About this villa rental

Our condominium is located within Hilton Head Beach Club at 11 Tanglewood Drive, Unit #38. Our newly decorated/updated condominium sleeps eight people, three bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room, and two private courtyards. The first floor bathroom was remodeled in November 2020 and features a ceramic tile shower stall with both a regular and rainfall shower head. Our condominium is located in an area that is very attractive for senior citizens, young couples, and families alike. The condominium is only a short five-minute walk to the beautiful beach of Hilton Head Island as well as a short five-minute walk to Coligny Plaza where you can enjoy many fine dining options, a wide variety of shops, and live entertainment, and if ice cream is your weakness, there are two great places to satisfy your cravings. The newly opened Celebration Park is located within a three minute walk from our condominium where children and adults alike can enjoy numerous activities. And at the end of the day, you can also enjoy a quiet private evening in our spacious rear courtyard grilling one of your many favorite meals. After spending the day at the beach, you can lounge around the swimming pool which is located only 100 feet from the rear courtyard gate. For your convenience, a grocery is located in Coligny Plaza (about a 5 minute walk) and a liquor store is located in Circle Center Shopping Center, only a three minute walk from our condominium. Come visit us on your next vacation on Hilton Head Island; you will not be disappointed with the accommodations and location.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo during the week of July 4th. The location was fantastic and very accommodating to all our needs. We've been to Hilton Head before so we knew what to expect. Having a pool within the condo property was great, we enjoyed it every day. The walk to the beach was reasonable and we'd definitely stay there again. Our neighbors next door were especially nice which makes one feel welcome.

Came to HH as a child, decided to bring my family. It did not disappoint! The condo worked out perfectly. It was nicely decorated and a perfect location. We parked the vehicle and never drove again until we left. All was easily walkable.

Clean property within walking distance to Coligny Beach. A 10-15 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Overall clean and ample room.for our family of 4. Bathrooms were smaller than what we expected and wish the couch was a bit more comfrtabkw juat to sit and watch TV. This wouldn't keep us from staying again though. Communication from Gary wss very thorough and check-in was a breeze.

This property was extremely clean and well kept. It was convenient to the beach and shops in Coligny. Just a few minutes walk from both. Owner supplies chairs, a wagon etc. for use. Owner was very kind and attentive to our needs. A++++

Great location, perfect for shopping, restaurants and the park. About a 5 min walk to the beach - a wagon is a must if you have small kids. The pool was right outside the back patio. The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend!

We (2 couples) came to Hilton Head for a family wedding and stayed at this great condo Mother's Day weekend 2023. It is in a great little community, within a 10 minute walk to Coligy Shopping center and the beach. The patio is great for enjoying a meal. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would definately recommend it to anyone who enjoys vacationing while having the creature comforts of home.

We stayed here with our elderly parents and 2 young children and are so glad we did! The condo is comfortable and felt like home. It was perfect for our group of 6. The location was perfect too! The kids loved the playground and the short walk to the beach was a breeze! I highly recommend renting here and should we make our way back to Hilton Head again, we will definitely look no further than this property! The host was also a dream to work with! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was a vacation for the books!

Condo was very nice and spacious with a lot of outdoor seating. Close proximity to the beach and great restaurants. There was difficulty with check in but property owner was easy to get in touch with and most helpful. Theres also a property manager close by if needed who is super nice.

The rental was perfect for our family. Our granddaughters loved the mermaid decor upstairs. Great location to walk to the beach and playground. Would love to visit when the weather is warmer for using the pool and patio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach, bike trails, restaurants and shopping. The condo had everything we needed. It was really nice that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, along with the beach wagon to transport them in. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Communication with the owners was top notch.

This place is located close to the beach and Coligny Plaza, and has a third bedroom, which isn’t typical of HHI condos. The front patio was messy from debris falling from nearby trees, but maybe that’s only a winter problem.

Family of 5 + grandparents and sister enjoyed a perfect vacation thanks to this beautiful condo. Having all the beach chairs, cart, boogie boards, sand toys, and umbrellas were one of the reasons we booked and they were great—we can’t imagine doing another beach trip without a cart. 5 minute walk from playground and splash pad was a blast for our 3, 7 & 9 year olds…and only another 5 minutes to public beach with showers and changing rooms (also drop-off and parking close by for younger and older legs that couldn’t make the 10 minute walk). The condo was set up perfectly for our family and we all enjoyed the pool that was virtually right behind the unit. Gary was a great host—thorough, great communication and prompt responses. We will definitely look to book again!

We loved our stay this past weekend! Walking distance to everything we wanted- didn’t need to drive at all. We had 4 adults and 4 kids aged 5, 3, 1.5, and 4 months and we were all comfortable! There is an AMAZING playground super close that the kids loved. The beach was a short walk. Sadly the Bi-Lo that is walking distance is closed but there is a Piggly Wiggly close by too. There are a lot of lovely decorations so if you have kids with you, do a quick run through and put everything out of reach. Excellent communication from the property manager too! Would highly recommend!

This was a great location and place to stay for our first visit to HHI. The owners gave us plenty of tips for things to do, what to watch out for, etc. They were very communicative prior to our arrival, and we did not need to contact them for anything during our stay - problem free! It was close to the beach and other amenities. Overall it was a great house and trip!

Condo was in an excellent location with easy access to beach and shopping. Condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the enclosed courtyard. Our adult children enjoyed having their own space upstairs while we had the downstairs bedroom. Great walk-in shower in the downstairs bath. Definitely a 5-star stay!
