This fully equipped, spacious 5 BR first floor unit is situated directly on the bay, with just a short 3 block walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and newly renovated movie theater.
This renovated, well maintained 5 bedroom 1700 sq foot first floor unit, offers flexible living/sleeping arrangements for you, your friends and family.
No need to pack sheets, towels or even beach chairs, everything is provided for you, including beach towels, and boogie boards. After the beach take advantage of the kayaks, swim off of the floating dock, or take a bike ride to grab bite to eat.
Outdoor actives, kayaking, bicycling tikished are available between May 15th and October 1st weather permitting.
Catch dinner in the crab traps or grill on one of the 2 propane grills provided while relaxing on your deck from this 1st floor unit, ,overlooking the bay, or in the tiki bar located in the spacious side yard.
Bring your boat or PWC, Boat/wave runner slips available. Short walk to the beach restaurants and convenience stores.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants in ventnor. Barbara, the host was very responsive to any of our needs. The house is well supplied with beach badges, beach chairs & boogie boards. There is a lovely barbecue area with a barbecue and table and chairs. Lots of bayfront access for kayaking, crabbing and swimming. Great for a family vacation! 2 parking passes along with one driveway spot… a real plus for this very busy family area of Ventnor.

The bedrooms definitely needed sunshades, not fun, waking up in the morning to sun in your eyes. Also found about five tacks on bedroom floor. Not thrilled with the noise on the upper level but I guess there’s not too much you can do about that. Also absolutely no place to hang towels in second bathroom. The outside spaces were wonderful. We found the apartment very clean. Had to go out and buy a roll of toilet paper

Great place for family gathering, plenty of room for everyone, clean, right on a inner river marsh system, beach is 3-4 blocks away. Paddleboard, kayaks and bicycles was avail for use and the kids love it.

Barb the owner was nice enough. Listing stated ac units in house. First week of June and they were not installed; didn’t realize until my guests started complaining about how hot unit was…First night was miserable due to no AC…next day chilly and overcast so didn’t need units. We felt owner should have been out next day to install but didn’t. Internet was on fritz which meant TVs we’re not working. Lack of communication on the AC front made we not reach out about that as well. (After i did mention on Sunday Barb said she could have reset). Some sort of demo work was done next door that is slightly brings the ambiance down but not a huge deal…She mentions that after you book vaguely. Overall a nice location and Barb was a nice person. Maybe next time these issues will be resolved. I’d recommend but have these discussions ahead of time.

Place was nice. Had some construction going on but nothing that interfered with our stay.
The location was great and between the dock on the bay, and the side yard with a nice sized tiki hut, we had plenty to keep us occupied at night.

Perfect shore vacation
We rented this house for a long weekend. The inside and outside of the house is extremely clean and well kept. Barbara is a great host who really keeps her guests in mind at all times. Anything you could possibly need for your stay is there for you. A fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of beach and bath towels. My teenagers never once said they were bored. The kayaks, bikes, boogie boards, fishing poles and crab traps were put to good use this weekend. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a waterfront getaway. It is close to the beach, walking distance to eateries and stores, a quiet neighborhood. We hope to book again next year!

Lovely
Owner stopped in a couple times unannounced. The kayaks were fun. Parking spot in driveway and street was opened too. Furniture is old, but you could see that from the pictures. One bed ended up rusting and leaving marks on my friends clothes. Kitchen is being re done beautifully, a nice open concept.

An absolutely perfect house on the bay
Barbara’s house is the best beach house I have ever rented. It was impeccably clean, which was very important to me during these times. The location can’t be beat. Swimming and kayaking in the bay is a luxury I never knew existed as I always rented closer to the ocean. Here, you have the opportunity to do it all. The sunsets are amazing. We were with my 22 yo son and his gf and they had the best time. Barbara is a phenomenal host and the fact that kayaks, crab traps and a great set up outside are all provided makes this house top notch. Very friendly and easy access neighborhood. I am already checking to see when we can return. A real gem.

Great Location and Water Toys
We really enjoyed the ease of access being on the bay and only a few blocks from the beach. There is a nice dock and kayaks for use which the kids really enjoyed. The neighbors are all lovely and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us.

A Great Vacation Place
We had a wonderful time. Being on the water was so relaxing and we all enjoyed the fishing, crabbing and kayaking. Not having to bring bed linens and towels was a big plus. I would definitely rent this place again!

I booked this property for a friend’s bachelor party weekend. Great Rental
Our group had a great time at this rental. We had 12 people and everyone slept and hung out comfortably. It was a short walk to the beach, which was the main reason we chose this place. The neighborhood is safe also, and Wawa is in walking distance.

House was great! Perfect for a friends get together on a budget. Having the deck and the side tiki yard was fantastic to enjoy the view of the bay and the walk to the beach was quick and easy.
Only downside was the upstairs renters who were certainly after a better time than us- late nights, wreckless with their surroundings, etc. HOWEVER, that has nothing to do with the rental and we appreciate Barbara’s quick responses and willingness to accommodate any questions/requests quickly. Thanks Barbara!!

Wonderful property
Our extended family had a great time at Barbara's place. Lots of space and great location on the bay but still easily walkable to beach. The best adddd bonus was all the equipment available, from kayaks and bikes to beach chairs and boogie boards. Really made the trip complete. Thank you for making this time so nice.

Weekend getaway with the boys
Barbara was very accommodating, the house was in a good neighborhood and has very nice features that kept all of us entertained. The house is spread out nicely so the eleven of us didn't feel crowded. Everywhere we went was in close proximity that made our weekend simple. Can't wait for another excuse to visit AC and stay at the house again.

Great location!
We had a group of 12 go down for a guys weekend and we had a great time. The house was very clean and spacious with a great view of the bay. Easy access to AC if you want to head into the city, and walking distance to the beach. Barbara was great host and just let us do our thing, the only issue we had was the cable was down but this fix was easy as the upstairs unit has to have a cord plugged in turn cable back on. I just called Barb and she came to fix the issue. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone interested.

Wonderful host, simple property, just what we were looking for.
Barbara is the perfect host, available when needed, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The house worked well for us and there was conversation about returning to the same property. This was a large family extended weekend getaway and we had a great time.

Barbara was extremely accommodating and timely with every step of the process. We had a large bachelor party with plans to hit the beach all day and gamble all night. The close proximity to the beach and boardwalk made all this possible. There was an abundance of beach towels, beach tags, kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas pretty much anything you need with easy accessibility and locks to bringing with you. He house was just like home with clean linen, washer and dryer plus enough beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cooking wear as well and dishes to have a nice dinner. Going into it I specter my crew to get a little rowdy which we did but Barbara just let us have our fun and at the end when it came to cleaning fees she was very forgiving.
Overall the house was perfect for my group and working with Barbara before, during and after the process was truly and exceptional experience.
I would recommend this property or any others Barbara might own to anyone!

We had a wonderful time in A.C.. The owner is very nice and helpful. She is close by and was able to answer all of my questions. I was so happy to find such a large home. I know it says 1700 sq ft but in my option it felt a lot larger. We had 9 adults stay at the house and it never felt crowned. Having a washer and dryer is such a plus no large suitcase needed. There is a blender for pina colada's and a blender for milkshakes. She had champagne, martini, and wine glasses. Our bed was comfortable and we never ran out of hot water. Yes, their are window units which in my option is an advantage over central air. This makes it possible for everyone to be able to sleep at night at their own desire temperatures.

We were in Ventnor for my mom's 80th birthday/family reunion. The property was perfect, especially the outside spaces. Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to come back in the future.

My family and I spent 10 days here. It was wonderful. Barbara is a wonderful host. She is available all the time, stops by to see if you need anything. We had our 14 month daughter here with us and she was completely safe. We were in the bottom unit where everything is fenced off. The common area is nice too. We hardly spent time there other then to get life jackets and kayaks, etc. Barbara has ensured you have everything here to feel right at home while still on vacation. I love this place. My family and I will be coming back here for sure!!

Great location, the view out the back is fantastic and the street is very quiet. We were at a convention and it was very convenient to either drive or cab or bus to the show or anywhere we were headed. The owner is friendly and extremely responsive. The place is clean and everything worked. I have an employee who always complains no matter where we stay and he raved about the place. We'll be staying there again.
