This Seabright Beach House is the place to be for a fantastic Santa Cruz vacation, and across the street from the Beach and just a short walk to the Beach entrance, Beach Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, Yacht Harbor, Natural History Museum & popular Seabright restaurants.

Well appointed, fully furnished 3 BR, 2 BTH Craftsman with all the comforts of home: cable TV, two TV's, internet, washer/dryer, BBQ, private patio, and on-site parking. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, one queen bed and two twin bunk beds. Wake up to the generous Ocean view from the spacious master suite with kitchenette and roof top balcony, plus Ocean views from the Living and Dining rooms. The rental includes boogie boards, five bicycles, and beach gear. Don’t miss the classic front porch! The one car garage is perfect for storing your toys. . . kayaks, bikes, surfboards, etc.

This is our second time returning for our family summer vacation. We absolutely love the house and the location. Backyard shower is brilliant and kids preferred that over the one inside the house. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Really lovely space! Great location, nicely stocked kitchen, very clean, beds and couches very comfortable. Our group really enjoyed this home. Coffee on the upper deck in the morning listening to the marine life and hearing the waves break was a real highlight.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday and the end of summer with a final trip to the beach. Our teenagers each brought a friend and fun was had by all! The location was great and my husband and I appreciated the primary suite upstairs. We would love to return one day!

This place was great! Location location location! Walking distance to beach and boardwalk, lots of restaurants. Just loved the porch and beds! Only negative is the showers are outdated and inconsistent with pressure. But still giving it 5 stars! Thank you!

Location can’t be beat. Beautiful views from bedroom and porch. Sounds of waves as we slept. Property was very clean and well stocked. Manager was responsive and helpful. Nice outdoor space which is actually hard to come by on this neighborhood, many of the houses have almost no yard. When people were walking around upstairs, it was loud on the downstairs bedrooms, so be aware if that’s an issue for you, but it’s also pretty standard in these Santa Cruz houses. We have stayed in many properties around town and this one was very well maintained and we will absolutely book again!

We booked this house as a kind of “hub” for visiting family members who gathered to celebrate my son’s UCSC graduation. My daughter and her cousin loved the bunk room and my 80 year old mom was perfectly comfortable in the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs suite provided my husband and I with a quiet respite from the days events. Other family members had booked nearby bungalows and it was such an enormous pleasure to enjoy our coffee on the porch and see who popped by. The proximity to the beach was absolutely ideal. We will definitely be back to this lovely home in the gorgeous town. Thank you, thank you!

There's so much to love about this beach house. Partner and I spent a long weekend here and it was a great place to call home base in Santa Cruz. Literally next door to the sand, walkable to the Boardwalk and drive or bikeable to downtown. Tons of charm and character. Extra shout out to the upstairs shower water pressure. Looooved it.

This home was in the heart of Santa Cruz. Short distance to the Boardwalk and across the road from the beach. The kids had so much fun walking to the boardwalk daily, and enjoying the rides and yummy food! Walking distance to so many different activities and attractions. The home was spacious and clean. Accommodated my families needs. Would definitely come back!

Our family has booked this beach house a number of times and made great memories here. The garage and backyard are perfect, stocked with beach chairs, beach cruisers, boogie boards, and more. The backyard has an outdoor shower and seating for al fresco dining. The owner is reliably responsive and responded quickly when we needer to adjust our travel dates. Can't wait to book this property again!

This home was well appointed and met all of our needs. Location was perfect, easy walk to beach and boardwalk. The outdoor shower worked great for sand covered bodies after a beach trip. Clean and cute property. Close to the beach, the teens rode the bikes to the Boardwalk and to the gym. Beached it one day- so nice I did not need to bring it but beach chairs and small coolers. We had a bonfire at the beach our last night. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will never stay in a hotel again. We will be back, for sure.

Great location, well kept and livable don't begin to tell the story. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed linens were cotton and the towels were fluffy and like new. Kudos to the landlord for his thoughtfulness and execution. We didn't want to leave. A caution for anyone with knee or hip issues...the steps to the second floor are challenging. Next time we'll settle into the downstairs bedroom.

What a great vacation house! We really enjoyed being here, from the location, to the overall charm of the house, and the combination of the front porch and upstairs breezy views. The beds were comfortable, the house is well-equipped, and it was overall a very relaxing stay. We would definitely return.

Our family of 5 had the pleasure of staying here last August. It was the perfect last leg of our CA trip. The property was comfortable, great location for walking/biking whether to the beach, dinner or the pier. The extra amenities like beach gear and bikes were wonderful. The upstairs master suite was impressive. Would highly recommend.

We have returned to this place over the years because of the homey vibe. I’ve stayed at other short term rentals that are nice and clean but cookie-cutter boring. The location can’t be beat. You can walk to harbor, boardwalk, wharf or downtown if you are up for it. Greg, the host, is wonderful- helpful and accommodating. Top rate Staircase to upstairs suite may be too steep for some but rails are right there. I hope this home doesn’t change too much. The general neighborhood has suffered from some McMansionization which definitely cuts down on the charm factor.

My husband, toddler and I loved this house. I was in town for a triathlon and the location was perfect for me to get to various race things. My husband and son had a blast walking or biking down to the boardwalk and to the beach with all the toys & bikes provided. I enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night! I highly recommend this house and if we ever make it to Santa Cruz again, this is where we will be staying!

A very cute vintage-feeling house in the absolute perfect location for enjoying Santa Cruz beach, boardwalk, pier, restaurants and more. You can hear the waves at night with your windows open, beds were very comfortable, and the front porch was a place we loved to hang out. The outdoor shower was very handy after beach time. Nice bed linens, towels, and beach towels provided. Great beach toys also provided in the garage! That was a huge perk which we used. Kitchen could use some better equipment and modest upgrades; cooking and cleaning in the kitchen was tough. Also, the BBQ didn't work for us - but once we notified the management company they were very responsive and helpful, so that was really nice. The bikes in the garage also didn't work for us - they need some serious tune ups for basic safety and functionality. But regardless the house was sweet and comfortable, in an excellent location, and we made great memories here.

The location is perfect. Once we parked the cars we never moved them. Walked or rode bikes where we wanted to go. As the photos indicate it is a older home but well maintained. The stairs to the second floor are very steep and any movement can be heard down stairs. Other than that it was a very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.
