Disappointing for the value paid

The room has carpeting which was completely spotted and stained. The carpet all over the hallways is the same and to cover up smell, a freshener is used which makes the place smell awful. The smell is only covered up and doesn't do anything. The bathroom could use attention. The toilet handle was rusty and gross. The tub was discolored. Quite a disappointing experience and will not be returning.

Petoskey is my hometown. It was an amazing stay to be there again. But I don’t know if I would stay here again.

Beautiful grounds. Really friendly staff except for two people.

Offered free limo service within city limits. NOT TRUE! We asked to go to Scoops. An ice cream place on Kalamazoo st. 1.4 miles from the hotel. Male desk help said no that it was out of the city. Seriously, get to know the city! You offered to take us to Kilwins which was further away. Also the Lady with the half purple half blonde hair at the front desk was rude when I had asked about sour room. I had never stayed there, but please remember, first impressions stick!

The place is in a good location, it’s comfortable and nice but nothing spectacular.

The place was in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Staff was friendly especially cleaning lady. Room was cleaned daily had they had free water.

Breakfast was just ok, not much choice. Hall carpets looked dirty and dingy. Toilet was real small.

Fabulous Place

We stayed in a 3 queen bed suite and it was perfect for all of us. The patios were nice and we had great views of Lake Michigan. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

In general a great stay. I would definitely recommend it to everybody who wants to visit the area

Fabolous location with a great view. The rooms very big with a cosy little terrace. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I could ear loudly the steps of the people upstairs. Also I could not switch off the light in the terrace, so I had all night long lights coming in the room.

Nice place ro stay, but breakfast sucks!

We really liked the hotel, it was clean and comfortable.

The site says breakfast is until 10:30 am, but it actually ends at 10 am. The breakfast is totally not worth the extra money! It sucked.

Very good

Excellent location. The breakfast had enough choices and the limo service was great to get us downtown and to the Casino and back.The lake view from the room was very nice.

Very enjoyable

The service and staff were excellent. A great example was Kelly who was so helpful in taking the time to find a flatter pillow for me! All of the staff were very friendly, the place was very clean and the breakfast had lots of choices and was presented very well. Also liked being able to look out over Little Traverse Bay. The water pressure in the shower was also very good and the pool and hot tub were as clean as the rest of the hotel.

Nothing the staff could do, but if the light could be turned off on the balcony from the room. I like it very dark and the light shined in from behind the curtains. I propped the iron board up against it which helped put the curtain back closer to the wall. Overall, the hotel staff is going the most with the building; it is starting to show some age in lots of places but was still very comfortable for me and I would highly recommend it.

Perfect hotel but only if you are not going to sleep there

The holes is really nice. Big rooms, each room has a balcony. Everything is clean. Good breakfast. Good location, lots of parking spots.

Matress and pillows are just terrible. I could not sleep. If feels like you are always in halfmoon pose. Pillows are thick and doesn't really go down when you put your head on it. My husband felt the same. I know that pillows in all hotels are not really good an d just can't satisfy everyone. But these were the worst ever.

overall it was a great experience and I definitely would recommend to others and stay again!!

it’s close to about everything, there is a limo available to the casino and downtown if needed which was a awesome perk and the room and staff were great!

I would say it definitely needs some updates like the pool area and the rooms would be my only complaint.

Best Western need to stick some money in this place,very outdated,stayed at Best Western in Wayland,Mi and that place was beautiful
