The neighborhood was gorgeous and very quiet! I so enjoyed taking a walk each evening and felt so safe while doing so. The only issue I had was that the pool was much farther away than the listing indicated. Great place to stay.

The upstairs does not have AC that cool well. We sweated upstairs the entire stay. The bed upstairs is completely broke down. I couldnt get out of bed after sleeping there all night because the there was zero support under the mattress and the mattress was sagging. It was very disappointing. The house was clean and the bathrooms were nice and comfortable.

This is a really cool unit with lots of space and a great location! If you like being close to the strip without having to be on it then this is the place! Property amenities are wonderful. Great pool set up for all ages, basketball courts, tennis courts, food and drinks at the pool and a nice golf course. While this unit is good, it has the potential to be great. In it’s current state it’s not very kid friendly. It has some kid friendly elements such as the screened in porch and laundry room. However there are glass toppers on almost all tables which pose risk. There is also no high chairs, pack n’ play or plastic cups in the kitchen. The kitchen is also very lacking. The “ready to use” spices were barely more than salt and pepper. There were no knives sharp enough to cut, as well as very dull kitchen shears. To provide kitchen equipment is awesome but only if those who are expecting to us it actually can. There were no condiments stored there so we had to run and buy some before dinner. The unit owner also rationed out paper products, trash bags, towels and provided no food storage options such as bags. I completely understand rationing these items as to not be taken advantage of, however there were not enough provided to meet the needs of 8 guests. And lastly, my husband and I slept in the upstairs king bedroom further away from the bathroom and the bed was HORRIBLE! We considered switching to the pull out. This mattress needs replaced or turned into a bunk room.

We had an enjoyable stay. Location was convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. Property was clean and well-stocked. Beds were really comfortable—some of the better we’ve had in a STR. We really liked the playgrounds and fishing. Only “issue” we had was checking in at the neighborhood’s front gate. It took over 30 minutes (it was a Saturday afternoon) of waiting in line after driving over 9 hours to get there. After the first time checking in and getting our parking pass, we skipped it and we’re able to breeze through the other lane. Getting into actual rental was easy with plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

Great location close to attractions. Very clean . Very comfortable beds. I would absolutely stay here again. Manager Very responsive to a problem we had with the TV. They responded quickly and fixed the issue.

Very satisfied with the space we rented. Clean towels and bedding and nice living room furniture with an easy-to-use television setup. The only thing I would change is better more firm pillow but that is more of a personal preference :-)

Overall stay was fabulous. The only negative thing I have to say about the property is that the parking was minimal. Several times we had to park at a different location and walk to our condo. Carrying groceries or luggage made this very inconvenient!!

My family had a great stay here. It is our second time back to the complex. Loved the large kitchen island and sunroom in this unit (even though it looked at a parking lot) With one bedroom down and 2 upstairs it was a great space for multi generations. Easy check in and out. It is about 15 min from most attractions, but we like to stay away from the crowds. Owner responded, but took awhile. No major issues - so all was good !

Our 10th anniversary of our annual cousins retreat. We have been coming to Branson and this location for the past 2 years and we love it here. Still close to all attractions but not stuck in traffic. Very comfortable and cute place.

It was nice place. No major complaints. Just a few minor suggestions: supply more toilet paper, more kitchen linens (dish cloths and tea towels) for those who mostly cook in, the sliding glass door was very hard to open (dragged and tried to go off the track), burnt out bulb on track lighting, & fridge ice maker was stopped up . Beds were comfortable and great decor. Overall, it was a good place to stay!

We have stayed here multiple times. We were disappointed this year. The sliding glass door to the back porch won’t open so we couldn’t enjoy the sitting area. The glass top on the table was broken. The floor turned our feet black. One of the kitchen bar stools was broken. The upstairs was super hot. No extra pillows or blankets. We will be looking for a new place to stay for next year.

This was an awesome place, ground level entry, all the amenities you need. The pool was just around the corner. Austin, the host, was great to work with, fast reply’s on all communications and super fair to deal with. You cannot go wrong with this place!
