This house has a great floor plan offering privacy for each bedroom and lots of space to hang out together. Great for families and entertaining. The backyard has a great view of trees and a couple of nice sitting areas. We would definitely rent this house again!

To our amazement, we returned to the same rental we stayed in in 2008...though no one realized it until we actually arrived. Paint, furniture, etc had changed...but it was the same home. We all felt very comfortable!

Relaxing in paradise
Our stay here was just incredible. The home was spacious and had everything we needed from beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, washer/dryer, and well stocked kitchen, etc.
Each bedroom had a beautiful sliding glass door to a patio. I was awakened several mornings by ne ne geese trying to peek in our bedroom door! Absolutely paradise.
Great communication with the management regarding a few questions . Thank you for sharing your space with us.

GREAT PLACE IN QUIET PRINCEVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this very nice home. Just outside is a former golf course that isn't being used......great view. Nice kitchen...and spacious bedrooms with roomy walk-in closets. Helpful that the owners had boogie boards and a small backpack ice chest for our use....and several ice packs in the freezer.

It was a last minute house rental, and Lori Patch was very kind and helpful to organize the booking. We stayed 3 nights and were 3 adults, we did enjoy the 3 bid bedrooms having each private bathroom. All everything we need in the kitchen. Lost a space and nice decoration. We did enjoy our stay!

In Kauai for a outrigger canoe race and needed a base for our team near Hanalei - this house was what we needed - three bedrooms with en-suite, a large kitchen and living room. The only downside was that the house has no aircon and was very hot during the day. At night, even if the outside temperature was nice, the house was still warm and stuffy.

This house was great for my family of 3 adult couples. It has 3 master suites which was really nice. The view to the golf course behind the house is really lovely and the house is just a quick drive to Hanalei bay. It seemed to have everything we needed and the large kitchen helped when we were all making homemade personal pizzas! The property manager Lori was super communicative and helped me out in understanding what we needed to do to get to Hawaii during COVID times.

We found the home very easy to live in and enjoyed the spaciousness/openness, kitchen size, views, accessibility and more. I did want to mention a few things which would help future renters: The biggest issue was that the neighbor's or perhaps ROAMING ROOSTERS crowed at ALL hours of the night and this was a big problem b/c they were close. Even with closed windows, fans and white noise. We think they are beautiful and enjoyed watching them, however. There were phantom "flushing" plumbing noises which also occurred in the night. Both of the above were intrusive and woke us up. The roosters would be the only reason we wouldn't rent this home again. We were there two weeks and aren't necessarily light sleepers, but still it was an issue. There were ants in the kitchen which came up behind the kitchen back splash areaand we barely had anything out other than bananas/apples, etc. We NEVER left "garbage" or uneaten food out, but the ants came. Also a couple of centipedes, one rather large, smaller one in the bathroom. ( I hesitate to mention that b/c it is, after all, a tropical island) If the kitchen had a tea kettle, chip clips, a dustbuster, TV cable instructions, a notepad or two and more pens, all burners flat and working on the stove, a good can opener ( we had to return a few things we couldn't open), we'd be good to go. I told Lori that we left the wine opener we bought.I figure if no one mentions these things, you won't know unless you're living in the space. THank you for receiving these suggestions in the way in which I am imparting them.....trying to be only helpful. We love Kauai.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Liholiho home. We traveled with our kids (age 1 & 3 years old) so having a single level house was good. And I was grateful for the high chair, pack'n' play, and a nightlight in the bathroom that were already there in the house for us. The kitchen was great and had plenty of soap and trash bags for our visit.
Unfortunately there was no hot tub which we had seen in the photos. But other than that the pictures were accurate. This home is really spacious! The rooms are big, the closets were enormous. ( 2 master suites on one side of the home. The other side of the home had the kitchen, a hallway with a bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom.)
The garage had a nice supply of boogie boards and some sand toys for the kids to use. We found a cooler and even ice packs in the freezer.

We stayed at the Liholiho Road house for a family vacation in January 2018. We were a family group of five adults and one infant. Arriving late at night from a long flight to Kauai, we found that everything ready and waiting for us. This home is very spacious, has three large bedrooms with private baths for each bedroom which was really a bonus. The house is very spacious, tons of room for everyone, very large well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, pots and pans, etc. In the double garage we found beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, an umbrella, everything we needed for days at the beach. In addition, there are two lanais, a smaller one at the front of the house, and the larger main lanai at the back looking out onto the golf course with a mountain view... very lovely to wake up with your coffee in the morning. The home was well suited to our needs, everyone had their own private space to relax in, as well as lots of room to come together in the main living areas. It is a short drive to the grocery store, as it would be too far to walk. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and we met some of the nice people in the neighborhood. Everyone in our group was very happy with the house, and our stay was very pleasant and without troubles. Lori from Oceanfront was so helpful and kind, taking care of any requests or questions we had before and during our stay. Suggestions for making it even better would be: put an extra blanket in each bedroom for those who want to be warmer; replace/update the glassware in the kitchen; a bit more décor would add to the warmth and loveliness of the home. We would definitely recommend this home to others, as were very comfortable and happy here in our home away from home and it suited our needs very well.

We loved the location on the golf course and closeness to the St. Regis, and Princeville Center. The living areas were set up well and the bedrooms were very nice. For getting together in the evenings with our entire family of 8 it was perfect! We played monopoly three evenings in a row and had dinner at your lovely dining room table twice. There was good cross ventilation, which was a blessing! The ceiling fans were enhanced by the standing fans. The black fan needs to be dusted. We appreciated the extra towels and beach towels. Beach chairs would have been a nice addition.The refrigerator's lower grate came off a couple of times showing a very dirty underneath. The main bathroom could use another towel bar. Those are our only complaints other than the fan needing cleaning.Thank you for having vases, gardeners were around the neighborhood and let us glean from their cuttings!The washer & dryer were much appreciated as was the dishwasher!Oh, the front porch and front patio need weeding or to be hit with a weed killer spray.

Great house in Princeville
I think I already review this VRBO home, but it was a great place for a home base in Kauai. Enjoyed the roominess and the huge avocadoes from the neighbor's trees. Loved being in Hawaii, the beaches, sunsets and wildlife. Can't wait to come back. Beautiful memories for sure!

The most relaxing vacation we've ever had, and the house was PERFECT. The breezes kept us cool, and the backyard was breathtaking at any hour of the day. Would love to have stayed permanently!

The Master Bath needs an update, all of the fixtures worked, but are pretty old and not in great shape. All in all we enjoyed the house very much. Great location close to beaches, golf, food store, restaurants (in Hanalei, and a couple in Princeville). Also, the next door neighbor was a really nice person. Made us a reservation at a great restaurant in Hanelei, where we went to celebrate our son's engagement. Really wonderful trip!
