Loved the location. Description was accurate and better than expected. Very spacious. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. My teenagers loved the access to clubhouse. Thank you for the great stay. Will recommend to friends and family!

Everything was very clean. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Beds were comfortable. Convient to everything. Owner was easy to get a hold of very accomodating, helpful and pleasant to talk with. Plenty of cooking utinsils and dishes to prepare meals for all of us . Enough furniture for us to visit and connect, also play board games at tables. We were a family of 3 couples and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this rental.

The property was just as described in the VRBO listing. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating when we needed to change our date. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It is an easy walk to the lake for fishing and an easy drive into Branson sites and activities. If I had one complaint, it is that there isn’t a pantry or enough cabinets for putting food away but we made it all work. We have 7 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will stay again.

Our state was very lovely and cozy. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect for getting to anywhere that we wanted to go within a reasonable distance. The resort had great amenities with the pool and the tennis courts. The condo was set up great for a family where everybody could have their own room and still come together in a nice family area with a beautiful view. We ran into a couple little unexpected issues that happen for every homeowner, but the owners were fantastic and took care of it immediately. I would 100% stay there again. The condo owners were very attentive and provided quick resolution and the house was beautiful.

To have a 4 bedroom condo, with three having king beds was awesome. Location was excellent which included a very short walk to Taney Como. Grandson caught his first Trout. Coordinating with the hosts were very easy. Kitchen was very well equipped. Would stay there again. Thank you.

Condo was everything we expected. The location is great-close to all our favorite places in Branson. The place was very clean and everyone had their own bedroom. Owners were very good to work with and great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay overall. The property is clean, spacious and had all amenities that I would have wanted. Cons are minor and situational like the pool being extremely crowded or long lines at the front gate to get into the development (I stayed in August 2023 so crowds are expected.) There was a minor miscommunication on the part of the owner prior to check-in and they sent a gift basket to make up for it which was unexpected and nice.

This condo is in a private community with lots of amenities: river, hiking trail, pool, pickleball, golf. Just a had great time with the family. Venues are a short drive away and easily accessible. Definitely felt welcome by the communication with the owner. She is fantastic.

The condo was just like the pictures, maybe better! my older son and his family (grandsons 3&7) took the upstairs bedrooms and sitting room. Lot's of space and removed from hustle and bustle when quiet time came. My single younger son had his own room main level and my wife and i had the master suite, on the other side of the condo. Grandkids tended to gravitate to the enclosed sun room in the morning as we prepared for our active days. Away from chaos that is Branson we planned activities through early afternoon and loved the pool late afternoon/evening. Everyone was so friendly at Pointe Royal we felt like owners. Can't say enough good things about this trip and accommodations!

Once again our stay was perfect. The facility was just the right size for our family of 6 and we actually has extra room. Having access to the golf course and pool was a plus. The kids love swimming. The extra items provided make the stay easier—beach towels, laundry pods and dryer sheets. I am definitely a puzzle lover so my family enjoyed working a puzzle that was also provided. The covered patio was perfect for early morning coffee. Definitely plan to return in the future.

This property is very clean spacious and in a wonderful location. We visit Branson every year and try to stay in Pointe Royal. This Condo was by far the nicest one we have stayed at. The amenities are wonderful as well and it's great proximity to the lake and town. Highly recommend this one.

We were immensely pleased with our stay at this property. It was well maintained and clean when we arrived. Our family met from different parts of the country to embark on a 4 day vacation in Branson and this was perfect for us. It had all the amenities one could need plus some extras. The home is well appointed with everything you need. The bedrooms are large and comfortable for a family vacation or group of friends. The host thought of everything down to the smallest detail. I will definitely stay here with my family again on our future vacations. We made wonderful memories, swimming in the pool, playing on the playground, and throwing rocks into the river behind the condo. I highly recommend the condo and can’t say enough about the host. My husband and I , along with our two adult sons, their significant other, and our infant granddaughter enjoyed staying at this beautifully decorated property. It was clean and the kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, bakeware, etc. The coffee pot was a little slow, but brewed well. All rooms were clean. The bedrooms were spacious. We did not have a chance to use the community pool, but beach towels were available for use. Additional wash clothes would have been a nice touch, but there is a washer and dryer available for use. Dish washing soap and washing machine detergent provided, as well as hand soap. The owners promptly responded to questions and concerns. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Very nice condo, clean, quiet, roomy and close to most attractions. We had all the kitchen and bath basics we needed except shampoo, but no big deal. There were six adults and one child. The 4 bedrooms were furnished perfectly for our group. The swimming pools are nice and weren’t to crowded. They were within walking distance but we always drove. We would stay here again if we ever came back to Branson.

The facility was perfect. Loved the floor plan. It worked perfect for our group of 8. We could have easily held two more. The additional opportunities available on the property provided entertainment for the whole family—the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickle ball, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and access to the fishing area . We are already making plans to return next year!!!

Clean, easy access to everything in Branson. Lots of space. Plenty of supplies. Pool and tennis courts were fun for the kids. We were there during some hot weather and the upstairs got hot--but that happens in my home, too. One suggestion: add light blocking curtains to all the bedrooms, and especially a light blocking shade to the crescent window in the front bedroom. In the summer when the sun comes up early it was impossible to sleep past 5:45 or 6. We taped some card board over it while we were there.
