About this apartment rental

Newly renovated and beautifully decorated 3bed/2bath condo with granite, custom cabinetry, and stainless appliances. The whole back wall has floor to ceiling windows and 2 sliding glass doors that give balcony access from the family room and the master bedroom. We have a full size washer and dryer with walk in laundry room. We also installed an 80 gallon commercial hot water heater so you never take a cold shower. Entire condo has had custom art work designed specifically for this unit. All bedrooms have huge flat screen smart tv's. Let's not forget the amazingly comfortable beds. Just checkout our reviews on our mattresses. You won't find another rental unit kitchen this fully stocked with everything down to a quesadilla maker(great for quick lunches), crock pot, regular coffee pot, Keurig, plenty of wine and martini glasses, and 2 electric griddles. We also have free wifi in the condo and coffee downstairs every morning waiting for you.

This complex is one of the most popular and most visited because of the amazing location and amenities that are offered. We are located next door to the 'world famous' Flora-Bama bar.
2 Flora-Bama restaurants and a Waffle House just across the street. Flora-Bama liquor store is across the street, too. This place has it all. Great beach and beach frontage, a huge outdoor zero entry pool, a brand new splash pad(being built now) large indoor pool with 3 jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, Raquet ball courts, and a spacious exercise room with sauna. The boardwalk is one of the shortest I have seen and was a reason we bought at this complex. No long hauls with kids, coolers, and everything else we lug to the beach. Adjacent parking deck to the building and parking passes are $60 per car for your entire stay, not daily. There is security here 24/7 as well as a brand new BBQ area with grills, granite countertops, and sinks.

Jet skis and boat rentals are available across the street and all imaginable amenities are within a couple of miles in either direction, including some of the areas best restaurants.
Summer weekly rental available at competitive rates.
OWA theme park just opened in Foley, too. It is fun for everyone.

The place was very clean, kitchen had all the necessary dishes, pots, pans etc. We also loved the artwork. The only downside was the ice maker didn’t seem to make ice quick enough, but ice trays were available so we went old school. We will definitely look to rent this place again.

Very nice Phoenix 10 condo. 12th floor, nice large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture- seating for 6 and great views of the beach. Large living room with very comfortable furniture, nice kitchen with everything you need and two refrigerators. Haven't seen this before but sure nice having both. Plenty of room and lots of ice. Master bedroom and bathroom was Large and comfortable, slept great. Two more bedrooms and bathroom were well set up. The decor was much better in person. Throughout the condo are Beautiful oil paintings that blend well with the colors. Easy check in and right next door to Florabama. Great location if you like live music. They also have good food. Kelley was great to work with. Excellent choice, we will stay here again.

The bed in the master suite was so comfortable, I asked for the manufacturer of the mattress. Kelly could not have been more helpful. I had a group of 10 stay at this property. Our stay was very lovely. All 10 of us slept comfortable and never took a cold shower. There were 2 fridges in the condo, which was very convenient with all of the food we had to buy. The owners are very nice and even gave recommendations. My friends and I definitely would love to stay here again and I am hoping to book a trip with my family of 7 here soon!

The condo was beautifully decorated. The living room furniture was in such bad shape you couldn't even sit on it. The "no smoking policy" of the complex is not enforced. You cannot sit on the balcony for all the people smoking. We called twice to complain and nothing changed. We won't be staying there our next trip.

The pictures online are exactly what the internet shows. The owners are fabulous and had everything that we could have wanted equipped in the condo. Balcony views are beautiful and I watched dolphins play in the ocean because we were on the 12th floor of the condo. I enjoyed the covered parking deck and the staff within t condo. Definitely will be staying here again.

The condo was very nice loved the decor and was very clean. The location was great close to anything you could need or want. View from balcony was fantastic. Owner was very friendly and helpful had one issues with the shower and it was taken care of within an hour of letting her know. Definitely not disappointed loved it!!!!!!!

This condo is lacking nothing. Kelley has thought of everything. I loved that she had extra beach towels, a basket of toys, etc. The kitchen was beyond well stocked. The artwork was amazing. She was super easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. And finally the location was the best…right on the beach and a very short walk to Flora-Bama for live music. Our whole family had a great time!

The whole experience was great. The owner kept in touch before and during our stay with updates. The condo was clean. The updates were awesome.. especially the main shower and art! The only downside to the rental was that the hot tubs were closed down and the outdoor pool was closed for renovations but we were told that before we rented. 10/10 would stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property! The room was the perfect size for our 6 adults and 3 kiddos under the age of 3. The balcony had plenty of seating and was great for relaxing. The properties pools were great, especially the small kiddie pool! We can't wait to plan our next vacation here! The wifi quit working one morning ( due to a switch being flipped on accident) and Kelley was quick to get back to me on how to turn it back on! Great owners, great property!!

We loved this place! What a view, easy walk to the beach! The pools are great, too. My only complaint is that the sand is so soft and fluffy here that it was hard to walk in it! (not really a problem!) The owner was easy to communicate with, and we'd like to come again sometime. Highly recommend.
