About this apartment rental
Location, location, location. Lakeside Club is a popular spot with its great location in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Yet you won't want to leave as you will be able to step out onto the beach from this spacious condo for eight. Relax on the new couch. Cook dinner with your family as this completely renovated kitchen is loaded with everything you need. Sleep comfortably, the king bed is newly added pillow top mattress, summer of 2020. Enjoy your space with three bedrooms with three full bathrooms and an entertainment loft, there is room for the whole family. Watch the game on the new flat screen tv. This is your home away from home. Relax, you deserve it.

My husband and I stayed here on a short vacation and it was fantastic. We had everything we needed. The location was great. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The condo was extremely clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Lakeside several times over the past few years. Love the location, quiet area with lovely grounds. Unit was a great location, was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one grandchild. Great view, right on Round Lake.

The condo was clean and had a lovely view of Round Lake. The couch in the living room was so comfy and was a favorite spot for hanging out and napping. The house provided plenty of space for our group of eight to eat, sleep, and relax. Jessica responded quickly to our questions.

It was our first time staying in this particular unit, but second time staying in at the Lakeside Condos. The location is great for us. Ten minutes door to door to both Highlands and Nubs Knob. Toski Sands market is a couple minute walk from the condo and they have pretty much everthing you need. There is also a great bakery a couple doors down from the market. It was great to ski all day, and then come back to the condo and head to the indoor pool and hot tub. My wife and I traveled with our 2 children (2 and 8) and my mother. The condo had plenty of space for us and we will most definitely be back next year.

We really enjoyed the condo! The kitchen is updated and very well equipped. We used the hot tub and pool in the club house after skiing. The pool is long enough for lap swimming. It is 10 minutes drive to Nubs Nob and The Highlands ski areas and close to lots of restaurants. We would stay here again.

My family of five loved our stay at Jessica’s condo. The beds were comfy, the sectional sofa was a great hang out space, the lake view was beautiful, even in winter. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. The place was very clean, and three full bathrooms made everyone happy! The vintage 80’s vibe is awesome, as is the proximity to the Highlands and Nubs Nob. We took Jessica’s advice and ate at Pond Hill Farm. We loved it! Jessica was very communicative and easy to work with. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The condo was perfect for us--the view was incredible - the location was perfect---really no complaints! Our host responded quickly whenever we contacted her. Wish we could have stayed longer:) We intend to come back, hopefully for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeside condo. There were three generations of family members there and it was a great week together. There was plenty of space for all of us and the extra large dining table was great for gathering and for playing games!
The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed the sunrise over Round Lake every morning. The condo was centrally located to do things in Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw, and even the UP.
We hope to stay there again in the future!

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach which is on a lake right outside our front door. The kitchen is well appointed. Communication with Jessica was perfect! The pool and hot tub were clean and great. Nice place.

This place was the perfect getaway for my friends and I. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the view and beach area right out the back sliding door. Beautiful scenery! We even saw a duck with babies swimming…so cute :) close grocery store, shopping and restaurants. It was a very relaxing and very enjoyable trip.

There was 6 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed our time especially watching the mama duck with babies out in the lake sun bathing on a paddle board. Lakeside is very quiet. Very reasonable drive time to the ferries to Mackinac Island. We also made the drive to pictured rocks. Although a very long drive, it was well worth it.
Jessica was very responsive in communication and the check in and out process was seamless. Would very much recommend!

You will love this lakefront condo. Everything you need is supplied for you to have a wonderful stay. Jessica is very helpful with questions, we would have missed Mackinac Island without her advice and insight. Enjoy peaceful morning coffee on the deck and a beautiful sunrise. We will definitely come back.

This property was a great fit for our family. The upstairs living space was a great asset. The kids could play a game or read a book. The property was very nice and clean. The regular size washer and dryer was a nice plus as well. My husband enjoyed kayaking in the lake. The kids loved the pool and tennis courts. It was a lovely area to vacation.

Perfect week at the lake!
I can’t recommend this property highly enough! It is probably the most well-appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, steps from the lake, gorgeous views, and easy access to shopping and local attractions. Jessica was wondering and responsive! One of our best family vacations ever. We’ll be back!

Great location
We had a wonderful time. This property is on a lake, there is a pool and the state park on lake Michigan is a 2 min drive our kids had a blast! Petoskey is very close and we did a day trip to mackinaw island, 40 min away.

Perfect location
The condo was steps away from the beach which made it the perfect place for relaxation and fun! Our kids loved swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the very clear water. The condo was spacious and clean. Perfect place for three generations of family. The pool and tennis courts weee also a great way to have fun. So many restaurants and things to do nearby. We would love to visit again soon! Such a relaxing vacation! Thank you!

Frozen lake adventure long weekend!
We had the most relaxing time up north! Went to the state park across the street, snowboarded at The Highlands-cooked dinner and read book by the fire in the evening. Coffee by the lake in the am was a highlight! Great host! Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

This condo would also be great if you have small children because of the beach is right in your backyard and the water is shallow for little ones and keeping an eye on them. We enjoyed the location of the condo, close to everything.

In between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and across the street from Petoskey State Park. It was very nice to be right on Round Lake, great to sit outside in the evening and unwind. Jessica responded quickly to any inquiries, etc. Overall a great experience.

The condo was roomy, view was beautiful, right on Round Lake. Super convenient location! Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and we did not know this, but overall, a great place!

Great stay
We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises on the water and swimming in Round Lake. It was a great location for going into Petoskey and Harbor Springs and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The kitchen was nicely updated although the bathrooms were dated. Also, it could use some new pillows but overall was a wonderful trip.

Been staying in Petoskey for decades. Thrilled to have found this condo! Same convenient access but feels like you’re in a different world having round Lake in your backyard. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location with deck on Round Lake
Nice location half way between Petoskey and Harbor Springs on a lovely mid size lake. Sandy bottom perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. Three roomy bedrooms and baths plus well equipped kitchen. Large TV in the living room with excellent cable choices plus an upstairs den for those preferring to read in the evening. Large wood deck we used day and night. Great internet and wi-fi that ran multiple devices seamlessly. Short walk to an excellent store with fresh food and great beverage choices. Could not ask for more on a July week in Northern Michigan

Great space, quiet neighborhood!
Great spot to get away for family, (which I did) or for any occasion. Space is great and right next to the water front on Round Lake. Very kind neighbors and overall good location to many spots. Highly recommend this spot. Jessica is an amazing host, had everything we needed, responded quickly and was very nice. Truly a gem.

Wonderful Condo - Beautiful Lake
This condo is lived in and could use some TLC, that is one of the things we liked about this place, it felt homey.
The lake was beautiful, we enjoyed it every day of our trip.
There was more than enough room for the 4 of us to be comfortable.
We cooked multiple meals, the kitchen was spacious.
Only con was there were no chairs in the beach, we did bring our own camping chairs so we used those and just put them in the lake.
This is a very quiet place, if your looking for a place to get more rambunctious and loud this isn’t it.
Met a few neighbors, all older than us, all were kind and reassured us we were not being too loud.
Would stay again! Loved it!

Most perfect getaway!
We had the best time in this spacious condo. Not only is it centrally located to downtown Petoskey (5 minute car ride), Harbor Springs and Lake Charlevoix, but has so many amenities right in this condo. A private beach, an indoor pool and tennis courts! Just loved this place and was plenty of room for our kids and 2 adults. You could fit another couple as their is an upstairs loft area that is so accommodating for another family. Will be back!!!
