Clean hygienic & spacious rooms. Homely food. Extremely friendly staff with great service. The property manager Selva also doubled up as a guide & took us to a very scenic viewpoint & helped us click some very instaworthy pics. Great place to de-stress & leave the hustle of daily life behind
The property was quite difficult to approach being in the middle of a tea estate & required driving down some very narrow winding roads with the last stretch being an off road experience. The mobile coverage is practically non existent so don't try & combine work with your vacation. Rooms also didn't have any telephone to contact the staff for any requirements. Food was homely but the variety is limited & may not be to everyone's liking. Don't expect a typical resort spread & you will be fine

Visited the property in December for a 4 day stay and we were mesmerized by the beauty of the location and the hospitality of the staff maintaining the property. The rooms are well maintained and have an exquisite and unobstructed view of the mountains. The chef Selvan and the staff took care of any special requests we had and offer guidance to plan nearby trips as well. A must visit place if you are near coonoor to experience nature at its best.

The resort is located amidst tea garden and the view is just breathtaking. Although a bit far from the city this place is perfect place to rejuvenate yourself.
The food prepared by Mr.Selva is great especially mutton biryani and pepper chicken and all the staffs including Govind and Arjun are always there for your assistance. We celebrated our 1st anniversary here and everyone put in a lot of effort to make it special.

Location is excellent. Staff are super friendly and went out of the way to cater to our needs. Special mention must be made of M/s Rajasekhar, Theo Fernandes, Raja and Govinda.

Disliked · We were given a different cottage than what was booked and paid for. Which was a smaller cottage with two bedrooms only with an extra loft bed, which we didn't like but had no choice.
I booked specifically 3 bedroom cottage as we were three friends. Without any notice or explanation, the cottage which was originally booked was changed and given to somebody else.
We were charged an exorbitant amount for the smaller cottage - INR 60000/ instead of the amount of INR 35000/ mentioned and confirmed in our booking.
No invoice with all details was issued, just some sms was sent to my phone (difficult to read).
This is not professional and unacceptable. I want Booking.com to provide me a specific detailed response / explanation on this.
Food was average and very basic.

Exceptional location, wonderful view tea estates, strawberry farm, visibility of lots of baisons, amazing caretakers especially Mr. Selva was so helpful and he take us on a drive to the forest and view points.... would definitely love to travel again.
They should give an eye on cleanliness and it would be better they put some locks on the doors as we go out there is no means we can lock the main door of the chalet.

Mesmerising is the word. Located in the midst of lush green tree plantations this property offers you an enchanting experience. Clean rooms, courteous staff, good food and the climate adds to its charm. Loved it

The staff hospitality and location. Both were good. Gautham, the manager was very friendly and was always ready to serve us. Selvam the head chef was extremely helpful and made us some tasty food, he was also our guide to some offbeat places nearby. The food was very homely and talk to him to get some exotic dishes made for you.
The place is quite hard to reach. One, because Google maps does not guide you to the correct location and two, the roads are very rough, if you have sedan or low ground clearance car, your car will get some beatings. I was advised to come up to a point by following Google maps. From then, I had to take route instructions over phone. Since network was poor, phone calls were patchy and many times I could not hear what he was saying and he could not hear mine. There are no direction boards as well. After a lot of struggle, we managed to reach the place. Its better if someone can come to pickup to a point and help visitors reach location smoothly.

Network issue.. and connectivity might be a problem. But its worth the travel to such an unexplored place.. filled with beauty..

Food was impeccable
Very supportive staff
Indoor games
Excellent view for profound relaxation
Roads are very bad and very risky during evening and not at all recommended during night.
Dogs are not friendly and suggest to keep away from them always, we had very bad experience.
We felt less protective outside the premises, due to bisons.
Your experience will be limited within the premises only, you won’t be able plan for in between travel to nearby places due to risky roads.

Situated in amazing location with beautiful view
Connectivity to the resort is not easy, bad roads + too interior.
There should be more activities so to enjoy 2day stay.
