In the event that the city stops by for one of these they will most likely issue a fine. the fine starts at 1500.00 and this is the warning they do not issue warnings. noise violations can be at any time of day and no speakers outside. WE WILL ASK FOR A 1500.00 DEPOSIT OR ASK YOU TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS A CITY RULE AND THEREFORE WE MUST ENFORCE. We will ask for deposit to pay for your part of the citation. to avoid this we ask that you do not blare music outside, keep all windows and doors shut when enjoying self and to keep eye out on neighborhood during stay. we apologize but we have to enforce this. The house is spacious and beautiful, in a perfect location close to everything Big Bear has to offer.
We were a group of 8 Senior Citizens, 4 couples. We travel often and have rented houses from Grand Cayman to New Orleans {over 20 houses}.
Upon arriving at the house, we found there was a problem with the air conditioning and we were offered a full refund. But given our group size and our desire for a vacation rental we decided to stay. The problem was resolved the second night of our trip due to the perseverance from the house manager and cleaning staff.
All in all we had a great time.

The home is enchanting: spacious in design, with very high ceilings, lots of ornate windows offering multiple views of gorgeous pines and trees in various shades of green, and several peeks of the shimmering, blue lake. The furniture is handsome and very comfortable, and the decor is delightfully reflective of Big Bear community highlights through incredible photographs and oil paintings, throughout. It has outstanding kitchen and bathroom ammenities that are well organizated. It truly is like vacatiining in a castle with modern ammenitied, -exceeding all our expectations!

We rented this house for a large family gathering of six different families, ranging in age from 10-85. There was plenty of room for everyone. We each even had our own bathrooms, which was a huge bonus. The house is clean (my standards for clean are high) and this is the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed in. They have thought of everything. The only thing that was missing was aluminum foil/saran wrap which I don’t typically expect at a rental, but this one was so fully stocked, I was surprised it wasn’t there. We had a ton of fun using the poker table, pool table, video game, outside playground, and jacuzzi. With the exception of the TV next to the poker table (couldn’t figure out how to get it to work ), everything was very easy to use and there was no confusion with trying to figure out the Jacuzzi, TVs, fireplaces, etc.
The house is located in a residential area with houses all around so don’t expect a private mountain atmosphere. There is one row of houses between this house and the lake. You can see a partial view of the lake but the house is not on the lake. It is a quick drive to a grocery store and into town. It snowed one night which was beautiful to watch from the second level of the house while we played pool. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor, including the master bedroom, and a bedroom that has a crib and pack and play. We had a great time and will rent this house again.

Booked this property for a family snowboarding trip and it was perfect. All bedrooms except for the kids room have their own dedicated bathroom. The amenities were great, the hosts are very kind and responsive, and the property was very comfortable and inviting. It is also a very short drive to the slopes which was very convenient.

We are a group of 14 individuals who came up for a staff retreat from a hospital in orange county. We got a chance to walk around in the beautiful scenery, have some good meals together, watch movies, play pool. The location was peaceful and wonderful.

Family and I stayed a few nights at the house. The home is huge and beautiful. Location was perfect. Our host was very attentive and communicative. Lots to do inside the home such as play with pool table, poker table, arcade (with tons of classic games), spa, swings on balcony (view of pond). Near Big bear lake and village. Had a great time, would definitely recommend.

We could only stay for 1 day due to our schedules. It was 7 adults and 9 kids (different age ranges). This stay was exceptional for all of us. The house was equipped with everything minus the food! We didn’t have to bring salt or pepper! Considering our large group everyone was comfortable and enjoyed every last second of it. Planning on a large group, definitely recommend staying here.

Our family and friends arrived to a spotless, beautiful home. So many amenities and super well stocked, they thought of everything. We rent often for our vacations and this home had the best supplies, cooking tools and ingredients that we have ever encountered . Towels were sumptuous. Big Bear getaway
We rented this absolutely amazing property for a long weekend. My daughter and my grandkids, age 2 and 4 , loved the room with the two beds, a futon bed and even a crib.
My older kids in their twenties loved all the space, and pool table room, and game room, etc.. This property was everything they advertised and more! Highly recommend it!

Great home for a group
This house was overall big and beautiful. It was perfect for a large group of adults. There was so much space and versatility in the different areas. We loved that almost every bedroom had it's own en suite bathroom which was great for a large group of adults. Plenty of seating indoors and at the large dining table. The kitchen had almost everything you need to cook. Plenty of plates and cups. There could have been a few more bowls (both regular bowls and larger mixing/serving bowls) but we still cooked great meals in the large kitchen. The second floor bar was a great addition of space. There is a large driveway that can easily fit 5-6 cars and there was plenty of street parking as well. The street the house is on is gorgeous - one of the best I've seen in Big Bear. Very close to town and accessible. Michael the host was very communicative and helpful and kind the whole time and he really made the experience wonderful as well. We will definitely try to come back to this house again for a family reunion if we can! It was a great house and a good value.

Big Bear Summer Trip
This was an excellent choice for our family reunion. Plenty of room, bedrooms and bathrooms extremely nice, and a gourmet kitchen. as a suggestion, for a summer stay, it would be nice if there was more outdoor seating - there home has a very nice and large balcony, but only one small table with 4 chairs. But overall, highly recommended.

Great Place, caught between owners
The home was great and Scott was very responsive and cared a lot about the service. The house was big and comfortable and luxurious. Our group rented this place during the sale of the house. I don't know if that had any bearing on the few issues we found. We encountered pee on the toilet seats, poo in the toilets, and only about five towels to use in a house that can accommodate something like 16 people. There was a electronic owl on the balcony that went off every few minutes and woke us up throughout the night. Probably the biggest frustration was cooking for a group of ten or more people with one pot, that could only manage a single or double serving. Master bed was very very soft. other than these minor annoyances, we enjoyed the home and would stay again.

The house was beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very spacious (and we had 11 people). Most rooms had a bathroom ensuite which worked great for multiple families. Owner was nice and checked in on us. We would rent this home again.

We had an amazing time at this property. It was perfect. Very close to the village 10 mins away and close to Alpine snow. The house had a good layout the adults hung out downstairs will the kids hung out upstairs. The owner is also very nice and understanding. We needed to change the dates and he was very accommodating.

This property is located in a beautiful location with an excellent set up for a large group of family or friends. We stayed at the Delongs home for a few days. Home was extremely spacious, yet very homey! Shopping, eating, snowboarding/Skiing, kids snow play was less than 5 minutes driving. Owners were easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend it.
