We really enjoyed staying here. Was great for our family!

Quite, peaceful, nice location. We enjoyed our stay. Great cabin

Amazing cabin! Beautiful mountain views, plenty of room, very clean. My son loved the game room and my daughter loved the loft. We saw an elk come out of the woods only a few feet from the deck. My dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Best cabin we have stayed at in Maggie Valley by far! Thank you for letting us enjoy this magical place!!

The property is old and it sits in a very conjugated community. You sit very close to the neighbors and can view into their decks. The entrance to the house is from a bedroom that makes no sense. The house only has one bedroom that has privacy. The master bedroom is in a loft area with a tiny bathroom. The bed in the master bedroom is not comfortable. The basement was dark and small. Both my kids had allergic reactions from staying and playing in the basement. My son had rash on his face and my daughter started a runny nose and itchy throat as soon as they spent 1 night in the bedroom and playroom.

We enjoyed our stay here, with only a few exceptions. We wanted to stay somewhere with easy access and a great view. This house is perfectly located, in a nice neighborhood, on a beautiful property with lovely outdoor space. A neighbor requested that we move our car from the center of the driveway to one side, saying that this driveway is used as a turnaround for neighbors, deliveries, trash, etc. He was concerned my car would be hit. The bedrooms are spacious with extra linens and towels, however the flashing lights on the A/C units kept us all awake. I also noticed a faint odor of cigarette smoke throughout the house that left me with a migraine on our last night. The downstairs game room was a cool hangout space for the kids, but only one Wii remote was working and the foosball table was missing a piece. My daughter didn’t want to sleep down there because of the large fish on the wall. We appreciated the filtered water left in the fridge and the s'mores ingredients and snacks.

Great trip. Kitchen was well equipped and the front and rear decks are awesome.

We loved the house and view.. we did not enjoy that the wall mounted a/c, heating units flashed brightly all night and we couldn’t figure out how to stop it

My family and I loved staying at this beautiful cabin located in a nice neighborhood in Maggie Valley.

We stayed here for two nights while we were out on a 7 day motorcycle trip. We love the area and really enjoyed the home.

Enjoyed our stay. The host provided more than mere basics some rentals offer. Everything was good quality--beds, linens, dishes, cookware--which helped us feel at home. The home was full of Mt decor which helped with the experience.
Only disappointment was w VRBO, not the home owner (host). VRBO needs to audit their customer service!

My Husband, son, & I drove from Atlanta for the Ice Festival and met up with family. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't suited for ice but rain and mud. We still had a wonderful time is this beautiful little cabin which was perfect for the adults and children. Loved the fireplaces and loft. Kids loved the game area downstairs. The one thing this little gem is missing is a hot tub. Highly recommend staying here. We had a great time. Everything was super clean.

The property is very well appointed, everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil and centrally located to Maggie Valley and Waynesville activities. Added bonus was walking distance to a brewery and pancake house. Angela was super responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend

We traveled with our 3 girls (7, 11, and 16) it was perfect central location to everything we wanted to do (sliding rock/looking glass falls, the National forest, piegon forge, Gatlinburg, and Nantahala Outdoor Center for white water rafting, and shopping in Asheville. Everything was about an hour drive in different directions. The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and wind down after a long day. We really enjoyed family time on the foosball table, too. The kitchen bad everything wr needed for some home coomed mea

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Was perfect for our family of 6. Kids enjoyed playing in the basement and adults enjoyed the deck especially seeing the elk. Owner was very responsive to messages and helpful. Would stay again.

We had such a great stay with our children and grandchildren. The grandchildren loved the game room and playing at the stream. There was a family of 5 elk that came through every night, the children where so excited to see them each night. We look forward to our next stay.

Large covered back porch area with outdoor fireplace was the bomb! Great gathering area. Place was spotless and quiet.

We stayed here to ski in the middle of the week. It was about 10 minutes to Cataloochee and convenient to restaurants in Maggie Valley. The cabin was as described and we had a pleasant experience. The indoor fireplace was great for an evening after skiing all day and the access to the garage was helpful for hanging wet ski clothes to dry. We will keep this cabin on our list for future ski trips.

Nice location, could use some updates. Had some heat issues but home owner addressed it promptly. Disappointed that we had to provide wood for fireplace, the outside fireplace was our favorite spot! We enjoyed our stay.

Good experience with home owners. Answered quickly. Had trouble with heat but they walked us thru it. Beautiful but needs a little care and updates

This property is very beautiful and we'll located. However, it should be noted that it is not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. We had a great Thanksgiving 😊 and would recommend this property to our friends.

Property was very quiet and relaxing. House is beautiful and was just what we needed. Was nice to sit on the back porch and listen to the stream beside the house.

The cabin was nice, clean, and accommodated all our guests very well. The Maggie Valley area has plenty to do and is close to cute downtown Waynesville. The only issues we had were the contradicting departure notes and the confusion of using the fire place. If there are fireplaces in and outside of the cabin, you should be able to use them without extra charges. There are lots of fees that you can be charged for if you do not read the notes carefully that were sent by the owner through email. We followed the instructions that were sent via email however, the instructions that are left inside the cabin are different so we were confused upon leaving, so we went ahead and followed the most recent sent by the owner. Also, if dishes are expected to be washed in the dishwasher, dish detergent should be provided. Advice for guests...read papers that are sent to you carefully, and don't forget to bring your own soap, TP and paper towels!
