In the heart of Georgia Wine Country and perfectly located to enjoy wineries, Dahlonegea, Helen, and all the festivals. Bring your fishing pole, rafts & canoes. You can walk down to the river and enjoy the beauty. Put in at the bridge and float to the house about a mile float trip.

3 bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 with the use of a sleeper sofa, more can be accommodated with the use of a queen Aero bed and 2 Frontgate singles. All bedrooms have their private bath for complete privacy. Our home is newly furnished & all beds are brand new. The Master bedroom is newly remodeled. There are two fireplaces, one on the main level & one downstairs. Personal screened-in deck off the master to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, the sound, and the view of the river. The master bedroom is on the main level & the other two bedrooms and game room are downstairs. Downstairs game area with 55' T.V. pool table, Google Chrome-cast, DVD & movies to enjoy. Or just go out onto yet another amazing deck and enjoy the river. Take a walk to one of two levels as you walk down to the river, stop sit and just enjoy!
The main level has a screened-in porch to enjoy the river while you grill out right next to the kitchen. You will love the kitchen with an island & great seating. Windows throughout have a fantastic view of the river or open the doors off the living room and enjoy the river. Decks are everywhere, and you can not get enough of the pure beauty!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. It was a very spacious home that provided a great place to relax with family. To our surprise this cabin was fully stocked with everything we forgot to bring during our stay. The owner was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. This cabin was the most beautifully decorated and equipped home I have ever rented. From the complimentary bottle of wine to the luxurious bedding and amenities. It is THE perfect place for family or friends to get away. Anywhere you looked there was perfection in every detail. We could not have been more pleased. The towns close by offered numerous things to keep you busy or you could just hang out in front of the fireplace and enjoy the nature that surrounded you. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this really clean, cozy, comfortable and spacious home. The riverside/outdoor decks and hot tub were great for enjoying the outdoors. Indoors, the beds were comfortable, kitchen and baths were very well stocked, grill is clean and functional, fireplace was easy to use and stocked with firewood, pool table was fun, and all those Christmas decorations (a tree in every bedroom!) created a wonderful festive holiday feel. The road is a bit bumpy but wasn’t a problem (even with two days of rain). There’s lots of room for families to enjoy both inside and out. We would love to stay there again!

This cabin just screamed home. I plan on booking again, at least twice a year. It was the little touches like having everything to make s’mores in the pantry. That is thoughtful. The cottage had a lived in feel to it which made it feel safe. I will definitely be back.

I planned a girls trip in the Georgia wine country and booked this amazing home! The home is beautifully kept, very well stocked, and in the perfect private location. The inside is huge, yet cozy at the same time. The decks… oh my goodness just stunning…they stretch from the top of the home all the way down to the river! You can hear the water from any window. Valeri is super attentive and welcoming. Bottom line- this property and owner deserves more than 5 stars!

Great stay. I've never had a vrbo so well stocked. There wasn’t anything they didn't have available for us. The river was pretty and the kids loved the pool table. One word of caution one spot on the driveway is a steep steep incline. We had four-wheel drive but I'm not sure a car would make it.

This amazing home with a peaceful river view couldn’t be any more perfect than what we were looking for. When I say it comes with everything, I really mean it. The owners are very nice and did not skimp on a thing! Large kitchen with all the equipment, fire pit, bar b q, hot tub, pool table, outdoor dining and plenty of cozy outdoor nooks. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and stocked with towels and essentials. Washer dryer and new kitchen appliances all very nice . Wifi and cell phone a little bit of an issue( but an issue everywhere on the mountain ) so if you plan to work or take an online test, we found a library 15 min away to resolve those issues. The area is great with lots of wineries, antique shops, and a cute German village in Helen. We even did the tubing on the river. So much fun! We didn’t want to leave! If you want a perfect family vacation, this is the place! Can’t wait to return next year!

This house is exactly as described and is very comfortable for large families. The secluded location makes you feel away from it all and all the outdoor living space is a treat to enjoy. Everywhere there are decks with chairs / tables and amazing views of the river.
Lovely home and would stay here again when we visit the area. Easy beautiful drive to Dahlonega, Cleveland, Helen and the surrounding state parks.
The water does smell of sulpher but a couple jugs of water for coffee and cooking solves the issue.

Extremely well stocked and spacious kitchen. I was feeding my in laws and my family of 6 for 9 days that included Thanksgiving. I’m all about cooking, so I had brought steamer pots, large pans, ample serving utensils, foil, ziplocks, k-cups, spices & cooking tools to ensure I could mass make everything the way I preferred…I didn’t need to get out any of my tools. I’d check their cupboards before ordering low use items. I think every guest that baked there bought cinnamon. I got the impression that the hosts are people who take care and will continually refine their processes and provisions. River sounds were delightful at every level. Back porch is lovely to work and paint by number and read and do yoga and visit and do nothing on. Hot tub was clean and nice and has mad jet stations. Couches are comfy. Eating on the screened in porch was a bit chilly, but they’ve put an outdoor heater out there that helped a lot. A second heater would be perfect, but not totally necessary. They decorated for Christmas and there were several nicely lit Christmas trees that we enjoyed. Wifi had its moments, but worked most of the time. They communicated quickly through the process. Great bedding extra bedding and blanket options. We’ll stocked showers and paper products. So many good things at this house. I think the house is lovely and I wanted to give it 5 stars, but I’m a very technical reviewer and 2 things need addressed. The water pressure in the master bathroom and bathroom directly below it is greatly lacking. Everyone showered in the bathroom in the room off of the garage and that was fine because it was mostly our kids. If other adults were in all rooms, they wouldn’t have operated well. #2 is the queen mattress in the room off the garage. It’s a very soft memory foam and my husband and I were sucked into the middle. For 1 person laying on their back or kids, it’d probably be good. We moved to the master bed for the last 2 nights and it was a glorious difference. I do get the idea that hosts are always improving and the remoteness and elevation of the property likely cause some challenges with plumbing. We also adjusted to the hard water smell and I think it got better as we used the water, but if a softener helps that, getting one would be fantastic. If you’re concerned about my downsides, do check to see if they’ve been remedied. They’ll be responsive.

Overall very nice home. Probably the best equiped/stocked home we stayed in. Very nice quiet location, proximity to river. Master Bedroom bed was very comfortable. Biggest negative for me is the strong sulfur smell from the hard water. Recommend an RO water system.

Incredibly Stocked
Had everything we needed and possibly forgot! Plates,utensils,paper products,shampoo,conditioner and even face wipes and wash! The steps took a couple days to get use to and the driveway going to the house is very rough our minivan almost couldn’t get up a couple times after it rained but it was well worth it once you get to the house. We will definitely be staying again

House was better than we were expecting. Rooms were very nice. Not one but two family rooms, three outside decks and a hot tub. Oh, and let's not forget how well stocked the house was, we were not expecting to have coffee and all the paper products you would ever need. Definately a 5 star rating!!!!!

Amazing vacation
The house was great and comfortable. All the outdoor porches where great. We had a great time tubing down the creek behind the house. The views of the water where great. At night you could hear the water going by. The sounds of all the animals created a nighttime concert I won't soon forget. Don't miss staying here.

Wonderful vacation home!
Our family had such a great time at your beautiful cabin. The pictures don’t do it justice! We had everything we needed and then some. We didn’t end up using the tubes in the garage but they were really nice. Only used the hot tub once but it was HUGE and beautifully clean! Loved sitting out on the back porch and listening to the river. The 120 steps are CRAZY but it was worth it to get to the water :-) Ingles is only about 10 minutes away and Helen about 15. Close to lots of things to do! You truly have a piece of paradise in your property and home. I simply didn’t want to leave. We will definitely return!

This house is perfect and better than the pictures! Sitting on the porch and listening to the river is the best. The house had plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. They supplied plenty of coffee. Everything we wanted to see and do was within 20-30 minutes. We would love to come back.

Fall Getaway
This place is AMAZING! We had 4 adults and 5 kids (4-7). To start, the communication with the owner's was above and beyond! Valeri answered all our question and Hugh did great when we had a small issue with the stove. Next, the house is great! It is super cozy with the oversized furniture. Our kids loved the river and the pool table. We had a board game night, too! The outdoor area was so serene and comfortable! Truly, the owners have paid very close attention to detail. The house is completely stocked, but not messy. And, it was impeccably clean! It is such a unique find - the gravel road was even maintained while we stayed. We hit up the little pond and caught a bluegill. We ventured into Helen - we did the Ga Mountain Coaster and Alpine Helen. Then, we did some gem mining (so fun for kids) and ended our trip with some apple picking in Ellijay! My only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough. Totally my fault - that I won't make next time! Thanks again for the sharing this place with us!

Slice of Heaven
This cabin was way more than expected. It was well stocked and had plenty of room for our party of 10. . There were many surprises around every corner with the multiple porches, well stocked kitchen/bathroomitems, private location, etc. Local area had plenty of options for grocery shopping. It was just a short trip to some interesting places to hike and tube the river. I would recommend this place for a family get together.

Everything about this home is First Class! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars! They have thought of everything and anything you might need to make your stay perfect. From the super comfy beds to the whisk I needed to make quiche, it was all there! The location was heavenly with sounds of the river soothing the soul! As this was a rest and relaxation trip, we enjoyed the outdoor decks and most definitely the hot tub! The gravel road was a little treacherous, but well worth it! Highly recommend it!!

Just kidding, I have SO MUCH TO SAY!! The pictures do nothing to really tell the story of just how gorgeous and updated this property is. The minute you walk through the door not only will you drop your luggage but you'll drop your jaw as well. You will immediately be drawn to the porch where you will look down to the most beautiful river view and open that porch door to walk out to the sounds of the shallow and very fun to play in water rushing over the beautiful rocks and stay there for a bit not believing how the pictures really didn't do it justice.
Then you'll walk into the kitchen and see the state of the art refrigerator, the pantry that is stocked for armageddon that is all for YOU and your guests and you will think "wow, I didn't need to pack that, or that, or that either!" Same thing in the gorgeous bedrooms... fully stocked with everything! You don't need to bring blow dryers, there are several, or shampoo, body wash, beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, air fresheners, or paper towels or toilet paper because everything you need is there. It was bliss.
We played on the river and tubed to the waterfall and walked back to the house and couldn't get enough of the views.
We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay there again!

Great for groups
We rented this cabin for 3 couples + a few friends. It gave everyone their own space and still had nice areas to congregate and socialize. The extended driveway was a bit difficult/intimidating, but we managed. The kitchen/pantry was well stocked, they had tubes already blown-up for us, there were tons of recommendations for wineries and restaurants in the house - overall a great experience.
