OTHER INTERESTS...
Close to fishing, hiking, biking, rock climbing, or boating Frisco has that too!
If you like history and want to learn about an old mining town Frisco also has a wonderful museum with ten vintage buildings from the old town. This is both educational and great fun for kids and adults.
Mount Royal is a great climb with a view that overlooks all of Frisco, Summit County, and Lake Dillon.
Many locals enjoy fishing right where the creek enters Lake Dillon Reservoir. Fishing guide services are available in Frisco and they have all the gear and knowledge you will need to create a great fishing day!
The Frisco Marina offers boat rentals of all types. Our favorite is to rent a pontoon boat and cruise the entire reservoir and enjoy lunch at either the Frisco or Dillon Marina. The Blue River which flows south from Breckenridge enters into the Dillon Reservoir and is a top 10 trout stream!

The location and layout of the house was ideal for our family. Questions to the owners were quickly answered. Kitchen was well equipped and dining table handled 10 people eating together. Garage handles 2 smaller cars (or 1 large SUV) with 2 cars in the drive. We left additional vehicles at nearby Walmart. Hope to stay here again!

If you are planning on skiing Vail, Beaver, Breck, Keystone there is no better centrally located house to stay at than this one. Literally a stone-throw from the interstate makes it super easy to drive and ski multiple locations. House was very well equipped, comfortable and the hot tub for apre-ski is fantastic !!!! AAA+++ and the communication with the owners was excellent. Very nice people, very nice house, highly recommended.

This is our 3rd time here and it never disappoints.
We love so much about this place: closeness to ski resorts, lots of bedrooms, hot tub, pool table, and much more.
Randy is an awesome host and is super helpful and responsive.
Thanks again for a great time!

Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay for a ski weekend. The home was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for shopping, dining, and mountain access. We enjoyed the private hot tub as well as the pool/ping pong table. Would definitely stay here again.

40th Wedding Anniversary Family Gathering
Very good property in nice location in Frisco. We had 7 adults, 3 kids under 5 and 2 dogs. The family with the 3 kids stayed in basement area, with 2 beds and 1 bath, worked out great for them. The adults could stay upstairs and on deck while kids slept. Kitchen was well stocked. We we able to get 2 cars(Rav4 and Honda Mini Van) in garage and 2 larger vehicles on driveway. We were able to walk to town, 15min. Everyone thought it was good gathering spot.

Incredibly Accommodating
We throughly enjoyed our stay - Randy was incredibly helpful with pre-planning as well as available for anything else that came up. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice, pool table/ping pong was a fun addition, and all of the bedrooms were comfortable. We will certainly be back next year!

Family reunion
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our 3 children and their families. It was a great experience for all of us. The house was big enough to allow us all to have our own space. The kitchen made cooking meals easy with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was central to all of the activities that we wanted to do. We would definitely revisit or highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home in Frisco
I spent a weekend at this home and it was a fantastic experience.
Randy, the owner, was great. He was very responsive and let us check in early as one in our party was unable to ski on the day we checked in.
The home was clean, comfortable, easy to find, and had everything we needed.
The views from the hot tub were amazing.
We plan on coming back again soon!

Outstanding!
At the very last minute we booked this property for a two week rental in September to evacuate from the California wildfires and smoke. We could not have been happier with the outcome! Randy was incredibly easy to deal with and accommodating. When we arrived, the property was clean and tidy, and the hot tub was ready to go! The house is right off the Frisco bike path, and you can easily walk to town for shopping and food. The town of Frisco is centrally located to all of Summit County and has every outdoor sport you could want. This part of Colorado is spectacular and does not disappoint! Inside the house, there is plenty of space across three levels, there is pool, ping pong, and tons of games for kids and families. You can't go wrong - this house is a find. We will be back!

Frisco family getaway
The house exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for us, our kids and grandkids. The neighborhood was very nice and private yet so close to a biking/walking trail to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very organized. Ping pong table was fun. Younger kids enjoyed the variety of children’s books for bedtime stories. Great time!

Ideal location for ski trips
This house was perfect for our annual ski trip to Colorado. We loved the hot tub, size of the house, and the organization of the kitchen. The location was ideal for getting on the free shuttle to Copper Mountain. Randy was very easy and pleasant to work with.

Family fun time!
We had a wonderful stay in this home. 7 adults and 2 children and we never felt cramped. We loved playing ping pong, great fun for the whole family. The location is great, easy walk into the downtown area of Frisco with the bike/walking path so close to the home. Easy access to highway for the skiers in the family. The 2 car garage and driveway were perfect for the super snowy February.

Wonderful, well stocked house
This house was perfect. We had three families and a friend staying and the house had ample space, plenty of beds/bedding, games, all the kitchen gadgets (including really nice cooking pans and Tupperware), etc. The owner was very responsive with any questions. We book weekend houses in Summit County often and were very impressed with this one--spacious, amazing location, garage, and overall, very comfortable.

A great property
Our stay was very good, highly recommended. It had everything we need. The Jacuzzi was great.

Ground floor bedrooms and living room needs to be gutted and cleaned.
Our entire crew, 6 people in total, were miserably sneezing, congested, and felt lousy for the entire duration of our stay. I would never stay here again unless the owner can provide documents on what he has done to deal with this. There must be mold, or something else in the house. The people staying on the ground floor were much worse than the people staying in the upper bedrooms, but all were impacted with congestion. Humidifiers did nothing to help us out and when we told the owner he did. I thing as well. Nothing like feeling miserable for two weeks. When we were outside of the house we all felt better. But inside......terrible.

wedding stay
It was exactly as it was pictured on line. Lots of room for everyone to have their own bedroom. We were supposed to have more coming for the wedding, but would book it again even if it was for just 5 people. It was well worth the money spent and really close to everything. The only problem we had was with the front light wasn't working and we had to come in 3 nights in the dark. Thank goodness for flashlights on cell phones! We had reported it to Randy the next morning after we arrived. Other than that, was a great stay and a beautiful view! Thank you!

USASA Family Support Group
Your house is EXCELLENT with plenty of room for my husband and I , Plus our two sons and their family. We were there for our grandsons fourth year in the National Snowboarding competition. The driving distance was great for all involved and we could all be together in the evenings for meals and conversation. Your home had nothing lacking that we needed especially in the kitchen.
One problem you might look after is that it is the start of spring with thawing going on. We used the front door for a few days but my daughter-in-law slipped on about the third step down from the landing area on a patch of ice--she wasn't hurt only a few bruises. The next day our grandson ,17 years old went out and hit the same patch flew the rest of the steps to the bottom breaking his I-phone. Again he was also lucky. We tried with the end of the broom handle to bust it up to no avail. A small bucket of sand or kiddy litter would probably do the job.
Again thanks much for sharing your home and if we are back next year we WILL be looking you up.

This is a perfect home for a large family. This was our 2nd time at this house and loved it
I came with 3 married sons, their wives and children. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was so comfortable. With 4 bedrooms, a loft and 2 living areas, there was plenty of room for us all to spread out or be together. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was clean. The location is in a quiet area, but close to Walmart, grocery, restaurant and bus route. We chose to drive to Copper Mountain, but the bus to Breckenridge is very close too. I totally recommend this home and hope to come again.

Definitely would recommend this place for large/multiple families.
Very clean and roomy. Stayed here with 4 adults and 5 kids.
Game room downstairs was perfect for kids. Close to everything. About 5 mins away from Frisco adventure park. Walking distance to free shuttle.

I rented this property for a family vacation which included 5 adults and 4 children aged 13. 10, 9, and 8. With 5 bedrooms, a nice game room, open dining room-kitchen area, large deck and outdoor area, it was ideal. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was very welcoming. We also had extended family come in for evening meals and we had ample room to accommodate everyone; they were all very impressed with what a great place it was. The pool/ping pong table and hot tub were an added bonus and were enjoyed by all. I visited with Randy on the phone and he was very pleasant and helpful. There were paved trails which were perfect for nice walks and what was really great was that we were able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and even Starbucks. We are already planning dates we are coming back and when we come will depend on when this property is available.

Having recently retired, we rented this house for a full family vacation. This home was IDEAL! It had 5 bedrooms; one for each couple and one for the grand- kids. The upstairs bunk beds and pull out for the grand-kids was perfect in that it allowed them to go to bed while we could still converse and play games in the basement without awakening them.
The yard allowed us room for games and the hot tub was a nice amenity which was used 2-3 times per day.
The property owner was also very friendly and available for a couple questions we had during our stay.
We loved the place!

The communication regarding the home was convenient and easy. Location is super convenient and easy to find. Very close to downtown Frisco and I-70. We had a total of 15 people and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Kitchen/Dining was very functional and the pool/ping pong table downstairs saw great use!
Everything was well stocked. We typically run into issues with the number of towels available but this location had enough of everything!!!
A great experience and can't wait to be back soon!

We truly enjoyed this home for our ski weekend getaway. We had 3 families and the house worked perfectly for the kids and adults. The rec room was fun with pool and ping pong. And the hot tub was great! We walked to Walmart to grab some forgotten items and it was really close. We skied Copper Mtn and the location was ideal. We didn't make it into town but it is close if someone wanted to. Nice touch was the big shampoo/conditioner bottles provided. And enough dishes and cookware for all 13 of us. Only recommendation is to have recycling an option for guests. We thought the price was good and recommend others to rent here.
10.0 / 10.0
2 couples and some friends shared the house for 4 nights to ski Keystone and enjoy summit county for a few days. Place was very well equipped. The non skiers enjoyed the short walk to town. Use of the garage was also a nice bonus as we had a couple vehicles to also park in the driveway.
Pool/ping pong table combo in basement was a hit, as was the roomy hot tub outside the basement doors.
Would rent again in a minute, we had a blast.
Only word of caution: If you were to have more than 4 vehicles with your party it would be difficult to park all at the house.
