When we arrived to the condo, it was not cleaned. There were beds unmade and dirty towels all over the bathroom floors. There was food left in the refrigerator and trash still in the garbage cans. There was crumbs all over the kitchen counters and stove top. The carpets were not vacuumed. It was clear that housekeeping never came even though I got an email from Vacasa saying that our condo was ready for check In and was cleaned. That was not true! We called Vacasa immediately. We sent photos. We were told that housekeeping could not come till the next morning so we had to clean ourselves. It wasted so much of our time then just relaxing after a long ride in the condo.
The condo had updated bathrooms and it was great to have ski in/ski out. accommodations. The kitchen was updated as well. The fireplace was nice.

This is an ideal condo for 6 to 8 people. The location and accommodations are the best you can hope for. Upgraded kitchen and bath are a huge bonus.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again because the property mgmt company (Vacasa) is completely incompetent. Had we needed anything, we would have been screwed. The owners are getting ripped off.

This is a great condo. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful weekend. Note: make sure they provide both parking passes in the condo before you go. We only had 1 during our stay and it caused issues for us not being able to accommodate a second vehicle.

Steps from the slope in a beautiful, newly-renovated condo! This has everything we needed and was perfect for a group of adults.
There were only three small things: 1. If you plan to work from home here, the wifi was not working well during our stay. It only worked when you were on the couch, not at the table or in any of the bedrooms with desks. Not a problem for us since we weren’t WFH.
2. It was great to have 3 bathrooms, but you still had to shower one after the other with a few minutes in between. If two people were showering at the same time, the water got cold in both showers.
3. If you are staying longer than 1-2 days, be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. They gave a small starter pack but not nearly enough for the length of time I was staying.
Overall an amazing stay! Such a beautiful place and literal steps to the slope for prime skiing. The hot tub and sauna were also a nice perk - located about a 5 min walk from the condo, with sign up required ahead of time. Very easy and great after a day of skiing.
Would stay again!

Our group of 4 guys were quite comfortable in this unit. It was only a few steps from the unit to get to the trail that led to a lift. Very comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in 3 nights. You will only find the basics for spices, so bring your own if you want to cook with various spices. Nice fireplace and easy access to wood in the community wood hut steps away.

This condo was great. Very well appointed and newly updated. Everyone was very comfortable, beds were very nice. We played games and had a fire in the fireplace every night. Ski on ski off was perfect and the only way we were getting to the mountain during the two day storm that dropped 46"! Ye, almost 4 feet of new snow! The plowing out was a little slow and maintaining the walkways felt slow, but again, it was almost 4 feet of snow, so very difficult to keep up with. The combination locks with the keys was at times difficult to work. There were no instructions about the need for a code or reservations for the sports center where the pool and hot tub were. That caused confusion for many people staying here. I would absolutely stay in this condo again. Very convenient to town. It was so great!!!!! So many fun memories made here. We had a great time and skied everyday in the most amazing snow!!!

This was a truly easy ski in/ski out condo.
It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The hot tub in the sports center was a great way to relax after a day of skiing.

Best location in seasons. Shot walk down the sidewalk to a green trail down. Great for my young skiers. Condo very comfortable and the clubhouse amenities were great.

The shower was a little dirty, and it took a while for the heat to kick on, it was set to 60 degrees so it was very cold. Other than that, the place was very clean, updated bathrooms and kitchen, spacious and had Netflix etc…
Highly recommend as the little things can be easily fixed. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at this condo as it has a great location as you can ski to the lifts to start the day and right to the steps to end the day. Theres good amenities with the new health club. To our surprise, the unit this time was renovated since our last stay which made this condo even nicer than our first stay. Overall, plenty of room for everyone, very comfortable and a great location.

The clubhouse and pool amenities are amazing. The H23 unit is very spacious and nice with everything you need and great bathrooms, beds and living space. However it is also a little dated though and some upkeep will definitely help especially with the deck (that has not been cleaned in the summer I think). Also the fridge handle was broken and the dishes weren't clean when we entered the house. With a little care, this unit can become the most sought after property where I d definitely want to come back.
Thanks.

Amazing renovated unit in The Seasons complex of Mt. Snow. Great amenities including a great indoor pool and gym, only wish the hours were a little bit later. For a summer visit great parks and activities within 25 to 60 minutes away.
The unit is very spacious and updated, can't wait to retunr!

Great updates ski-in/ski-out condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Ski-in-Ski-out, and this condo is at street level with just a few steps to get out the front door. The condo was very clean, as nice in person as in the photos. Plenty of room to spread out for the 4 of us. The wifi was spotty in certain parts of the condo, but this worked out for us, as it gave us even more family time! Would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the location of this property. Easy to access the mountain. Sports Center was nice and clean and a great time to relax in the Hot Tub after a long day of skiing.
I would definitely stay here again!

Not great
When we first walked in the home we were greeted with a pungent smell of fish. We discovered it was coming from the fridge. I don’t think the fridge was cleaned for many months. So we started our vacation deep cleaning the fridge. There was a nasty opaque liquid puddled in the bottom of the fridge. The smell was so strong that we literally felt sick to our stomachs. The house was super dusty, the carpets were very dirty and stained. The kitchen stool was ripped and also stained. The master bedroom tub/jacuzzi had mold everywhere and up the curtains. We were told that we needed parking permit for our car and it should have been in the kitchen drawer. However, none were to be found. We searched everywhere. We called Vacasa and informed them of our situation with the missing car permits and about the awful smell, and also that there was a leak in the kitchen sink. We were told that a maintenance person should arrive within an hour or so. We waited a couple of hours and called again. They told us they were still trying to contact maintenance. Our whole trip went by ( 5 nights) and not one person ever came. We made our own little car permit with our info so our car wouldn’t be towed. Getting into the house was also a challenge because the door lock isn’t working properly and it’s really hard to unlock it. The dishwasher worked but it didn’t clean well. We used the dryer to dry our beach towels, but it ended up ruining them. On our last night there we ran out of hot water. The upside of the apartment was the location, the size, it was very airy with a great breeze, and the indoor and outdoor pools.

Several Maintenance Actions Needed
We enjoyed are stay but were disappointed in a number of maintenance issues including:
- no hot water for showers after 2 of our 6 family members took a shower
- dishwasher needs repair - nothing on top shelf gets cleaned
- 7 of the 8 light bulbs in the master bath were burnt out.
- curtains in one bedroom did not close
- headboards for both queen beds not attached properly and if beds not pulled away from walls then headboards bang against the wall when you get on the bed.
We call VRBO on the first of 5 days and was told an urgent work ticket would be submitted - but never heard from anyone and nothing was fixed.

Property is in great location, easy ski on/off is so nice! Listing is accurate in terms of description of space and rooms. 3 bathrooms and Kitchen are basic but adequate. Checkin was just using the lock box on the door. There is only 1 key to unit so we had to keep it locked in the box which was a little annoying. There was a problem with the heat in the room with the bunk beds our first night, and there wasn’t soap for the dishwasher... I called vacasa twice about it. Both times I spoke to someone decentralized in another state. No one ever called back to confirm our message. I eventually found 2 pods of dishwasher soap way under the kitchen sink, and we just used extra blankets on the kids beds. Bottom line- great location, good unit, mediocre management

Ski in out was a little flat but ok
Ski in out was better than driving. Condo was in fair shape but needs updates and minor repairs.
Nice beds, pillows, sheets and blankets.
Most things were clean. Great tv's and cable, dvd's. This condo has the chance to be a grade A unit in condition and supply with very little work.
Needs a new dryer, dish washer, oven, disposal and a few other minor repairs along with a few items added or replaced.
Dont get me wrong, this is a nice place to stay but the kitchen is not ready for a week of cooking and cleaning.

Broken Bed
One of the bunk beds is broken. Couldn't sleep on it, had to pull out the mattress and sleep on the floor. The lights in master bathroom didn't work.

Great stay for a Mount Snow ski vacation!
Excellent choice if you're staying at Mount Snow for a trip or an event. Clean, comfortable, and easy in/out. Make sure the Sundance Lodge is open and the associated lifts are running, otherwise, it's not a ski in/out property. Great place for friends or family.

Great ski in ski out location!
This condo was in a great location for ski in ski out. We had no problem getting in and off the mountain.
It does say that it sleeps 10 people but I think that may get a little crowded. It was perfect for 5 or 6 at the most. One of the bunk beds was broken on our arrival but luckily we only had 5 people so everyone got their own bed. It was very convenient that it had 3 full bathrooms and the sports area was a short drive away. We had a blast for the two nights we were there! As long as you don’t have more than 6 people then this is the place for you. Very affordable and perfect location!!!

three stars
pictures are slightly deceiving, not as spacious as looks, stove and oven were nasty and really dirty,i called and they came and cleaned it the next day,one of us got onto the bunkbed and fell straight through!!!!-not kidding!!! they said someone gonna fix it and noone did.one of the kitchen chairs were broken as well, otherwise was ok also this is not a full house its one floor among other apts.

Charming, clean and convenient
We stayed in the summer. The apartment was easy to find with GPS. It was clean, orderly and well stocked with towels, blankets, pots, pans and utensils. The pictures are accurate. The landscaping outside is charming and well maintained.

Disappointing
Taking a winter vacation is not something that is easy for our family to afford. While the pictures of this condo looked great and the location was perfect, the condo was dirty. The window blinds broken, windows we were unable to open, mold on the master bath tiles and a closet full of carpet we couldn’t use. We couldn’t be more disappointed.
