our favorite thing was being out on the water together as a family and fishing. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The kitchen was well stocked and the only thing I missed there was a whisk. The home and property are in need of some attention perhaps just a good spring cleaning and weeding to freshen it up a bit.

Gathering at the charming cottage, families had a great time kayaking and gliding on paddle boats, creating wonderful memories and fun moments. Chris, who was very friendly, made the overall experience genuinely enjoyable. I would highly recommend .

Our stay at this cottage was fantastic. It comfortably accommodated two families, with plenty of space for both adults and kids. The cottage was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Just make sure to bring towels and bed sheets. The outdoor area was amazing, providing a great setting for relaxation and play. Extremely nice host that was quick to reply to any questions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, perfect for quality family time. We'd definitely consider returning for another enjoyable stay.

Spent a great weekend at this beautiful cottage. The best part of this place - the decks…one on the lake and the other one overlooking the lake. Various types of boats provided to enjoy the lake…or just go for a swim. Amazing!!!

Beautiful location with excellent views of the water from the dining room bar. The swimming and kayaking is wonderful with very little boat traffic. There is a new dock with a great sitting area to enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise. A new path provides easy access to the dock and there is a boat launch area for kayaks, canoes or larger boats. The cottage is as described and very comfortable with all the amenities needed. We especially enjoyed the extra fridge for feeding the family:) Chris is very responsive and always available to help if required. We loved it there. Thanks Chris for a great experience!

We have been coming every year and will be back again. Beautiful property and lake. Great spot for bird watching. The cottage is spacious but cozy, with that classic cottage feel. Space is equipped with modern appliances. We love utilizing the kayaks and canoe :) Thank you for having us, Chris!

All you can ask more and more! Anything you needed was there, from games to BBQ cooking options, a great fire pit and a water pond full of frogs. The water toys, fishing and safety equipment are all provided. My family enjoyed the open spaces from bed rooms, living room and sun room. We will be back. Thank you Chris!

Property was as advertised, no disappointments. Roomy, well appointed cottage with plentiful amenities on site. Large comfy great room with big screen was nice to watch the NHL finals. Right on the lake with a private dock and multitude of water toys. We weren't too lucky with the weather but still had some nice dock time to unwind and catch up with old friends. Our host Chris was informative and easy to work with. The last couple km in on Dwyer is a real roller coaster and the nearest town with any amenities is about a 20 minute drive, so I would recommend coming well supplied with provisions...park the car, relax, and enjoy the surroundings!

The owner of the cottage offered us great service on all levels. it is my second time staying at this cottage. Having two bathrooms and a kind size bed was a delight. Felt like home away from Home. the water was calm, the scenery was beautiful with the leaves turning colour. I so look forward to renting this property again!!!! a Beautiful cottage.

Great remote feeling location, beautiful water for swimming and paddling, considerate boaters and friendly, quiet neighbours. The cottage is rustic but well appointed and suitable for a family getaway. The description is appropriate and Chris is very responsive to any questions. Great family getaway

This cottage is perfect for a large family to relax and enjoy nature! It has all the amenities you'd want for a cottage stay - BBQ, fire pit, the dock for swimming plus the paddleboat, paddleboards, kayaks and canoe. The lake and the property are beautiful. The cottage has lots of space and seating, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and even has 2 fridges, and a washer/dryer. However, the place was not well cleaned before our arrival. And the power went out for the last night of our stay, which was out of anyone's control - just be aware there's no running water or cell service without power. Chris updated during the outage, which was helpful. Overall, it was a fun weekend. If the power was on, we'd have enjoyed to stay longer.

We had an amazing weekend at this perfect family cottage. Chris was a wonderful host, easy to get in touch with, flexible and very helpful. The cottage is located in a beautiful area of Chippego lake looking out on an island. Very tidy and lovely cottage equipped with everything you will need. Comfy beds and the coziest couches you will every sit on! Big beautiful property and lake. What a beautiful idyllic spot! We spent a few days with our daughter and son-in-law visiting from Nova Scotia and an adult granddaughter. The cottage is very well-equipped, the kitchen would put mine to shame, There was nothing lacking - paddle boards, kayaks, board games, etc. Chris responded quickly when we called him. The property is big, view unforgettable, inside so nice, clean, rustic & modern ! Wifi & tv works great , fire pit and patio excellent! Was looking for a getaway with the family to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We were not disappointed at all. Thanks Chris for sharing your beautiful property with us. Kids were never bored with the water toys and games. My grandson loved fishing off the dock. Weather even decided to cooperate but during those few rain spells we enjoyed the TV and game options.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Although we were only there for a few short days, we tried to take advantage of all the property had to offer. Being out on the lake in the kayaks during an incredible sun setting sky was a definite highlight. Accommodations were very comfortable and the cottage was very well stocked with your everyday necessities. Chris was super to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely return!

We had an amazing time! Our children loved paying outdoors as well as indoors as there were lots of fun games for guests to use. The cottage was very well equipped and had pretty much everything you would need. The layout and the setting was wonderful and we would definitely come back!!! Chris is an amazing host, the cottage was well stocked with all the essentials and amenities we needed. He was also quick to respond to all the questions we had. The cottage was in perfect condition, clean and really comfortable, lots of upgrades not shown in the pictures. Overall our stay was fantastic and it made our Christmas extra special. Our host, Chris, was very thoughtful and good at answering questions before and during our stay. The cottage was very comfortable and well-stocked with everything we could need. We really just needed to bring food and linens. The property and the view were beautiful. We would definitely visit again! The roads are very hilly and winding though, so if you are traveling in winter, I wouldn't attempt it without winter tires.

Chris our host made sure we had everything we needed, and answered all my questions quickly. Home was great, fully equipped View from upper deck and dock we’re wonderful relaxing and quiet. A bit of a drive from town but well worth it. Would go again.
