Walk to Summit County ski bus or Frisco Nordic Center (tubing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, etc.). Walk to hiking/biking/snowshoe trails. Perfect location for a family holiday or ski vacation. 2 car garage and 2 off-street parking spots. Wifi and Cable TV.

This lovely home was a fantastic home base for our family ski week. The non-skiers had lots of nearby activities as well.
The host was very responsive to our questions and all went smoothly.

We are a group of friends mainly from Hawaii who have been skiing together for many years. This was our first stay at Frisco and this home was awesome! Great location for Breck, Keystone, Vail and BC. It fit our group well, it was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed us a lot of space, very comfortable! We look forward to future stays here.

Joys house was perfect for our group. The house was spacious and very well stocked. Everyone had a space for themselves. There were a ton of options for skiing which we loved. The view of mount buffalo and lake Dillon was gorgeous. We will definitely stay there again!

Overall a great spot for our family trip. Lots of space, great large table where we could all sit together and play games. Close to everything. Clean, comfortable.
Only issues were that it was initially challenging to check in, but was figured out. The tenant upstairs was not very kind initially when we were trying to get into the property.

Our group of eight male adults appreciate that there were six bedrooms with nine beds. Three of the bedrooms had a queen or king bed, while the other three had two twin beds (not bunks). There were also four bathrooms which meant two individuals could share each of the bathrooms. Finding an affordable rental home with this many beds is not easy.

The house was clean and easy to get to. Communication with property manager was clear friendly. Great location.

Each year a group of us from our ski patrol heads out west. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Joy's house in Frisco. It has plenty of individual beds for our group. It is a very high-end place right on Dillion reservoir. Must be nice the other seasons.
Joy was great to work with. I got hurt and she extended our check out time so that I could stay at the house while others in th group went skiing our last day.

The house worked great for our group of 10 extended family. It was well-equipped and comfortable for our stay. The large deck with a view of the lake and the large dining table which could accommodate all of us were especially appreciated. The location was great - close to downtown Frisco and convenient to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone.

Awesome house. Very smart set up - w the 6 bedrooms can certainly do 3 families if needed. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful views!
We very much enjoyed staying at Joy's property. We were not allowed to check in at 4. When we arrived the cleaning crew told us to put stuff in garage and come back in 2 hours because they just started cleaning. It all worked out. Even though small children were tired we went into frisco for dinner and then came back later.

Wonderful House!
We loved our stay in this house. There is so much space. We loved cooking together in the large well equipped kitchen and the view from the dining room was fantastic!

Wonderful annual family gathering!
We had our 7th annual family ski/board gathering! Sleeps 12 people very comfortably and two great Family Rooms to host kids’ games and toys as well as conversation places! Beautiful setting as Lake Dillon is right in back of the house, tranquil and calm setting!

Well kept house with lots of beds
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. I was with some friends for a ski weekend over Super Bowl weekend. Everyone had a bed which is not always possible when you go on a trip like this with a bunch of grown men.
The overall process was great and the owners were great to work with from my limited interactions with them ... prompt and professional.
There were two downsides with our stay. There is another unit attached to this property that is above the garage and there are signs saying not to open the garage at certain times of the day. We were also told where to park our cars in the driveway so that person could get in and out which required shuffling our cars around.
Also, we were a little disappointed with the layout. Upstairs there is a living room area off of the kitchen with no TV. There is a TV in the downstairs but we would have preferred not to carry things downstairs there to watch the Super Bowl together.
Neither of these was a huge problem but not what we expected. Again, I will say the numerous bedrooms, bathrooms, location, and house worked really well for our group.

Wonderful Family Getaway
This property was perfect for our extended family ski trip at Christmas. There was so much room for us all! The views were gorgeous and it’s location was perfect to ski at Breckenridge or any of the other nearby resorts . Joy was great at making sure we had what we needed.

This house worked out well for our group. Great location, beautiful home, and nice views. Joy was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and accommodating with some last-minute date adjustments. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The location was wonderful! Loved being able to walk on the lake to the Marina and into town. Was a little surprised to know that there was someone else living there. Only TV downstairs did not have any channels . . .

This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house was a perfect fit for our 12 friend/family annual gathering! The fully equipped kitchen, 12 seating dining table, 2 large living areas and overall great floor plan were great. Joy, the owner, was easy to communicate with and helped to answer any questions we had.

This property was everything as advertised and more! A little slice of heaven... plenty large enough for our group of nine. Stunning views and great location. Hosts were laid-back and easy to talk to, would definitely recommend it and we will definitely be staying there again!

This house was perfect for our three families. It was clean, spacious and well stocked with cooking utensils etc. and the views are stunning. The bedrooms are well laid out and are exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful home! Perfect for our large family!
Cannot say enough good things about this property. Beautiful, large home that was clean, spacious and had more than enough room for the 13 of us (8 adults, 5 kids). The lake is right behind the house and the views are amazing. The house is well furnished in every room and the kitchen has every utensil, plate, cup, cookware you could possibly need. Parking is tight in the garage and driveway but not unmanageable. We were able to park two minivans and one large truck just fine.
The communication with Joy, the owner, was by far the best I have ever had with any property on HomeAway. She was prompt to respond both in planning before our trip and then communication during our visit. An absolute pleasure to rent from her.
We loved our visit here and would love to come back again another summer!
