This updated, fully furnished, direct oceanfront villa is an excellent location in Seaside Villas I for a romantic getaway or a beach vacation. It is a 2nd floor corner unit (#226) that is in a prime location on South Forest Beach and short walk to shopping and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. There is a 180-degree beautiful and unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean from your private balcony. You can watch the waves roll in while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on your private balcony. (Check out all the photos that I took from the balcony!).

The villa has been completely updated and includes a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, and ceiling paddle fan in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and a stainless steel full-sized refrigerator.

The villa is perfect for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people as the living room contains a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress topper. There are multiple cosets to store your things.

The living room has plenty of lights, a ceiling paddle fan, and a flat screen TV that includes many popular cable channels. You can also watch movies in the living room on the DVD player.

Seaside Villas I also has a pool with chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment. There is also an elevator and a coin-operated laundry room on each floor for your use.

You can enjoy the sun from Seaside Villa I's sundeck near the beach that is available for your use as part of Seaside's amenities. If you want to relax, you can also use the community swing that is located near the sundeck.

Seaside Villas are located in heart of Hilton Head Island on South Forest Beach. It is less than 1/4 of a mile from Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza is a major shopping and eating location on Hilton Head Island. You can walk there from the villa in less than 10 minutes. You are also within a mile of many additional shopping and eating establishments. Also, you are less than a mile from the Ocean Gate entrance of Sea Pines where you can visit the South Beach Marina, Salty Dog Restaurant, Harbour Town, and enjoy hiking, sightseeing, biking, golfing, shopping, and eating at local restaurants.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed in the villa or balcony.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 people including all children.

An electronic door lock is used to facilitate your ease of entering and exiting the villa without keys. Each renter will receive a unique entry code.

PLEASE NOTE - Although my policy is a three-day minimum, there may be a few select dates that end up as one or two-day rentals. These are currently available as single night rentals on the calendar. Check it out!!

The location for this unit is fantastic. Steps to the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Mike was on point the entire time including checking in when Spectrum alerted him of a potential outage due to a storm. All required details were sent as promised leaving us to do nothing but relax and enjoy. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus although we opted to rent an umbrella for the week at the stand on the beach. All in all a great experience for our first extended stay on Hilton Head.

Did not disappoint. So nice. Bed was great, kitchen had everything. Couch was very comfy. Didn't need to be on the beach...just sit on the veranda. Perfect for two people. Never even turned on the TV. Liked watching the stream of people going to and from the beach. Great vacation and hope to be back soon.

This condo was far above our expectations! Michael was so easy to communicate with and made sure everything was as it should be for our stay. The do so itself was perfect for my our “Empty nest” vacation. The view…oh my word! It’s an amazing view, with a good breeze and the sound of the ocean. The access to the beach is also great. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The AC is in the living room, but fans are provided to help move the air and quite frankly, we slept for cool and very well. We absolutely plan to come back to HHI and will stay in the unit again. We loved every minute of our stay!

Perfect beach front condo for 2! My wife and I had an 8 day stay and absolutely loved this place. The condo was very clean and cozy. Perfect location, beautiful, unobstructed view of the beach. 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to restaurants, shops and grocery store. Owner was very responsive and helpful from the time of reservation through the day after checkout!

The Unit is great. The view is great. We have rented many VRBOs and this owner is the most responsive we have had the pleasure to work with. When there was a problem with the unit, created by the unit upstairs which was not his, he took full responsibility even though he did not create the problem. He solved it for us!

This was our 2nd year staying at Seaside. Loved the unit; everything seemed to be brand new. The king bed was super comfortable. Love the straight on view of the ocean. Planning on staying longer next year for sure. Michael was great to work with.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely condo with the best view of the ocean! Even in rainy weather it’s a great view! It is equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. We particularly enjoyed communicating with Michael. He is so kind and quick to respond! We would definitely like to come back for a sunny vacation.

Just what we were looking for - the beach, the view, the biking and walking. Our unit at Seaside Villas had a lovely deck with an excellent view of the beach - close enough for viewing with a little distance for peacefulness. There is easy access to the beach for bikes, and the beach is the best biking. The bike paths are great, too - shady, we’ll maintained and relaxing. Location is also close enough to stores and restaurants. We biked wherever we needed to go. We discovered the South Carolina Coastal Art Center and caught an excellent show! Our unit was comfortable and provided for all our needs. For a smaller unit there’s plenty of storage and the ceiling fans kept us comfortable enough so as not to use the air conditioner at all. We walked and biked every day and still felt completely relaxed. That’s vacation!

We has a fabulous stay at SeaSide. The property was exactly as described. Michael has gone out of his way to orient his guests to the property and all its amenities. We knew two other couples who were staying at SeaSide and the renovations that Michael has done has made his suite superior to the others we saw. We loved the location with its lovely balcony and spectacular view of the ocean.

The owner was VERY responsive to our requests/needs. We couldn’t get the tv to work. called him and he stayed on the phone til it was working again. And checked back the next day!! The condo is fully equipped, lovely beachy furnishings. Location is fantastic. Faces the ocean with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Short walk to the beach. Laundry facilities. It was the perfect respite for two old timers to relax and rejuvenate. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Lots of great eating places nearby.

From the first time we spoke with Michael it was clear that this would be very special vacation for us. The location is amazing! The view from the balcony also amazing. We actually got up every day, headed to the beach with coffee to watch the incredible sunrise and dolphin pods. We walked everywhere the entire time we were there. You can walk the beach to town and after dinner, walk back in the moonlight I don't think either of us expected to not get in a vehicle for a week. Michaels home is equally as impressive. Very clean and had everything we needed for a week long escape from reality.

The unit is on the beach and cuter than the pictures! Very clean and a perfect location for biking, catching a sunrise or hanging out on the beach. It’s also close to shopping and restaurants. Also, Michael is very organized and makes the check-in and check-out very easy. We had a great week!!

This was one of our best days at seaside villas and on the island. Michael was so easy to work with, very professional and everything spelled out, the unit was flawless. Very nice for a small condo. Great use of space. Kitchen and bath looked updated. Very well kept. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning watching the waves and drinking coffee. Great location just down from Coligny Plaza. Owner/manager does a great job of communicating. No issues. We had a great vacation. Would definitely recommend the place.

We normally go to FL for our end of the Summer vacation and decided to try Hilton Head instead. It did not disappoint. Loved the rental bikes and fresh seafood! Michael the rental agent was wonderful. Loved our time in Hilton Head - we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s property! The pictures in the website didn’t do it justice. Our favorite part was how easy it was to get to the beach and the amazing views. Didn’t see any sea turtles, but did have breakfast with some deer right outside our balcony one morning. Thank you, Michael, for having us!
