About this house rental

Cozy 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, new house in the Santa Fe style stucco design. Located right on the amazing Rainmakers Golf Club near Ruidoso, NM which is rated as one of the top 20 golf courses in the nation. The home is well furnished with top of the line linens, memory foam mattresses, flat screen TV's, Blu-ray DVD, satellite TV, high speed internet and good cell service gives you all the amenities of home. Sleeps a maximum of 6 with the fold out queen sofa. The central air and heat makes the house comfortable in any weather. After a challenging day on the golf course, enjoy a 270-degree mountain view from the back deck in our luxurious hot tub. Amenities include an outdoor gas fireplace to keep you warm while you sip a glass of wine in the evening or a hot coffee on a cool mountain morning. Well stocked kitchen, cozy, comfortable and relaxing. Full use of the private Rainmakers Golf Club are included with the exception of the workout room. No better place to get the knots out of your rope!

Pets are welcome under 35 lbs and only one. No cats.

We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO!. We got married at Rainmakers Resort and Club and utilized this house to get ready and enjoy our stay in the mountains. Jim was absolutely wonderful - he let us check in early and was quick to help with any questions we had. This is one of the most beautiful places in the Ruidoso/Alto area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway. The patio and view speak for themselves. It was nice to get away from the grind. Really enjoyed the views and mountain air from the patio deck where we had all our meals and relaxed in the hot tub. The inside decor was very tasteful with a nice kitchen and furnishings. Golf cart in Garage was a plus to cruise the neighborhood. We had two couples knock on the door during our stay wanting to look inside. They were impressed and will probably book a future stay. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a queen which I think would be more comfortable with a King. Overall it is a very nice place to stay, play golf and relax.

We had a great time at this home. Honestly the back deck is heavenly! The view is breathtaking and then the fireplace and hot tub, we never wanted to leave. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved watching the elk walk by and the turkey lol The owners have really made this home feel very comfortable, felt like we were at a friends house.

This was an absolute pleasure. The listing is very accurate. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed,even down to the dog bowls. The beds are very comfortable and has plenty of pillows. The views are Amazing!!! Nice quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!!!

Out of all our Vrbo rentals, this place was our favorite. The view from the deck is what it’s all about for us and we were not disappointed. The indoor / outdoor fireplace was so nice for the early birds coffee on the deck. The golf cart that was available for exploring the neighborhood was a great perk. The home is lacking nothing. We had everything we needed including a crock pot in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. TV in each room. Board games and movies provided. Beautiful place at a reasonable price. A+ recommended.

This home has to be the best place to stay in the Alto/Ruidoso area. Like the other reviewers have said, it is a 5 star property. The view from of the mountains is spectacular, and combining the hot tub with that view is an incredible set up. We really enjoyed the Rainmakers community, and the golf course and country club are exceptional. You can't beat this overall experience!

This was our fourth visit to this wonderful home and we just loved it! The home is so comfortable and the view is just outstanding. This year, we played the Cloudcroft golf course and it was lots of fun. We played the Rainmaker course and enjoyed a show at the Spencer Theater.

My wife and I travel the world and this was one of the best vacations we have ever experienced. We have been to Alto/Rainmaker on several occasions. The Allmon's home is spectacular in every way. We came to escape the Texas heat but that was only one of the rewards of the trip. You walk into the home and it is as beautiful as the pictures show. The prize is the view. It takes your breath away. The back deck is fairly private and you can fire up the fireplace (which is "see through" from the living room) and it will warm you sitting on the deck during the morning and evening chill. Magical. We wanted for nothing and when we did need something Jim was quick to respond. We saw turkey, elk, deer and even a bobcat off of the back deck! I could go on and on. Bottom line, We will be back. This is now our go to place for this beautiful part of New Mexico. Thank you to the Allmons for sharing this amazing property. Dale Knott

We had a wonderful weekend at Rainmakers. Beautiful views from the patio. Saw elk, deer and wild Turkey on our daily walks. We rented with another couple. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom in the suite. It was perfect for us. And the guys enjoyed golfing. And it’s close to the Enchanted Vine where we have enjoyed a Sunday afternoon. We also enjoyed the restaurant recommendations. Great place. We will be back!

This place was perfect! It has an amazing view with a Jaccuzzi and fireplace to relax in the patio. Inside it is beautiful and makes you feel at home. I would definetly stay again.

We stayed in this beautiful house with our 2 kids (6yo and 1yo) and enjoyed and loved everything about it! Everything was clean and this house has all you need. We were only able to use the hottub one day because the rest of the days the wind wouldn't allow us to be outside on the deck but the day that we did use it it was so relaxing! Great communication with property managers. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a beautiful view that other homes in the area did not. We had access to a whirpool, two fireplaces, and a golfcart. It was close to the casinos and stores, but far enough away as well.

This was our 6th visit and it is amazing how it is consistently perfect every single time we visit. The pride that is taken in the home shows. I can't say enough good things about the house, surrounding area, and the owners. Best in the business!

Unfortunately we got sick and did not get to complete our stay. Owner was very responsive. Due to no back yard it made pet care a little difficult. Overall nice place and good owner.

We were disappointed that we were unable to use Rainmakers Fitness Center and Practice Range. Food at Club was good but very limited. Golf course was exceptional and in perfect shape. Views from condo are some of best in Alto.
