About this house rental
STR-010145
This is an ideal 5BR/3.5 BA property for two or three families vacationing together who want to enjoy all that Frisco has to offer. Three master bedrooms are complemented by two additional bedrooms with plenty of sleeping room for the kids. Two of the master bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and televisions. NOTE: Parking is LIMITED. Parking is for a maximum of four vehicles and only three vehicles when snow is excessive or if you have large trucks/vans etc. There is only one garage parking spot, which is too small for some vehicles. Two or three vehicles may be parked in the driveway depending on the size of your vehicles and the amount of snow. Additional vehicles can be parked in the free public parking area two blocks away. There is no overnight street parking available. Parking information is posted on the bulletin board inside of the house.
The main living area includes a large living room equipped with a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. A dining table seats eight and four additional guests can be accommodated on the swiveling counter stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a laundry room adjacent the kitchen includes a large washer and drier installed in 2022.
A large master bedroom is located off the living room and includes it's own television, French doors out to the deck as well as its own bathroom with a claw foot tub and separate shower. The main floor also includes a half bath located near the front entrance.
The second floor includes three bedrooms. A master bedroom suite with its own television and bathroom has a king bed. Of the other two bedrooms, one has a king bed and one has a queen bed. A full bath is located in the hallway between these two bedrooms.
The third floor a 'kid lounge' with two sets of bunkbeds, two window beds, a living area, and a large screen television.
A back deck has a six-person hot tub and overlooks the Ten Mile Creek. The hot tub is available year-round. NOTE: The hot tub is maintained between guests to keep it clean for you, so, in some instances, it may not be up to temperature or suitable for use on the evening of your arrival. A path along the creek allows creek access for fishing, rafting, kayaking, hiking, etc. Mt. Royal is across the street and is an excellent family hiking route.
The house is equipped with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, and in-floor radiant heat. Log accents and rustic decor give our home a cabin-like feel, but modern conveniences such as wireless internet and cable and streaming television allow you to remain connected. Come and enjoy the sounds of the Creek and feel like you are worlds away, when you are only one block off Frisco's Main Street.
Take the free summit county buses to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, or A-Basin. Alternatively, take the 25 minute drive to Vail. The bus stop adjacent the property is one of the last stops prior to Copper Mountain, so you can be there in a flash!
NOTE: This house includes a very small garage apartment that is mainly used for storage and is not part of the rental. Owner or owner family members use the the apartment a few times a year.

Cabin was beautiful just as described and in a great location with stream behind. Communication and check in was smooth. Would definitely come back

We've stayed here before. Love the house. Perfect location. Walkable to downtown Frisco. Centrally located to the resorts we go to; Vail, Breck, Keystone, and Beaver Creek. Grill, hot tub, big living room to gather. Everything good!

We stayed here to ski copper mountain and had a great time! Really short drive/ shuttle ride to the mountain. The house was clean and well stocked and we enjoyed the view and hot tub as well!

Stayed here in December 2023 with 8 family members. Plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

House is really nice and there's a stream running behind the house which is very tranquil. Great location, nearby walking path and walkable to downtown Frisco.
House pictures were accurate and the overall layout of the house is great. Plenty of room to hang out in the living room and a large kitchen table.
Host was really nice and very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay.

My extended family and I stayed in this home for a ski vacation which was the perfect size and location for skiing in summit county. The home is beautiful and well stocked, but definitely had some wear and tear and could use some updates, some of the mattresses were comfortable and others were not. We had some issues with the hot tub and one of the bathrooms which were fixed by working with the management company, which was responsive. The one car garage is also very small, we were able to park one smaller vehicle in the garage and the two larger ones in the driveway. Overall a lovely stay which fits a large family for a reasonable price.

The home was well appointment for multiple families with kids. The kitchen had all you need to make multiple whatever you needed. Property was clean and well maintained. The warm floors and gas fireplace were so enjoyable after a cold day.
Manage the use of hot water careful. Only negative I can think of if pressed to provide one.
Would love to stay again and certainly would recommend.

The was perfect for our family. We came out to visit son and snowboard at Copper, it was a great location. We could walk to Frisco daily. There is also an awesome restaurant right by it. Communication with the owners was great throughout the trip. We’d recommend and come back again!!

Our group of 12 had an amazing ski trip. Just a short drive to the slopes. House had everything we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed 9 nights in this wonderfully spacious but oh so cozy home. We had plenty of room for games, puzzles, dining. House has many games for all ages. The private hot tub with a beautiful view of the stream was a great way to wind down the day.
The first floor primary suite featured plenty of room, a very comfortable king size bed, walk in closet and a large comfortable bathroom -perfect and clean.
The spacious kitchen included everything we needed for Thanksgiving meal prep and a fun meal at the large table.
Our family of 7 adults had a wonderful time.
Grill was handy and the warm gaslit fireplace (so smart with timer), heated floor and easy keypad entry - all were great touches.
2 add’l kings and a queen on the second floor and two more full baths. And a large rec room/bunk room on the third floor - so comfy.
And little details like great smelling hand soaps, plenty of towels, very comfortable beds were greatly appreciated.
Close to town - easy walk to shopping and restaurants and wonderful Frisco Main St.
We enjoyed Tavern West about 100 steps away!
Easy access to frisco bike trail for walking, or a walk around the neighborhood and a quick drive to Breckenridge.
We were so lucky to spend time all together with our Frisco daughter and son-in-law and our Denver daughter in this fantastic home.
Would definitely rent again!

My family had an absolutely fabulous time vacationing at this property in mid-July. Very spacious, great location, well-stocked, and the sound of the river running was extremely calming. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Creek side home
The location only a couple of blocks from hiking and the shops and bars of Frisco yet only a few hundred yards from I-70 which we never heard due to the creek in the back yard. Saw a red fox trotting down street in front of house. House had plenty of room.

80th Birthday Celebration
A wonderful place for a family reunion that included great grandparents and toddlers. Large enough for everyone to have space and plenty of bathrooms. Beautiful setting and a very gracious host. Definitely recommend.

Stay in Frisco
Property is large, but could do with some maintenance and general work. This is a top end price but middle of the road experience.

Perfect for skiing
We really enjoyed this property! Very well equipped in the kitchen, lots of linens, and lots of toddler equipment (high chair, pack & play…we didn’t need them but used to!). Easy access to the highway to get to the resorts. Would be lovely in the non-snowy months as well with the creek right behind the house!

Great stay
We had a very nice stay in Frisco. The property was wonderful for 2 families. Kitchen was well stocked with many pantry items which was a nice surprise. My main complaint was there were just not enough towels for our group of 12- especially considering the hot tub. Some in our group complained they could use new mattresses in the bunk rooms. But the house was comfortable and convenient for skiing at Copper.

Great location with lots of space!
Loved the rental location, especially listening to the creek flowing through the open windows ! Plenty of space for our family and a well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was a family favorite too! The only negative for us was the quality of the mattresses in the upstairs rooms. They were not comfortable at all.

Ski trip to Summit County
This is a very nice home in a quiet section of Frisco....The house is very spacious and well equipped. The back yard has Ten Mile Creek which is very nice, semi - wooded, provides some privacy from the houses behind. The hot tub is located behind the house and is covered by a roof (great if it is snowing !!!). It is in a great location for Summit County ski venues and only about 25 mins to Vail. One small issue is the single garage, it is fairly tight with a large SUV....if you have a standard car, no issues... We really enjoyed staying there and I would definitely recommend this place, I'd stay there again !!! Thanks, Terry

Spacious living room, easy location, hot tub
The location is great if you are skiing at Copper Mountain. Bus stop just down the way, 10 minute drive.
There is a nice walking trail across the rode and even a beautiful stream just outback.
The hot tub was perfect!
House had plenty of room for 12 people.
There is a highchair, crockpot, and a muffin tin, plus 2 coffee pots.
Great house, will stay again if we come back to copper mountain

Adventure meetup with family
This was a private home on beautiful 10 Mile Creek. The home was well laid out with grandparent suite on main level and bedrooms upstairs for grandkids and parents. Hot tub was a nice treat especially with sound of creek right behind it.Town was about 1/2 mile so nice easy walk or ride. Frisco is a great little town, access to bike rentals and rides, Lake activities, boat ride, many local hikes and others just 1/2 hr or so away. Food served outside from most establishments.
Kitchen well stocked, and washer/dryer came in handy after a couple days of fishing and being caught in rain.
Kerry was easy to get ahold of. code system on door worke perfectly.
This is a great rental and we would do it again!

Wonderful family get together
We enjoyed coming together to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Not much yard but made up for it with the lovely creekside benches and picnic table. Lots of room for my big crew to congregate and separate. Would highly recommend.

Amazing owner and property
This Frisco property and its owner exceeded our expectations. We stayed the week the mountain first closed due to COVID-19 and spent the week without leaving the front door. Great for our two families to have games, meals, hot tub and family time. Enough rooms to spread out for isolation when needed and the kids loved the cool loft. Thru the back door the kids suited up and played along a beautiful stream and didn't complain about not skiing. Thank you Kerry for all of your amazing hospitality.

Great roomy place- Ideal setting
We loved this roomy house. It was ideally situated to the shuttle and to town for convenience. The hot tub and stream outside were our favorites. There was a lot of room for our two families (4 adults, 5 kids) to spread out. We enjoyed skiing Copper and were very close to the shuttle so it was easy to get to and from the home and the slopes. We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully, next time, not on the eve of a pandemic. We were very fortunate to get to vacation before COVID-19 shut down our lives. Thank you for sharing a little piece of heaven before we entered this challenging time.

Great place!
We had a great time staying here! It’s a warm and cozy place that has plenty of space for fun. It’s also the closest I’ve ever been to the bus stop which made getting to the mountain a breeze!

Love the place. Couple of little thinks to report.
Towels were stiff, master bath fan on 1st floor loud. Coffee machine produced luke warm brew.
Location great.
Couldn't get out of driveway one morning due to snow, plows came by after noon.
Warm and plenty of beds and room. Great hot tub with a babbling creek a stones throw away, perfect relaxation.

Was a quick boarding trip, but it was nice to come back in the evening to plenty of beds and room to spread out and crash!

Spacious home in Frisco close to skiing
This is one of our favorites of the many homes in the Dillon/Silverthorne/Frisco area. It was very spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. It is located pretty much in the town of Frisco and is very close to many ski areas and the Ten Mile Creek area hiking/biking trails. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the creek right out the back door. Check in was very easy and owner response was excellent. Our party of 7 would definitely recommend this house.

Great location for multiple families.
We spent Labor Day weekend with our entire family, eight adults and 4 children. The home had more than enough space for everyone. Very well stocked kitchen and more than enough towels in every bathroom. Our grandchildren spent hours throwing rocks in the stream behind the house. The high chair and pack 'n play were both a pleasant surprise. We will be returning again next year!

Frisco Vacation
We loved Frisco and all the activities in the area. Our homeaway was right on the 10 mile stream and we caught fish the first day . The home was enjoyable.
Only downside was the size of the garage so we had to park outside.
Parking could be a problem if you have more than 2 vehicles.
Overall experience was excellent.

Great Location
We had 10 people in our group, and there was room for all of us to spend time together in the kitchen/living area, and also have quiet time with the separate rooms and bathrooms. Great location with just a short walk to the downtown. It was nice to have the garage to keep our bikes that we brought with. We really enjoyed the hot tub and hearing the stream right out the back door. Would definately recommend.

Family perfect!
We had 3 generations coming and going through the week, first vacation that we never ate out once! We live in Denver and shared meal planning, and loved just spending time together. Lots of hot-tubbing, games, reading and a couple of road trips to enjoy the scenery. Priceless time together, and the location was perfect! Owner was very prompt in response when setting up our reservation. Thanks Kerry for sharing this gem!

Perfect for multiple families
We often travel w multiple families and this house by far had the most comfortable accommodations for our boisterous crew. We had 6 adults and 8 tween/teen kids. Everyone had their own bed with 2 bunks rooms and a kids den. The kids could jam away on Fortnight upstairs while the adults had plenty of room to spread out and watch a movie downstairs. The adults had 2 king beds and 1 queen, and each family had their own bathroom. Plenty of towels, plenty of hot water, and plenty of space for skis/boots/jackets. The walk to downtown is a bit of a walk but pleasant if the weather is nice. Frisco is the idyllic ski town with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the stream does indeed run along the backyard/hot tub. Most bedrooms have their own thermostat and nice bedding. The hot tub is great and actually holds 6 adults, and is serviced regularly. We rented ski gear from Christy in Frisco and skied Copper which was an easy 10-minute drive. We loved this house and this trip and would definitely recommend Streamside Retreat!
